Abstract

Adat regulations in Bali is not only contradict dualism of men and women as purusa pradana, it gives the mipil (registration at village level) to men. Besides this patriarchy system, in marriage especially there is alsowangsa influence; they are the groups of Brahmin, Ksatria, Waisya and Sudra. Each group as Etzioni[1] (1968)suggests taking up different positions in Balinese active society. They are bounded in patterns of banjar with Awig-awig (written agreement), in familial (menyama braya) or clan patterns, and complex marriage engagements. Ategen asuwun is a newly concept of inheritance  (2 parts for sons and 1 part for daughters) based on marriage engagement for contemporary Balinese adat regulations. Wangsa system in adat marriage is the impetus of Balinese women’s problems. Marriage  is displacing women as limited ninggal kedaton from theirfathers temple to their husband’s temple. Social construction in society has prohibited a high caste/wangsa woman to marry lower caste man (nyerorod marriage). This wangsa system has limited Balinese women’s right to inherit even they are in the same clan and wangsa. As a result, never marriage woman is one of the choise to get her inheritance. In the anuloma marriage where as a high caste man marry a lower caste woman, the concept of limited ninggal kedaton is still taking place and modern familial system has given daughers the one part of tatadan inheritance. Abstract

Service quality is the main thing that guests consider, because it concerns the safety and comfort of guests while in a hotel. To maintain the quality of services that a company has, especially those engaged in services, a reference is needed in the form of standard operating procedures. This study aims to determine the effect of standard operating procedures on the quality of room attendant service. The sample in this study were 240 consumers of Alam Boutique Resort Umalas Seminyak. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS program.The partial test results show that the standard operating procedure has a coefficient value of 0.176, a T-count value of 2.156 and a significance value of 0.032 or less than 0.05. This shows that the variables: 1) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) have a positive and significant effect on the quality of room attendant services. From the test results the coefficient of determination that SOP affects the quality of service at Alam Boutique Resort Umalas by 61.5% while the remaining 38.5% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The title of the research on the influence of marketing strategy on sales volume at PT. Rusdi Medika. To carry out marketing activities, it must be supported by a marketing strategy commonly referred to as the "4P" namely product, price, distribution and promotion which are important factors in marketing intangible and tangible products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing strategy on sales volume at PT. Rusdi Medika. The population in this study are customers or customers of PT. Rusdi Medika in 2021. The sample of this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is using the slovin formula. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis using SPSS for Windows version 25. The data collection procedure in this study used interview, documentation and questionnaire techniques using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from statistical analysis showed that the magnitude of the influence of marketing strategy on sales volume at PT. Rusdi Medika is 52.5% with hypothesis testing using t-test, with the result that the product variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect with the t-count result of 2.774 with sig 0.007 of the sales volume variable (Y). The price variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect with the t-count result of 2.563 with a sig of 0.005 on the sales volume variable. The distribution variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect with the t-count result of 2.317 with a sig of 0.023 on the sales volume variable. The promotion variable (X4) has a positive and significant effect with t-count of 2,920 and sig of 0.004 on the sales volume variable.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) Instagram advertisement on buying interest at Ayrin Moms & Baby Care, (2) electronic word of mouth on buying interest at Ayrin Moms & Baby Care, (3) Instagram advertisement and electronic word of mouth on buying interest at Ayrin Moms & Baby Care. This research is a research of descriptive analysis using quantitative approach. Data collection using a questionnaire. The sample, in this study numbered 60 people and used probability sampling methods. Test validity using Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions. The results found that: (1) Instagram advertisement has a positive and significant effect on buying interest obtained Sig value. 0.016 < 0.05 identifies that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (2) Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on buying interest obtained Sig.t value of 0.000 < 0.05 which identifies that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (3) Instagram advertisement and electronic word of mouth jointly give a positive and significant influence on buying interest. The contribution orsimultaneous contribution of Instagram Advertisement variables and Electronic word of mouth to buying interest was 72.1% while 27.9% was determined by other variables that not researched in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe tittle research is The Influence of Leadership Style On Employee Work Ethic at PT. InatelNusantara. Leadership is the most important factor to influencing the achievement oforganization. If in an organization there are good and mature of leadership style, so theemployee work ethic may increase and at the end it will accelerate directly to the process ofachieving the company goals. This research aimed to analyze the influence of the LeadershipStyle On Employee Work Ethic at PT. Inatel Nusantara.. The sample of this research is 60respondents at PT. Inatel Nusantara. The Data sources used in this research are primary andsecondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windowsversion 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means ofquestionnaires. The analytical technique used is simple linier regression analysis. Results ofstatistical analysis known that the leadership style influenced on employee work ethic at PT.Inatel Nusantara is 50,1%, based on hypothesis testing with the t test result, it can beconcluded that the leadership style variable (X) significantly influence on employee workethic variable (Y) with value of t-test is 7,637 and sig. 0,000.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the Standard Operating Precedure forwaiter / ss work before and after the Covid-19 pandemic at Tuk-Tuk Bali Restaurant. Inthe world of tourism, temporary accommodation such as hotels and restaurants areneeded. The availability of tourism accommodation must be supported by the quality ofskilled and professional human resources in their respective fields. The Covid-19 casein Indonesia and even the world that is currently happening have forced restrictions oncommunity activities. With this new life order, this has an impact on the quality ofservice in all accommodation places, from food stalls to the tourism sector such ashotels, restaurants and other accommodation places. In the current life order, one mustalways prioritize common health and must comply with health protocols. The results ofthis research are in the form of changes to the standard operating procedures for workthroughout the company, one example is in Tuk-Tuk Bali restaurants, this change inStandard Operating Procedures is expected to maintain the health and safety ofemployees and restaurant visitors. This Standard Operating Procedure is made so thatcompanies can continue to operate during a pandemic. while still running healthprotocols. Kasus Covid19 di Indonesia bahkan dunia yang sekarang terjadi memaksakan adanya pembatasanaktivitas masyarakat. Dengan adanya tatanan kehidupan yang baru hal ini berdampakterhadap kualitas pelayanan di semua tempat akomodasi, mulai dari warung sampai kesektor pariwisata seperti hotel, restoran, dan tempat akomodasi lainnya. Dalam tatanankehidupan yang baru berjalan saat ini seseorang harus selalu mengutamakan kesehatanbersama dan wajib mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa perubahanStandard Operating Procedure kerja di seluruh perusahaan, salah satu contohnya diTuk-Tuk Bali restoran perubahan Standard Operating Procedure ini diharapkan dapatmenjaga kesehatan dan keselamatan karyawan dan pengunjung restoran, StandardOperating Procedure ini dibuat agar perusahan bisa tetap beroperasi dimasa pandemidengan tetap menjalankan protocol kesehatan. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of independent variables such as physicalability, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on the number ofcommunity satisfaction visits at the Bajera Village Office. This research is adescriptive analysis research using a quantitative approach. Data collection using aquestionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people and the validity testused Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The variable ofphysical ability has a positive and insignificant effect on community satisfaction, it isobtained a sig.t value of 0.256 with a sig value of 0.799> α (0.05)meaning that H0 isaccepted. The guarantee variable has a positive and insignificant effect, where the sig.tvalue of 0.651 with a sig value of 0.517> α (0.05) means that H0 is accepted. Thesimultaneous test itself has a significant positive effect simultaneously (simultaneously)of physical ability, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, the results ofthe F-count value of 23.800and sig 0.000 on community satisfaction.Keywords: Public Service Quality, Community Satisfaction.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas seperti kemampuanfisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap jumlah kunjungankepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Desa Bajera. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiananalisis deskritif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan datamenggunakan koesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah100 orang dan Ujivaliditas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linierberganda. Variabel dari kemampuan fisik berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikanterhadap kepuasan masyarakat diperoleh nilai sig.t sebesar 0,256 dengan nilai sig0,799 > α (0,05) artinya H0 diterima. Variabel jaminan berpengaruh positif tidaksignifikan dimana diperoleh nilai sig.t 0,651 dengan nilai sig 0,517 > α (0,05) artinyaH0 diterima. Uji simultan sendiri terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan secara besamasama (simultan) dari kemampuan fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empatihasil nilai F-hitung sebesar 23,800 dan sig 0,000 terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan Publik, Kepuasan Masyarakat.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis This study aims to find out the influence of communication and work environmenton employee performance at CV. Denpasar Bread House. This research is a research ofdeskritif analysis using quantitative approach. Data collection using a coesioner. Thesample, in this study numbered 50 people and used census sample methods. Dataanalysis uses multiple linear regressions. The results found that: (1) Communicationhas a positive and significant effect on employee performance obtained Sig value. 0.015< 0.05 identifies that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (2) The Work Environment hasa positive and significant effect on employee performance obtained Sig.t value of 0.000< 0.05 which identifies that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (3) Communication andWork Environment jointly give a positive and significant influence on employeeperformance. The contribution or simultaneous contribution of communicationvariables and work environment to employee performance was 85.3% while 14.7% wasdetermined by other variables not researched in this study. (3)Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi atau sumbangan secara simultanvariabel komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 85,3%sedangkan 14,7% ditentukan oleh variabel yang lain yang tidak diteliti dalampenelitian ini. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine: (1) The effect of training on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kanwil Denpasar, (2) The influence of HR development on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kanwil Denpasar, (3) The effect of training and human resource development on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kanwil Denpasar. This research is a descriptive analysis research using a quantitative approach. Data collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people and used the census sample method. The validity test used Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that: (1) training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the Sig.t value was 0.001 <0.050, indicating that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. (2) HR development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the Sig.t value is 0.046 <0.050 indicating that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (3) Training and HR development together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and location on the occupancy rate at Quest Hotel San Denpasar, either partially or simultaneously. The research design used a quantitative research approach. The sampling technique in this research is nonprobability sampling technique, with the accidential sampling method, in which the number of samples set was recorded at 100 people. Data were analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (t-test). The results showed: (1) Price has a positive effect on the occupancy rate at Quest Hotel San Denpasar, this can be seen from the regression coefficient value for the price variable which is recorded at 0.491 and the significance value (Sig.) Of 0.000 is less than 0.05. (2) Location has a positive effect on the occupancy rate at Quest Hotel San Denpasar, this can be seen from the regression coefficient value for the location variable which is recorded at 0.404 and the significance value (Sig.) Of 0.000, less than 0.05. (3) Price and location simultaneously have an effect on the occupancy rate at Quest Hotel San Denpasar, this can be seen from the significance value (Sig.) F count of 0,000 is smaller than the value of α = 0.05.Keyword : price, location, occupancy rateABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan lokasi terhadap tingkat hunian di Quest Hotel San Denpasar, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik nonprobability sampling, dengan metode accidential sampling, di mana jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan tercatat sebesar 100 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis determinasi, uji signifikansi simultan (F-test) dan uji signifikansi parsial (t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Harga berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat hunian di Quest Hotel San Denpasar, hal tersebutdilihat dari nilai koefisien regresi untuk variabel harga tercatat sebesar 0,491 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. (2) Lokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat hunian di Quest Hotel San Denpasar, hal tersebut dilihat dari nilai koefisien regresi untuk variabel lokasi tercatat sebesar 0,404 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. (3) Harga dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat hunian di Quest Hotel San Denpasar, hal tersebut dilihat dari nilai signifikansi (Sig.) F hitung sebesar 0,000lebih kecil dari nilai α=0,05.Kata Kunci : harga, lokasi, tingkat hunian
