Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of brand and price on room occupancy atDash Hotel Seminyak. The sample of this research is 60 respondents of guests at Dash Hotel Seminyakl. The Data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windows version 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means of questionnaires with likert scale. The analytical technique used is multiple linier regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the brand and price influenced on room occupancy at Dash Hotel Seminyak is 26,7%, based on hypothesis testing with the F and T testresults, it can be concluded that the brand and price simultaneously (together} and significantly influence on room occupancy with value of F-test is 10,402 and sig 0.000 and brand variable (X1) partially and significantly positive influenced on room occupancy (Y)with value of t-test is 2,298 and sig. 0,025 and price variable (X2) significantly positive influenced on room occupancy variable (Y) with value of ttest is 3,076 and sig. 0,003 at DashHotel Seminyak.

Abstract

High rate of turnover leads to adverse effect to an organization. Such problem is likely generating instability and uncertainty towards employment condition and human resources cost rise in forms of training invested to them, recruitment and newly built training programs. High turnover, in addition, also results in organizational ineffectiveness because it loses experienced employees as well as spends much time in training new, inexperienced employees. This study aims to analyze the effect of salary satisfaction, work satisfaction and organizational commitment on withdrawal intention and to analyze the most affective variabel on withdrawal intention. There are 135 respondents for the samples and data analysis during the research is held by using SEM and AMOS 20.0 program. According to the analysis, it is concluded as the followings: salary satisfaction has a negative significant effect on turnover (CR = -2,658). In efforts of decreasing turnover rate, Keraton Jimbaran Resort & Spa should improve its salary rate granted to the employees.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAnalysis The Workload in improving the Efficiency at Hotel Grand Balisani Suites KerobokanKuta. This research aimed to analyze The Workload in improving the Efficiency at HotelGrand Balisani Suites Kerobokan Kuta. The sample of this research is 33 respondents athousekeeping department, Hotel Grand Balisani Suites Kerobokan Kuta. The Data sourcesused in this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection method in thisresearch using interview method and observation. The analytical technique used isdescriptive quantitative. Results of analysis known that the use of productive work time basedhousekeeping given workload is 6 hours or 360 minutes per day. Ideal number ofrequirements in Housekeeping Department for Public area is 12 people, its means that thereis over employees at public area unit is 5 people, at room unit is 12 people, laundry unit is 4,its means for this units are already optimal for ideal number of employee. The efficiency athousekeeping department Hotel Grand Balisani Suites Kerobokan Kuta is Rp.210.000.000/year or Rp. 17.500.000/month.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the loan to deposit ratio on non-performingloans at the Cambodian Market Cooperative. This research uses descriptive analysiswith a quantitative approach, where the type of data extracted is a qualitativeunderstanding which is translated into numbers and descriptions. Data collectionusing interviews and documentation. Data analysis using simple linear regression. Theresults of the study state that: (1) The credit policy applied to the CambodianMarket Cooperative is inaccordance with the 5C principles. (2) Loan to DepositRatio has a negative and significant effect on Non-Performing Loans at theCambodian Market Cooperative with a sig. 0.010 <0.05 identifies that H0 is rejectedand H1 is accepted. This can be proven from testing the results of the R square of0.973, this means that the model used can explain the dependent variable, namely thenon- performing loan (NPL) of 97.3% influenced by the loan to deposit ratio (LDR)while 2.7% is influenced by other factors that were not discussed in this study.Keywords: 5C, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loan.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh loan to deposit ratio terhadap nonperfoming loan pada Koperasi Pasar Kamboja. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisisdeskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana jenis data yang digali merupakanpemahaman kualitatif yang diterjemahkan dalam angka dan deskripsi. Pengumpulandata menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresilinier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa : (1) Kebijakan pemberian kredityang diterapkan pada Koperasi Pasar Kamboja sudah sesuai dengan prinsip 5C. (2)Loan to Deposit Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Non PerfomingLoan pada Koperasi Pasar Kamboja dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,010 < 0,05mengidentifikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan daripengujian hasil dari R square sebesar 0,973 hal ini berarti model yang digunakan dapatmenjelaskan variabel terikat yaitu non performing loan (NPL) sebesar 97,3%dipengaruhi oleh loan to deposit ratio (LDR) sedangkan 2,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktorlain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci : 5C, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Perfoming Loan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at Nacivet Art Gallery. The population in this study were all visitors at Nacivet Art Gallery. The sample of this study were 60 respondents. This research is a type of quantitative research with the variable quality (X1), price (X2) and purchase decisions (Y). The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression analysis, Multiple Correlation, Determination, t test and F-test (F-test). The results show that the variables of product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Nacivet Art Gallery. Product quality and price influence purchasing decisions at Nacivet Art Gallery by 71.1%.Keywords: quality, product price and purchase decisions.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas dan harga produk terhadap keputusan pembelian di Nacivet Art Gallery. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung di Nacivet Art Gallery. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 responden. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan variabel kualitas (X1), harga (X2) dan keputusan pembelian (Y). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Korelasi Berganda, Determinasi, uji t dan F-test (Uji-F). Hasil penelitian menunjukaan bahwa variable kualitas produk dan harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Nacivet Art Gallery. Kualitas dan harga produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian di Nacivet Art Gallery sebesar 71,1%.Kata kunci : kualitas, harga produk dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study entitled "The Effect of Service Quality and Price on Sales Volume at Warung Nyoman," aims to explain the effect of service quality and price on sales volume. Collecting data in this study using interview techniques, documentation, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. And the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using the F test and t test with a significance level of 5%. Meanwhile, to measure validity and reliability, Pearson's product moment and Cronbach's alpha are used. As well as to perform statistical analysis tests used tools, namely the SPSS program for windows version 25. The sample, in this study amounted to 60 people. The results of the study found that: (1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the value of sig 0.000 < 0.005 indicates that H0 is rejected and H1 is rejected. (2) Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, obtained a Sig.t value of 0.017 <0.05 which indicates that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (3) Sales Volume together have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The simultaneous contribution or contribution of the Service Quality and Price variables to Sales Volume on purchasing decisions is 95% confidence or 5% error rate. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, and Sales Volume ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Pukis and Donut Tuban Bali,”, bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Sedangkan untuk mengukur validitas dan reliabilitas digunakan product moment Pearson dan cronbach’s alpha. Serta untuk melakukan pengujian analisis statistik digunakan alat bantu yaitu program SPSS untuk windows versi 25. Sampel, dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai sig 0,000< α 0,005 mengidentifikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan beli diperoleh nilai Sig.t sebesar 0,022< 0,05 yang mengidentifikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (3) Kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh dengan nilai sig 000.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Motivasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out: (1) the influence of the work environment on the work performance of Sapulidi Resort Spa & Gallery Ubud employees,(2) the effect of workload on the work performance of Sapulidi ResortSpa& Gallery Ubud employees and (3) the influence of the work environment and workloadon the work performance of Sapulidi Resort Spa & Gallery Ubud employees. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study was all employees of Sapulidi Resort Spa & Gallery Ubud as many as 42 people, the sample taken in this study the entire population of 42 people.Sampling techniquesusing census methods. The data was collected with questionnaires that hadbeen tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis,t test, and f test. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions. These results found that: (1) the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance obtained sig.t value of 1.945 with a sig value of 0.028 < α (0.05) then H0 was rejected. (2) workload negatively and significantly affects employee performance obtained sig.t value of -1.715 with sig value of 0.023 < α (0.05) then H0 isrejected. (3) there is a significant positive influence equally (simultaneously) from the work environment and workload on employee performance with F-calculated valuesof 11,861 and sig 0.009 on employee performance variables.Keywords : Work Environment, Workload, Employee Perform ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh lingkungan kerjaterhadap kinerja kerja karyawan Sapulidi Resort Spa & Gallery Ubud, (2) pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan Sapulidi Resort Spa & Gallery Ubud dan (3) pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerjakerja karyawan Sapulidi Resort Spa & Gallery Ubud. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Sapulidi Resort Spa & Gallery Ubud sebanyak 42 orang, sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini seluruh populasi sebanyak 42 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisi regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis determinasi, uji t, dan uji f. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil ini menemukan bahwa: (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawandiperoleh nilai sig.t sebesar 1,945 dengan nilaisig 0,028 < α (0,05) maka H0 ditolak. (2) beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai sig.t sebesar -1,715 dengan nilai sig 0,023 < α (0,05) maka H0 ditolak. (3) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan secara besama-sama (simultan) darilingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil nilai F- hitung sebesar 11,861 dan sig 0,009 terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of thisstudy was to determine the effect of corporate image and servicequality on customer satisfaction at LPD Desa Pekraman Br Dinas Dukuh Pulu KajaTabanan. This research is a descriptive analysis research using a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The sample of this study was 83 respondents and used the Slovin formula method. The data analysis technique usedmultiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that: (1) Companyimage (X1) had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with asig.t value of 0.023 <0.05. (2) Service Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a sig.t value of 0.004 <0.05. (3) Company image and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a sig.f value of 0.000 <0.05, indicating that H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Contribution or contribution simultaneously variable corporate image and service quality to customer satisfaction is 58.7% while the remaining 41.3% is determined by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : Corporate Image, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Citra Perusahaan Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasaan Nasabah pada LPD Desa Pekraman Br Dinas Dukuh Pulu Kaja Tabanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 83 respondendan menggunakan metode rumus slovin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisisregresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Citra perusahaan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keupasan nasabah (Y) dengan nilai sig.t 0,023 < 0,05. (2) Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap kepuasan nasabah (Y) dengan nilai sig.t sebesar 0,004 < 0,05. (3) Citra perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan nilai sig.f 0,000 < 0,05 mengidentifikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kontribusi atau sumbangan secara simultan variabel citra perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah adalah 58,7% sedangkan sisanya 41,3% ditentukan oleh variabel yang lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Citra Perusahaan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of interest rates, leverage, profitability, and liquidity. This research was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Banking Sector companies. The research design used in this study is quantitative. The sample uses the Purposive Sampling formula, namely 30 issuers, which are included in the banking sector companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of 3 (three) years from 2018 to 2020, so the amount of data used is 90 data. The analysis technique in this study used descriptive-comparative statistics, namely: the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the goodness of fit test. The results of the analysis show that 1) the interest rate has no effect on stock returns. 2) leverage has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. 3) profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. 4) liquidity has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. This research provides considerations to investors in investing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, especially in the banking sector.

Abstract

Sektor ekonomi kreatif merupakan salah satu sektor ekonomi yang banyak menyerap tenaga kerja, terutaman masyarakat menengah kebawah. Salah satu sektor ekonomi kreatif yang banyak menyerap tenaga kerja adalah sektor kerajinan. Desa Paksebali sebagai salah satu Desa Wisata di Kabupaten Klungkung menjadikan sektor ekonomi kreatif sebagai sektor yang menopang perekonomian masyarakatnya. Sektor ekonomi kreatif yang dilakoni oleh masyarakat setempat adalah sektor kerajinan berbahan baku dari bamboo dan kain beludru. Ditemukan adanya keterlibatan perempuan pada sektor ekonomi kreatif yang ada di Desa Paksebali.  Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran perempuan dan kesetaraan gender pada sekor ekonomi kreatif di Desa Paksebali. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa perempuan pada sektor ekonomi kreatif di Desa Paksebali menjalankan peran ganda, yaitu perannya di ranah domestik dan di ranah publik yang mencakup peran dalam pemenuhan nafkah keluarga dan peran sosial. Selain itu ditemukan adanya ketidaksetaraan gender. Terbukti dari tidak terpenuhinya hak-hak perempuan terhadap sumber daya ekonomi. Perempuan yang terlibat pada sektor ekonomi kreatif di Desa Paksebali tidak menerima upah dari pekerjaan yang dihasilkannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena perempuan yang terlibat pada sektor ekonomi kreatif di Desa Paksebali melakoni pekerjaannya secara sukarela sebagai bentuk tanggungjawab terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga. Ketidaksetaraan gender yang dialami oleh perempuan pada sektor ekonomi kreatif di Desa Paksebali juga ditunjukkan dari tertutupnya akses terhadap kepemilikan dari sektor ekonomi kreatif yang dijalankan. Status kepemilikan sektor ekonomi kreatif di Desa Paksebali sepenuhnya di klaim oleh laki-laki selaku kepala keluarga.
