Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah perbandingan sikap siswa terhadap matapelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam di SMP yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri yang ada di Jambi. Secara khusus penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP N 04, SMP N 05, SMP N 06, SMP N 16, SMP N 26 yang ada di Jambi. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada siswa. Teknik analisis data parametric dengan menggunakan uji one way anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbandingan sikap siswa terhadap matapelajaran illmu pengetahuan alam di beberapa indicator sikap yang diteliti. Pada indikator adopsi dari sikap ilmiah memiliki perbandingan dengan nilai sig (0.018 0.05) terdapat perbedaan, indicator kesenangan belajar IPA tidak memiliki perbandingan dengan sig (0,691 0.05) tidak terdapat perbedaan,  indicator ketertarikan  menambah waktu belajar IPA terdapat perbandingan dengan nilai sig (0.202 0.05) tidak terdapat perbedaan.Kata Kunci: Perbandingan Sikap, adopsi dari sikap ilmiah, kesenangan, ketertarikan menambah waktu belajar IPA ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is a comparison of students' attitudes towards natural science subjects in junior high schools in Indonesia. This research was conducted at the Public Middle School in Jambi. Specifically, this research was conducted in SMP N 04, SMP N 05, SMP N 06, SMP N 16, SMP N 26 in Jambi. Research data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to students. Parametric data analysis techniques using one way ANOVA test. The results of the study show that there are comparisons of student attitudes towards the illiteracy of natural knowledge at some indicators of the attitude under study. On the adoption indicator of scientific attitudes there is a comparison with the sig value (0.018 0.05) there are differences, the science learning pleasure indicator does not have a comparison with sig (0.691 0.05) there is no difference, indicators of interest increase science learning time 0.05) there is no difference.Keywords: Attitude Comparison, adoption of scientific attitudes, pleasure, interest in increasing science learning time

Abstract

Poetry is one type of literary work that contains figurative meanings, each set of words must of course use aesthetic words so that the expression of the array is interesting to present. In analyzing a poem, one must know the meaning of the poem. For this reason, the researcher uses Ingarden's Strata Norma analysis in analyzing a poem entitled "On One Day Later" by Sapardi Djoko Damono. The term norms according to Wellek and Warren are not simple or romantic and moral or policy norms. But it needs to be understood as an absolute rule that is excluded from the experience of reading a work. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the norm strata of poetry entitled "On a Day Later"? With the aim of describing the layers of norm strata contained in the poem. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by analyzing an object of poetry and then the results are outlined in the form of a series of words. The results of the analysis of the poem have layers of meaning, which in essence, the poem has a deep classical meaning, from the title "On a Day Later" can be interpreted as "something that will happen in the future" or "death" that befell my figure in the poem. It is said by the object of a writer that "I" will not let the figure of "You" a reader be lonely without his presence when that day arrives. So that the figure "I" pours out the verses in the poetry that always accompany the figure of "You".

Abstract

Program kegiatan Senam lansia bertujuan: 1) Untuk menjaga daya tahan tubuh dalam keadaan sehat dan aktif; 2) menerapkan hidup sehat serta meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh; 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam lansia terhadap keseimbangan tubuh pada lansia; 4) sebagai terapi agar terhindar dari berbagai jenis penyakit yang berhubungan dengan menua. Kegiatan senam lansia ini lebih dikhususkan untuk ibu-ibu yang sudah terbilang lanjut usia. Pelaksanaan kegiatan senam lansia melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu mempersiapkan peralatan untuk senam, mengatur barisan, melakukan pemanasan (warming up) dilakukan secara lambat dan hati-hati selama (8-10 menit), melakukan gerakan senam sesuai instruktur, dan melakukan pendinginan. Imunitas yang baik dalam diri setiap makhluk hidup menjadi faktor penting dalam menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari agar terhindar dari penyakit. Tingkat kebugaran dievaluasi dengan mengawasi kecepatan denyut jantung waktu istirahat yaitu kecepatan denyut nadi sewaktu istirahat. Jadi supaya lebih bugar, kecepatan denyut jantung sewaktu istirahat harus menurun.  Sistem imun dalam tubuh akan berdampak baik bagi tubuh.  Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa program kegiatan senam lansia  dalam peningkatan kesehatan dan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya senam lansia bagi kesehatan berjalan sangat baik, dampak yang diperoleh dengan adanya program kegiatan senam lansia ini yaitu lansia jadi lebih mulai sadar untuk memperhatikan pola hidup dalam keseharian dan lebih menjaga kondisi fisiknya agar lebih sehat. Kesimpulannya yaitu hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa senam lansia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan imunitas pada ibu-ibu lansia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran inovatif pada materi operasi hitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat. Studi ini dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas VIA di SDN Muncul 01, Tangerang Selatan, Banten, dengan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Guru berperan sebagai fasilitator sekaligus pelaksana, sementara guru lain bertindak sebagai pengamat. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 27 siswa. Data hasil belajar siswa dikumpulkan dan dianalisis secara deskriptif, kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa. Pada siklus I, rata-rata nilai siswa mencapai 74,4, dan meningkat menjadi 87,03 pada siklus II, dengan peningkatan sebesar 16,97%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran inovatif pada materi bilangan bulat secara efektif meningkatkan keterlibatan dan hasil belajar siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis media pembelajaran dapat dijadikan strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika dasar. Abstract This study aims to optimize students' learning outcomes through the use of innovative instructional media in the teaching of addition and subtraction of integers. The study was conducted with VIA grade students at SDN Muncul 01, Tangerang Selatan, Banten, using a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach implemented over two cycles. The teacher acted as both the facilitator and the main instructor, while other teachers served as observers. The research subjects consisted of 27 students. Data on student learning outcomes were collected and analyzed descriptively, then presented in tables. The results showed a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes. In Cycle I, the average student score was 74.4, which increased to 87.03 in Cycle II, reflecting an improvement of 16.97%. These findings indicate that the use of innovative instructional media in teaching integer operations effectively enhances student engagement and learning outcomes. The implications suggest that media-based teaching strategies can serve as an effective method to improve the quality of basic mathematics education.

Abstract

Berdasarkan World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2018, prevalensi balita stunting tertinggi di dunia yaitu Asia Tenggara/South-East Asia Regional (SEAR). Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), prevalensi balita stunting ≥ 20% masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang harus ditangani sesuai dengan persentase balita stunting di Indonesia yang masih tinggi. Menurut hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) pada tahun 2018, Indonesia berada di urutan ke-5 prevalensi balita stunting tertinggi di dunia sebesar 30,8 %. Adapun urutan ke-1 India kemudian berurut Tiongkok, Nigeria, dan Pakistan. Pemerintah Republik Indonesia telah menargetkan prevalensi stunting menjadi 14% pada tahun 2024 dimana pada tahun 2023 angka prevalensi stunting mengalami penurunan sebesar 21,6%. Provinsi Jawa Timur menjadi prevalensi stunting tertinggi sebesar 26,7 % di Indonesia.

Abstract

The implementation of Smart Public Management (SPM) in village governance aims to enhance efficiency, transparency, and public participation in administrative services. This study analyzes the optimization strategy of SPM at the Pasie Laweh Lubuk Alung Village Head Office to support sustainable development. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, using in-depth interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires with village officials and service users. The findings reveal several challenges in implementing SPM, including limited technological infrastructure, low digital literacy among officials, and limited community participation in tech-based services. To address these issues, strategies such as improving human resource capacity through digital training, strengthening infrastructure, and promoting the benefits of digital services to the public are necessary. Collaboration with educational institutions and the private sector is also essential to support the development of an optimal digital system. With the right strategies, the Pasie Laweh Lubuk Alung Village Head Office is expected to improve the effectiveness of digital public services, enhance governance transparency, and foster active community involvement. Optimizing Smart Public Management can serve as a model for other village governments in building a modern, efficient, and sustainable administrative system.

Abstract

Village development is fundamental to improving community welfare and reducing regional disparities. This study analyzes village development planning in Indonesia using a systematic literature review approach on recent studies. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of village development planning is influenced by community participation, institutional capacity, and technological integration. However, community participation faces limited understanding and ineffective deliberation mechanisms. Weak institutional capacity at the village level also hinders the implementation of development programs, highlighting the need to strengthen governance systems and ensure transparency in village fund management. Moreover, the utilization of technology in village development planning remains suboptimal, despite its potential to enhance planning efficiency and program monitoring. This study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to village development planning by integrating social, economic, and technological aspects to create a more adaptive and sustainable development model. The findings contribute to policymakers in formulating more inclusive and locally driven village development strategies. Furthermore, this study serves as a reference for future research in developing a more responsive village development planning model that addresses social and economic challenges in Indonesia.

Abstract

Health workers are any person who is devoted to health and has knowledge and/or skills through education in the health field which for certain types requires the authority to carry out health efforts. A strategy is needed to increase the interest of health workers working in hospitals. The selection of exemplary health workers in hospitals is expected to be a motivation to increase the interest of health workers working in hospitals so that they can be a driver for the creation of health workers who have a nationalist, ethical and professional attitude, have a high spirit of service, are disciplined, creative, knowledgeable, skilled, virtuous and can uphold professional ethics. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of nurses and reward the best nurses at Djoelham Hospital Binjai City. The use of the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method is relevant because it can help in integrating and evaluating various factors and criteria holistically. MFEP is a method that allows to evaluate various factors that affect decisions, as well as provide weight or value relative to each of these factors. The criteria used in this study are discipline, cooperation, loyalty, education, understanding of drug prescriptions, understanding of technology. The conclusion of this study is that the construction of this support system can help Djoelham Hospital in determining the best nurse and the use of the MFEP method in the decision support system to determine the best nurse increases accuracy in determining the best suitable nurse. This method is able to process various criteria that have been set, so that the results of decisions are more objective and fair compared to manual assessments.

Abstract

Public service is very important in Indonesia. The hospital is one of the public services engaged in the health sector. In providing health services to the community, the Ibnu Sina Payakumbuh Islamic Hospital requires good performance. Good performance in an organization will be obtained if it is supported by professionalism and high work motivation from its employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of professionalism on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and the effect of professionalism & work motivation on employee performance at Ibnu Sina Payakumbuh Islamic Hospital. In this study using quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees of RSI Ibnu Sina Payakumbuh, totaling 213 people. The sample in this study was taken using a total sampling technique, namely the entire population. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests through the t test and f test. The results of the study show that there is a direct and significant influence between the variables of professionalism and work motivation on performance either partially or simultaneously.
