Abstract

Lingkungan VIII, Babura Village, Medan Baru District consists of six sub-districts in Medan Baru District. Lingkungan VIII is one of the wards in Babura Village out of 13 wards in this subdistrict. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to mothers in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of this PKM is to train mothers to do business or entrepreneurship and motivate mothers to become entrepreneurs. Mothers are expected to have creative ideas by being able to process various preparations using cheap basic ingredients, such as bananas, cassava and the modern cake business. The results of this processing are used as an idea to be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship to increase household income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing, variasi produk, dan lokasi terhadap peningkatan nasabah pada PT BPR NBP 6 Tanah Jawa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah seluruh sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 99 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan secara parsial digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan nasabah dengan nilai t hitung 4,753 > t tabel 1,984, dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, variasi produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan nasabah dengan nilai t hitung 2,319 > t tabel 1,984, dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,023, secara parsial lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan nasabah dengan nilai t hitung 4,256 > t tabel 1,984, dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan secara simultan digital marketing, variasi produk, dan lokasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan nasabah dengan nilai F hitung 150,152 > F tabel 2,71 dan nilai signifikansi F 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,820 atau sama dengan 82%. dengan demikian pengaruh digital marketing, variasi produk, dan lokasi terhadap peningkatan nasabah sebesar 82%, sedangkan 18% adalah pengaruh dari variable lain yang tidak ikut serta dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities, teamwork and work discipline on employee performance at the Pematangsiantar DPRD Secretariat Office. The type of research used in this research is quantitative method. The sample in this study were employees at the Pematangsiantar City DPRD Secretariat Office as many as 35 people. The results showed that the work facility variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with at value of 2.662> t table 2.039 and a sig value of 0.012 < 0.05, teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with at value of 2.243> t table 2.039 and a sig value of 0.032 < 0.05, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employees performance, with at value of 5.427> t table 2.039 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results showed that work facilities, teamwork, and work discipline simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated F value of 29.462> F table 2.83 and a Sig value of 0.000
