Abstract

Purpose: The service aims to highlight how various marketing strategies such as social media, food festivals and various local cultural bases can contribute. In the economic growth of the culinary sector according to the increase in the attractiveness of tourist destinations Method: This service uses an approach using direct observation to observe the social and economic conditions of the community and the dissemination of questionnaires to collect data on the needs and aspirations of residents. The results of the analysis are used to design the right solution for the target community. Practical Application: The results of this service can be a reference for local governments, business actors and local communities in designing more effective promotional strategies to increase the attractiveness of culinary tourism destinations. This growth is also beneficial for culinary micro business owners in optimizing the marketing of their products through social media and experience-based promotional activities such as Culinary Festivals and collaborations with influencers. Conclusion: Promotion strategies through social media and culinary festivals strengthen the image of the destination, increase tourist visits, and support the income of culinary micro businesses. Collaboration between the government, business actors, and local communities is needed to create sustainable marketing to develop culinary tourism in Wanayasa, Purwakarta.

Abstract

Abstract: The community service program in Nangewer Village, Darangdan District, Purwakarta Regency, aims to empower local MSME actors and strengthen the village's economic independence post-pandemic through the development of a participatory weekly market model. This activity involved 25 MSME actors, village officials, and Youth Organizations in planning, training, and implementing weekly markets combined with social activities such as mass gymnastics, local culinary, and children's games. The results of the evaluation showed an increase in the daily income of business actors from IDR 6.23 million to IDR 11.52 million, or an increase of 85%, with income stability of 40%. In addition to having an economic impact, this activity increases social interaction across hamlets and strengthens the role of women in household businesses. The main obstacles in the form of limited facilities and waste management are overcome through synergy with BUMDes and the support of the Village Fund. This activity shows good practices of collaboration between the community, village government, and universities in developing sustainable micromarkets, which can be replicated as a model of economic empowerment in other villages. Keywords: MSME; Community Empowerment; Weekly Market; Village Economy Abstrak: Program pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Nangewer, Kecamatan Darangdan, Kabupaten Purwakarta, bertujuan memberdayakan pelaku UMKM lokal dan memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi desa pasca-pandemi melalui pengembangan model pasar mingguan partisipatif. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 25 pelaku UMKM, perangkat desa, dan Karang Taruna dalam perencanaan, pelatihan, dan pelaksanaan pasar mingguan yang dikombinasikan dengan kegiatan sosial seperti senam massal, kuliner lokal, dan permainan anak. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pendapatan harian pelaku usaha dari Rp6,23 juta menjadi Rp11,52 juta, atau naik 85%, dengan stabilitas pendapatan 40%. Selain memberikan dampak ekonomi, kegiatan ini meningkatkan interaksi sosial lintas dusun dan memperkuat peran perempuan dalam usaha rumah tangga. Hambatan utama berupa keterbatasan fasilitas dan pengelolaan sampah diatasi melalui sinergi dengan BUMDes dan dukungan Dana Desa. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan praktik baik kolaborasi antara masyarakat, pemerintah desa, dan perguruan tinggi dalam mengembangkan pasar mikro yang berkelanjutan, yang dapat direplikasi sebagai model pemberdayaan ekonomi di desa lain. Abstract

The roster industry in Citeko Village, Plered District, Purwakarta Regency, serves as a key production center for architectural building materials. However, local enterprises face significant logistical challenges, particularly in manual and inefficient workforce rostering systems. This study aims to analyze the implementation of technology-based logistics management aligned with ISCEA (2021) principles to enhance operational efficiency and workforce well-being. The findings indicate that adopting digital systems such as e-rostering and dynamic scheduling can improve efficiency, reduce logistics costs, and strengthen the competitiveness of rural roster industries. Technology-driven logistics training is identified as a strategic step toward es tablishing an adaptive, efficient, and sustainable logistics system in Citeko.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important role in driving economic growth. However, in the digital era, MSMEs face the challenge of adapting to ever-evolving technology. The Community Empowerment and Service STIE WIKARA conducted product enrichment and market expansion in Pondokbungur Village, Purwakarta to optimize marketing, sales, and product calculations that are more profitable for MSME entrepreneurs. The results of this KPPM activity provide knowledge for MSME entrepreneurs to manage more attractive packaging, calculate production costs to obtain maximum profit, expand sales networks to seminars for MSME entrepreneurs to promote their products widely through digital and increase public knowledge about the use of digitalization.

Abstract

Logistics management has a strategic role in the processed food industry, especially in products with a limited shelf life such as bread. This study aims to analyze the application of logistics management of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk Purwakarta as a bread producer under the Sari Roti brand. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach through direct observation in the factory and informal interviews with company employees. The results of the study show that the company implements a multi-channel distribution system, including an internal fleet, hawker system, as well as cooperation with modern and traditional retail networks. The First In First Out (FIFO) strategy is applied in warehouse management to maintain product freshness, while the distribution information system helps monitor the flow of goods in real time. The main obstacle lies in high logistics costs and limited shelf life, so optimizing distribution routes and utilizing digital technology is an urgent need. These findings confirm that effective logistics management integration can improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and strengthen the company's competitiveness in the bakery industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk mengembangkan Villa Flamboyan 98 sebagai model akomodasi wisata alam di kawasan Kiarapedes, Purwakarta. Urgensi kegiatan ini muncul dari meningkatnya minat wisatawan terhadap destinasi berbasis alam, sementara pengelolaan villa dan akomodasi serupa di Kiarapedes masih bersifat tradisional, belum menerapkan standar operasional pelayanan, dan belum memanfaatkan pemasaran digital secara optimal. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya daya saing, pengalaman tamu yang belum konsisten, serta belum maksimalnya kontribusi ekonomi pariwisata bagi masyarakat sekitar. Melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pengelola, serta analisis fasilitas, layanan, dan lingkungan sekitar, kegiatan ini memberikan rekomendasi berupa peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, penyusunan SOP dasar, perbaikan fasilitas pendukung, dan digitalisasi promosi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pengelola mengenai prinsip manajemen akomodasi yang profesional dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini penting dilakukan untuk mendorong transformasi pengelolaan akomodasi wisata berbasis komunitas sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepuasan tamu, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan memperkuat posisi Kiarapedes sebagai destinasi wisata alam yang kompetitif dan ramah keluarga. -- This community service activity was carried out to develop Villa Flamboyan 98 as a model of natural tourism accommodation in the Kiarapedes area, Purwakarta. The urgency of this activity arises from the increasing interest of tourists in nature-based destinations, while the management of villas and similar accommodations in Kiarapedes is still traditional, has not implemented service operational standards, and has not made optimal use of digital marketing. This condition has an impact on low competitiveness, inconsistent guest experience, and not yet maximized tourism economic contribution to the surrounding community. Through field observations, interviews with managers, and analysis of facilities, services, and the surrounding environment, this activity provides recommendations in the form of improving service quality, preparing basic SOPs, improving supporting facilities, and digitizing promotions. The results of the activity showed an increase in the manager's understanding of the principles of professional and sustainable accommodation management. This activity is important to encourage the transformation of community-based tourism accommodation management so that it can increase guest satisfaction, expand market reach, and strengthen Kiarapedes' position as a competitive and family-friendly natural tourism destination.

Abstract

Perkembangan aset kripto di Indonesia menunjukkan tren peningkatan signifikan, seiring dengan tumbuhnya minat masyarakat terhadap instrumen investasi digital. Namun, tingginya minat sering kali tidak diimbangi dengan tingkat literasi yang memadai, sehingga menimbulkan potensi risiko seperti misinformasi, kerugian finansial, dan spekulasi berlebihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran asosiasi kripto dalam mendorong literasi cryptocurrency melalui komunitas di platform X (Twitter), serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan minat masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi non-partisipatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui pemantauan akun resmi asosiasi kripto, konten edukatif yang diunggah, serta interaksi komunitas kripto Indonesia di platform X. Analisis difokuskan pada pola penyebaran informasi, respon audiens, serta keterkaitan literasi dengan minat masyarakat untuk mencoba atau berinvestasi dalam aset kripto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi yang dibangun oleh asosiasi kripto melalui media sosial mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan rasa ingin tahu publik. Thread edukatif, kampanye literasi, dan diskusi komunitas terbukti mendorong pertumbuhan minat, tercermin dari meningkatnya engagement, pencarian informasi lanjutan, serta percakapan mengenai cara berinvestasi. Meski demikian, literasi yang disebarkan asosiasi sering kalah populer dibanding narasi yang dibangun influencer atau komunitas non-resmi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antara asosiasi kripto dan komunitas digital dalam menciptakan ekosistem literasi yang inklusif, seimbang, dan berkelanjutan untuk mendorong peningkatan minat sekaligus mengurangi risiko bagi masyarakat.
