Abstract

Dalam rangka peningkatan kemampuan dan kualitas anggota UKM Aoklah Production dalam hal merancang dan mendesain, diperlukan suatu pelatihan perancangan UI/UX supaya dapat terus memberikan informasi yang terupdate pada dunia maya. Workshop User Experience (UX) Design akan mengajarkan tentang prinsip-prinsip dari UX Design yang baik dan bagaimana menciptakan sebuah prototyping design aplikasi web atau mobile yang berorientasi kepada user.UKM Aoklah Production merupakan salah satu UKM kegiatan mahasiswa di bidang teknologi informasi. Yaitu khususnya di bidang fotografi dan videografi. Anggota UKM Aoklah Production harus dapat memberikan informasi informasi yang up to date dalam menyikapi keadaan dan situasi saat ini yang suah masuk ke era digitalisasi dan sebagai berkal bagi peserta dalam persaingan di dunia bisnis. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan  secara  tatap muka pada 13 dan 14 November 2021 dan diikuti oleh 15 orang peserta dari AOKLAH Production  semua peserta pelatihan sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan workshop dan pelatihan UI UX aplikasi Mobile menggunakan FIGMA. Kegiatan ini sangat baik bagi anggota UKM Aoklah Production dalam mempersiapkan mental dan skill untuk terjun ke dalam dunia digitalisasi.

Abstract

This Research applies the C4.5 Algorithm in deciding community satisfaction of sommunity services. Algorithm C4.5 is a classification algorithm with a decision tree technique that is well known and preferred because it has many advantages. These advantages, for example, can process numeric and discrete data, can handle missing attribute values, produce rules that are easy to interpret and the fastest. This research is a classification with the concept of data mining involving 20 community questionnaire data which are categorized as: cheap, expensive, appropriate, inappropriate, fast, long, comfortable, uncomfortable. There are four attributes that affect community satisfaction including: handling costs, service procedures, handling time and convenience. From the results of this research that has been conducted by researchers, it can be concluded. The customer satisfaction of the community services can be predicted and evaluated by utilizing data mining techniques using the C4.5 Algorithm to predict community satisfaction. This research also provided that C4.5 Algorihtm can be used to get high result of accuracy

Abstract

Currently, the development of technology is very rapid. Technology is used to assist humans in carrying out dailyactivities. One of the advances in technology is the developmentof tools that can control over long distances or remotely (the Internet of Things). IoT applications are for remote monitoringand smart home appliance controlling. We propose a mobile-based door security model. At present, there are many door security models, but in this study, we propose security at doors using Location Based Services (LBS). The door will automatically open and close. The user's location is based on the cell phone user’s location. If the user's location is outside the door area of the house, the door will be closed automatically. Instead, the door will open if the user has entered the house. With the security door model using LBS, the house will be secured. The door will automatically be locked when the owner is outside the house within a radius of 1 meter. With the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, residents will feel safe without worrying when traveling. The IoT technology used in this study is ESP 8266, as a Wifi module and as an opening tool that can move smart lock, to open and lock the door. The results of this study are the accuracy of the performance of the smart door lock system with location-based service by 70%.Saat ini perkembangan teknologi sangat pesat. Teknologi digunakan untuk membantu manusia dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari. Salah satu kemajuan dalam teknologi adalah pengembangan alat yang dapat mengontrol dalam jarak jauh (Internet of Things). Banyak aplikasi IoT adalah untuk memantau jarak jauh dan mengendalikan peralatan rumah tangga (smart home appliance). Kami mengusulkan model keamanan pintu berbasis mobile. Saat ini, ada banyak model keamanan pintu, tetapi dalam penelitian ini, kami mengusulkan keamanan di pintu menggunakan Layanan Berbasis Lokasi (LBS). Pintu akan secara otomatis membuka dan menutup. Lokasi pengguna berdasarkan yang diperoleh dari pengguna ponsel. Jika lokasi pengguna berada di luar area pintu rumah, pintu akan ditutup secara otomatis. Sebaliknya, pintu akan terbuka jika pengguna sudah masuk rumah. Dengan model keamanan pintu menggunakan LBS, rumah akan diamankan. Pintu akan otomatis terkunci ketika pemiliknya berada di luar rumah dalam radius 1 meter. Dengan penerapan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) ini, penghuni rumah akan merasa aman tanpa khawatir jika bepergian. Teknologi IoT yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ESP 8266, sebagai modul wifi dan sebagai alat pembuka yang bisa menggerakkan smartlock, untuk membuka dan mengunci pintu. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah akurasi kinerja aplikasi smartlock dengan location-based service sebesar 70%.

Abstract

To meet the minnimum requirements of people who want to get information quickly and easily, the need for internet access is very high. Thus, we must continue to look for and strive for quality. There is a delay in communication and there is no filtering for devices connected to Office of Salemba’s internet. This is because there is no way to regulate the access rights for each device on the network, therefore it is necessary to implement the Access Control List (ACL) method on computer networks with the aim of making staff or employees more stable when working. In getting internet access, the development used is NDLC consisting of Analysis, Design, Prototyping Simulation, Implementation, Monitoring and Management. Data collection methods are literature study, observation and interviews. The routerboard that has been used is RB941-2nd. The results obtained from this research are that this method is very helpful in limiting the number of clients who get the internet and filtering unauthorized packets.

Abstract

Nowadays as demand for fast and effective services increases, global technological and telecommunications developments also increase. Every village office, one of which is Belo Laut, must have an internet network to serve the community in accessing community data, therefore the development of technology and telecommunications is also very important for the government. To create a safe and effective internet network, this network security system uses Mikrotik with the Firewall Filtering method. The research problem is how to design and build network security in the Belo Laut village office area using Mikrotik to prevent the negative impacts of the internet, such as sites with adult content. Layer 7 protocol configuration and Filter Rules are included in blocking. Based on the keywords that have been determined, the test results show that Mikrotik has succeeded in blocking sites or websites that contain adult content.

Abstract

Pelatihan desain grafis ini memberikan keterampilan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan memberikan pelatihan untuk tenaga pengajar sistwa berkebutuhan khusus Tingkat SMP/SMA. Kegiiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk membimbing dan meningkatkan kompetensi para tenaga pengajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus terhadap pembuatan desain sedeerhana, dari memahami konsep desain hingga dapat membuat desain produk dan desain spanduk. Pengabdian ini menerapkan metode pelatihan dan praktik langsung terhadap tenaga pengajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Hasil dari pelatihan ini yaitu para tenaga pengajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus dapat menggunakan aplikasi desain grafis yang Dimana pada pelatihan ini menggunakan Adobe Photohsop. Sehingga diharapkan para tenaga pengajar dapat memberikan ilmu yang mereka dapatkan kepada siswa didik yang mereka naungi. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 3 hari dan diikuti 12 tenaga pengajar dari 12 sekolah yang berbeda

Abstract

Dunia pemasaran digital saat ini sudah berkembang dan terus berubah seiring penggunaan internet yang semakin tinggi dan adanya teknologi dan tren baru yang muncul. Digital marketing yang merupakan pemasaran interaktif dan terpadu memudahkan interaksi antara produsen, perantara pasar dan konsumen. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan promosi sekolah dan memasarkan produk kreatif yang dihasilkan oleh peserta didik di setiap jurusan. Workshop digital marketing ini menjadi wadah agar tercapainya tujuan untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan penguasaan teknologi 4.0 dari kurikulum merdeka. Workshop ini akan membantu para pendidik lebih memahami cara mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik memiliki bekal dan siap dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia digital.

Abstract

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yang ingin mendapatkan informasi dengan cepat, dan mudah, kebutuhan akan akses internet sangat tinggi. dengan demikian, kita harus terus mencari dan mengupayakan kualitas. Terdapat keterlambatan dalam komunikasi serta belum adanya pemfilteran terhadap perangkat yang terhubung dalam jaringan internet kantor lurah air Selemba. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada untuk mengatur hak ases setiap perangkat yang ada dalam jaringan tersebut,oleh karena itu diperlukan penerapan metode Access Control List(ACL) pada jaringan komputer dengan tujuan agar para staff atau pegawai lebih stabil saat bekerja. Dalam mendapatkan akses internet yang pengembangan yang digunakan adalah NDLC terdiri dari Analysis, Design, Simulasi Prototyping, Implementation, Monitoring dan Management. Metode pengumpulan data adalah studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Routerboard yang digunakan RB941- 2nd.Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah metode ini sangat membantu dalam membatasi jumlah klien yang mendapatkan internet serta melakukan filtering terhadap paket yang tidak diizinkan

Abstract

Advice Planning is a recommendation regarding the explanation of land designation for development or building in an area so that it is in accordance with its land designation based on the urban spatial pattern plan as regulated in the Pangkalpinang City Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2012 concerning Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW). This Advice Planning is also an initial requirement that must exist in managing the development permit process in Pangkalpinang City. Submission of Advice Planning can be done on behalf of an individual or on behalf of a company. The submission process is also done manually by visiting the Pangkalpinang City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office to collect the requirements form. Then come back again to complete the file submitted by the applicant to the concerned agency and after completing the existing documents and requirements the applicant must wait a few days until the Advice Planning is issued. Therefore, to improve the quality of public services with the concept of e-Government and facilitate the community in the process of submitting Advice Planning, an Android-based Advice Planning service application is needed. So that public services will become easier and shorten the time. The results of the research are in the form of an android-based application which is expected to facilitate applicants in submitting Advice Planning to the Pangkalpinang City Government without being hindered by time and place.
