Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to find the influence of organizational culture and the contribution of transformational leadership to knowledge sharing in PMII organization. Methodology: This study adopts a quantitative methodological framework. Data acquisition was carried out via a structured questionnaire, targeting 250 respondents drawn from the population of active PMII members in Sidoarjo, selected through an incidental sampling technique. The analytical procedure encompassed various statistical diagnostics, and determination coefficient analysis were performed utilizing the SPSS. Results: The analytical findings reveal that, organizational culture Anda trasformational leadership significant effect on knowledge sharing. Findings: The research concluded that both organizational culture and transformational leadership are pivotal in fostering knowledge sharing. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in uncovering the mutual role of organizational culture and transformational leadership in strengthening the outcomes of knowledge sharing. Originality: This study lies in its focus which examines the the dynamic between organizational culture and transformational leadership on knowledge sharing. Conclusion: This investigation demonstrates that all hypotheses are substantiated, there by offering empirical support for the assertion that both organizational culture and transformational leadership significant influence on knowledge-sharing dynamics within PMII organizations. Abstract

Setiap tahun banyak sekali peziarah yang mengunjungi wisata religi Dewi Sekardadu. Salah satu akses menuju lokasi wisata religi Dewi Sekardadu yakni melalui dermaga depo pasar ikan, disana para pengunjung menunggu kapal tanpa melakukan apapun. Maka dari itu pengabdian masyarakat ini menyediakan papan informasi sebagai sarana literasi untuk memberikan informasi kepada pengunjung ketika menunggu kapal. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan observasi dan wawancara langsung di lapangan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa papan informasi dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh pengunjung ketika menunggu kapal serta dapat menambah wawasan pengunjung mengenai wisata religi Dewi Sekardadu. Adanya papan informasi selain untuk mengisi waktu luang pengunjung ketika menunggu kapal juga sebagai sarana literasi yang berguna untuk pengunjung. Every year, numerous pilgrims visit the Dewi Sekardadu religious site. One way to access the Dewi Sekardadu religious site is through the fish market depot pier, where visitors wait for boats without doing anything. Therefore, this community service provided an information board as a literacy tool to provide information to visitors while they wait for the boat. This community service used qualitative methods through direct observation and interviews in the field. The results of this community service show that the information board is well-utilized by visitors while waiting for the boat and can increase their knowledge about the Dewi Sekardadu religious site. The presence of the information board not only fills visitors' free time while waiting for the boat but also serves as a useful literacy tool for visitors.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether live streaming and real product pictures can build consumer trust and can be the key to sales conversion. The research method used is quantitative and for data collection using a questionnaire and the data analysis technique in this research uses PLS. Conclusions describe the answer to the hypothesis and/or research objectives or scientific findings obtained. The conclusion does not contain a repetition of the results and discussion, but rather a summary of the findings as expected in the objective or hypothesis.
