Abstract

This research aims to see whether there is an influence between the variable’s good corporate governance, return on equity, and company size simultaneously on company value. Purposive sampling was the method utilized to choose the sample for this study. All 45 LQ companies that are registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange make up the research population. Data for this study came from literature reviews and field investigations. This study's data analysis approach makes use of a multiple regression model. This investigation employed a two-tailed test. The following conclusions can be made in light of the data gathered and the tests performed on the issue using a multiple regression model: Company size, return on equity, audit committee, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership all simultaneously and significantly affect a company's value. The value of a corporation is partly influenced by managerial ownership. The value of a corporation is not partially impacted by institutional ownership. The audit committee's impact on the value of the company is zero. The value of the company is partially impacted by return on equity. The worth of a corporation is not influenced in part by its size.

Abstract

This research was conducted to increase service satisfaction for muzakki at BAZNAS Kab. Musi Banyuasin must report all activities, including management reports, performance reports and financial reports on a monthly, semester (six month) and annual scale, which are reported at the right time and in a fast and precise manner. This research aims to determine the influence of Transparency and Accountability on the Satisfaction Level of Muzakki Baznas Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sampling technique in this research used a nonprobability sampling method. The number of samples obtained was 96 Muzzaki samples at BAZNAS Kab. Musi Banyuasin. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that: Transparency has no effect on the level of satisfaction of BAZNAS muzakki in Musi Banyuasin Regency. This is shown by the results of the T test which has a Tcount value of 1.088, smaller than the Ttable value of 1.660. Accountability has no effect on the level of satisfaction of BAZNAS muzakki in Musi Banyuasin Regency. This is shown by the results of the T test which has a Tcount value of 1.655 which is smaller than the Ttable value of 1.660.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh word of mouth, personal selling dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah dengan kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel intervening di BMT Mitra Khazanah Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian anggota atau nasabah BMT Mitra Khazanah Palembang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuisioner. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis jalur dan pengolahan data menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic Version 15. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan tingkat sig.0,000. Personal selling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan tingkat sig. 0,000. Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan tingkat sig. 0,000. Word of mouth berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah dengan tingkat sig.0,943. Personal selling berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah dengan tingkat sig. 0,093. Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan tingkat sig. 0,008. Kepuasan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah dengan tingkat sig. 0,000. Adapun kepuasan nasabah secara partial mediation mampu mempengaruhi sebagai variabel intervening antara word of mouth, personal selling dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, marketing communications and complaint handling on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang. The population of this research is all customers of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang. The sampling technique uses the formula Hair et al. The survey used a questionnaire conducted on 110 customers. Data analysis using Smart PLS 4.0. The research results show that service quality, marketing communication and complaint handling have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality, marketing communication and complaint handling have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on loyalty with satisfaction as a mediating variable , meaning that customer satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of service quality on customer loyalty. Marketing communication and complaint handling have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, meaning that customer satisfaction is able to mediate marketing communication and complaint handling on customer loyalty at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang

Abstract

Abstrak: Many leaders and managers have emerged and not afew women who achieve success. These women have provedthat the feminine woman is not a weakness and inferiorcompared with masculine traits in men. Differences in thenature of women and men will make a difference also in theleadership of women and men. Characterized by maleleadership style 'command and control' was originallyconsidered to be the nicest. Abstract

Nowadays, most of the Islamic world is still relatively underdeveloped developing countries even seen from the size and criteria of wealth, employment, education and health. A fact that is contrary to the doctrine, values and norms of Islam itself. The importance of building Islamic economic thought is based, two arguments, first, theological arguments which claim that Islam is a heavenly religions based on revelation (Quran) that serves to guide the life of humanity, whether social, political, and economic. First, the empirical philosophical arguments and factual. Second, there is a gap and a dearth of literature in the field of economic science to explain the philosophy, institutions, principles, values, norms and laws of Islamic economics; second, the fact shows the need for the economic development of Islamic countries. ملخص :في الوقت الحاضر، فإن معظم العالم الإسلامي لا يزال البلدان النامية المتخلفة نسبيا حتى يتضح من حجم ومعايير الثروة والعمل والتعليم والصحة. وحقيقة أنه لا يتعارض مع العقيدة والقيم وقواعد الإسلام نفسه. ويستند على أهمية بناء الفكر الاقتصادي الإسلامي، حجتين، الأولى، والحجج اللاهوتية التي تدعي أن الإسلام هو الديانات السماوية على أساس الوحي (القرآن) الذي يعمل على توجيه الحياة الإنسانية، سواء كانت اجتماعية أو سياسية، واقتصادية. وثانيا، فإن الحجج الفلسفية والواقعية التجريبية. أولا، هناك فجوة وقلة الأدب في مجال العلوم الاقتصادية لشرح فلسفة والمؤسسات والمبادئ والقيم والأعراف والقوانين الاقتصاد الإسلامي. الثانية، يظهر حقيقة الحاجة إلى التنمية الاقتصادية للبلدان الإسلامية.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operation Efficiency (BOPO), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Proportion of Depositor’s Funding (PDPK), Purchase Financing (PJB), Profit Sharing Financing (PBH) and Return On Assets (ROA) to Profit Distribution Management (PDM) in Islamic banks in Indonesia. The sample determined by using purposive sampling based on Indonesia Syariah Bank for period of 2009-2013. The population in this research is 11 Syariah Banks, which 5 Syariah Banks are chosen based on purposive sampling. For analysis the data, multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS. The result of the research shown that internal bank factors (BOPO and PBH) give positive effect to PDM, the internal bank factors (FDR and PDPK) give negative effect to PDM, while internal bank factors (CAR and PJB) do not affect to PDM. ROA gives positive effect on PDM. Keywords  : CAR, BOPO, FDR, PDPK, PJB, PBH, ROA, PDM.

Abstract

Abstract Research entitled The Influence of Motivation, Type of Work and Social Environment on Understanding Professional Zakat in Muara Enim District. Understanding is the ability of the community in Muara Enim District to understand and comprehend professional zakat. The aim of this research is to analyze motivation, type of work and social environment of society towards understanding professional zakat. In this study, the population used was people who work in Kepur Village, Muara Enim District. The research sample was taken from 100 of 361 people who work using a non-probability sampling technique using the formula Hair et al. In this research, a quantitative approach was used using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaire data. Data analysis techniques use SPSS 26.0 software tools. The results of this research are that the motivation variable influences the understanding of professional zakat with a t-count of 2.263 and a t-table of 1.661, the type of work influences the understanding of professional zakat with a t-count of 4.170 and a t-table of 1.661, the social environment influences the understanding of professional zakat with a t-count of 2.636 and a t-table of 1.661 and motivation , the type of work and social environment together influence the understanding of professional zakat in Muara Enim District.

Abstract

This research using three independent variables that are customer satisfaction, product quality and experiential marketing while variable dependent is word of mouth. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction, product quality, and experiential marketing to word of mouth in Sabilul HAQ printing. Research sampling is all the customer Sabilul HAQ printing. Based on that there are 88 respondents. Sampling technique using boring sampling. Data analysis method using quantitative analysis that are reliability test and validity test, classic assumption test, T test, F test, determination coefficient , and multiple linear regression analysis. The result show that customer satisfaction, product quality, experiential marketing variables has positive influence to word of mouth.Key word: customer satisfaction, product quality, experiential marketing , word of mouth

Abstract

The Regional Leadership of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (PDA OKI) is one of the PDAs in South Sumatra Province which is considered slow to develop. It is therefore necessary to carry out a study as a tabayyun effort by regional leaders. This research is a qualitative descriptive study based on a case study which attempts to summarize a phenomenon to the reality. The research object is the PDA OKI in the key person-based. The main data collection method is interviews with triangulation analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the quiet activity of the PDA OKI is because even though regional expansion has occurred, the vastness of the OKI territory is still in sense, so it has an impact on feedback, tools and facilities, as well as development opportunities. Furthermore, the results of the analysis show that the PDA OKI is not an area that is silent in its activities, in fact it has the opportunity to grow better and become a primadona because of the potential of its cadres and opportunities for communication development.Highlights: Regional Challenges: The vast OKI area limits development and feedback opportunities for PDA OKI. Potential for Growth: PDA OKI has untapped potential due to its capable cadres and leaders. Positive Outlook: Despite challenges, PDA OKI holds promise to become a regional primadona.
