Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of return on asset, return on equity, and Tobin’s Q to dividend policy in manufactured company in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2014 - 2016. There are four variables: dividend policy as the dependent variable, while the ROA, ROE, and Tobin’s Q as the independent variables. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linier regressions. Based on statistical t test, return on asset have significant influenced on dividend policy because the significant value is less than 0,05. Meanwhile, ROE and Tobins Q doesn’t have a significant influence because the significant value is more than 0,05. Based on statistical F test indicates that variables ROA, ROE, and Tobins Q simultantly affect to dividend policy. Result of coefficient determination test showed that ROA, ROE, and Tobins Q explained the firm value 40,9%, and the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Y generation or also called as Millenial Generation are group of the people who born in 1980 – 2000. Milenial life very closes with digital technology or we can call them tech savvy by the nature. One of their distinguished habbit was the frequency of using social media. Aside from culinary, this Millenial Generation also closed with make up and skin care products. Style and appearance become very important for this generation. This habbit also lead them to become very narcissistic and post everything about their life in social media. This research will discuss about Brand Image, Price and Product Quality influence to Repurchase Decision for high end make up and skin care product. The scope of this research is only in Jakarta. The subject of this research is 30 consumers that repeatedly buy the make up and skin care product for their lifestyle. The independent variables are Brand Image, Price and Product Quality. And for dependent variable is Repurchase Decision. This model analyzed using multiple regressions. Purpose of this research is to observe the influence of culture effect, social, personal and psychological aspect to purchase decision of the high end make up and skin care products. Result that obtained in this research is culture effect, social, personal and psychology aspect has influenced to purchase decision of high end make up and skin care product for Millenial Generaion.

Abstract

Millennial generation economy behavior is very different from previous generations. Both generation X or even further generations. Generations before millennial save money for the future. While the millennial generation save money for certain purposes. Savings are more short term. So it's easier to spend money on savings and tend not to be ready for future savings. Millennials often spend money beyond their capabilities, the more limited the goods, the more 'stylish' they feel if they can upload it to social media.This study wants to find out whether the purchase decision will then be followed by a repurchase decision on products that are classified as not cheap to satisfy the lifestyle of the generation. The analytical method that researchers use is multiple regression. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is an influence of price fairness on the repurchase intention of high end make up and skin care millennial generation?The results revealed that price fairness had a significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

According to surveyd had been done from (BPS), the number of unemployed people in Indonesia as of August 2018 reaching 7,000,000 people. This figure is equivalent to 5.34% of the total workforce in Indonesia, which is 131,010,000 people. The number of job vacancies always prioritizes the good educational background, the data had been shown: most absorbed graduates are graduate and postgraduate graduates, and professions while the lowest percentage of employment is secondary school graduates. Therefore at this time community services made a theme to providing communication and self-interpretation as a briefing for the world of work will be held in (SMK Yadika - Jakarta). Total sample of 125 students were collected in this session an being divided into two groups in this activity. The method used is the development of Laswell's theory through 5 main stages. The first session will be given direction by the lecturers on communication management starting from the definition, development, and implementation, which is then followed by a role play session. The second session, continued with interviews between students and lecturers. Through this interview session students are given directions on how to communicate well. At the end of the session the students were given one chance to do a review to meet a good interview standard. Based on the results, the participants could see that the students responded actively and enthusiastically in this activity. Abstract

 ABSTRACT                Being able to achieve all of the goals that companies would like to achieve had been the main purpose that all companies in the world want to fulfill, in which, in order to achieve all of these success and goals, companies should be able to lead their teams properly, in which, there are 4 (four) essential factors which companies should fully and thoroughly understand in order to effectively lead all of thsee teams toward achieving the goals that the teams would like to achieve, in which, these four aspects are consisted of: companies’ ability to show and practice leadership, companies’ ability to understand the importance of teamwork and team building, companies ability to develop and execute all of the strategies effectively, and companies’ thorough understanding regarding the methods of tackling or eliminating Silo Mentality. Therefore, this community service project was commenced in order to inform and present the importance of understanding all of these four factors to all of the individuals working within the company in order to enable these individuals (together with their teams) to achieve their goals. This community service activity was conducted in Alfa Land, in which, a total of 37 individuals working in Alfa Land were participating in this community service activity. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this community service project was conducted virtually through Zoom Meeting Conference Platform. After commencing this community service project, authors hope that all Individuals and Teams who are participating in this community service activity could further understand the importance of establishing and improving teamwork in order to enable the teams and the company to achieve all of the targets and objectives which the company would like to achieve

Abstract

Considering that teenagers in the future will be the next generation, the future must be approved. Tri Dharma of higher education related to Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), which refers to the responsibilities of teachers including transferring, transforming, and using knowledge from within the campus for the community. Based on this, Bunda Mulia University conducted PKM activities by raising the topic " Kompetensi di Dunia Realitas setelah Lulus SMA". The participation of the study participants was adjusted to the topic Tunas Indonesia School students. The method used in this PKM is an ice breaking session, sharing of material, role playing as a practical tool for participants as well as question and answer sessions so that two-way communication can be used. In summary, life goals, self-development, the importance of soft skills in achieving our goals, and success in the world of work. Each session is twenty minutes long. In the future, the activity of PKM is expected to be held again, of course with more diverse topics and bring benefits. Keywords: competence, graduated high school, PKM, life goals.

Abstract

Knowing that human resources are important for the progress of a nation, it is necessary to have early preparation in order to be able to foster the future well. Supported also by the third Tri Dharma of Higher Education - Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), which states that the responsibilities of a teacher include transferring, transforming, and applying knowledge from within the campus to the public. Based on this, the University of Bunda Mulia conducted PKM activities by raising the topic "Preparing the Future in the Early Age". The selection of the subject of this research that has been adjusted to the topic is the Bhakti Utama School students. The method used in this PKM is ice breaking, the delivery of material includes lectures, sharing experiences and video playback as well as a question and answer session that results in two-way communication. In short, the material presented is in the form of the importance of money management and preparation for further education, planning provides direction and reduces uncertainty, and how to change bad behavior and habits. Each session is thirty minutes long. This PKM activity is expected to be held again, of course with more varied topics.

Abstract

Indonesia fashion industry is rapidly growing, driven by high household consumption and widespread social media use. Instagram Ads, a popular tool for digital marketing, provides targeted advertising features. However, limited research explores user perceptions influencing its adoption, particularly in the fashion sector. This study investigates factors affecting the intention to use Instagram Ads by applying constructs from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), including perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trustworthiness, and attitudes toward Instagram Ads. A quantitative approach was used with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected from Instagram Ads users in the fashion industry, testing nine hypotheses to assess relationships between key variables. The results indicate that perceived ease of use positively influences perceived usefulness (H1), trustworthiness (H2), and attitudes toward Instagram Ads (H3). Perceived usefulness impacts trustworthiness (H4), attitudes (H5), and intention to use Instagram Ads (H6). While trustworthiness affects attitudes (H7), it does not directly influence intention to use Instagram Ads (H8). Attitudes significantly determine intention to use Instagram Ads (H9). This study extends previous research by highlighting the role of ease of use and perceived usefulness in shaping user attitudes and trust. The findings offer practical implications for businesses looking to optimize digital marketing strategies and theoretical contributions by integrating TAM and TPB in a social media advertising context.
