Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh variabel kualitas sistem (system quality), kualitas informasi (information quality) dan kualitas layanan (service quality) terhadap kepuasaan pengguna (user satisfaction) dalam penggunaan SIAKAD online berbasis Web. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 252 mahasiswa. Data primer dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan pada bulan April 2017 sampai Mei 2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu peneliti dengan sengaja mengambil mahasiswa Strata satu (S1) yang telah menempuh perkuliahan selama 3 (tiga) semester atau lebih sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS version 17,0 for Windows. Berdasarkan review literatur, model penelitian ini mengadopsi Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi DeLone & McLean (update, tahun 2003). Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem (system quality), kualitas informasi (information quality), dan kualitas layanan (service quality) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan pengguna (user satisfaction) SIAKAD online berbasis Web pada Universitas Jambi.

Abstract

Produktivitas padi sawah di Desa Teluk, Kecamatan Pemayung, Kabupaten Batanghari mengalami penurunan dalam lima tahun terakhir akibat penggunaan pupuk kimia berlebihan, degradasi kesuburan tanah, dan minimnya pengetahuan petani tentang teknologi pupuk organik. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mentransfer pengetahuan pemanfaatan pupuk organik guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan usahatani padi sawah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Community Based Participatory Development (CBPD) dengan pendekatan learning by doing, technology transfer, dan community empowerment. Kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan praktik pembuatan pupuk organik JAKABA (Jamur Keabadian) dan JADAM, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan hasil panen, efisiensi biaya produksi, perbaikan kualitas tanah, dan peningkatan kemandirian petani. Pupuk JAKABA memiliki tingkat adopsi lebih tinggi dibandingkan JADAM karena kemudahan bahan baku dan proses pembuatan. Program ini berhasil membentuk kelompok tani pengolah pupuk organik dan berpotensi untuk direplikasi di wilayah lain, mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan dan ketahanan pangan nasional.

Abstract

Vendor selection at PT. Manufaktur Digital Jaya is still prone to subjectivity and bias that focuses on price, which risks causing production bottlenecks and quality decline. This decision is a complex Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem and requires an objective and structured assessment. This research aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) to determine the best vendor at PT. Manufaktur Digital Jaya, using a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process  (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The AHP analysis was validated using Expert Choice software and the TOPSIS calculations were performed with Microsoft Excel. The AHP method is used to determine the priority weights of the assessment criteria, while TOPSIS is used to rank the vendor alternatives based on their closeness to the ideal solution. Five main criteria were established, covering Product Quality (C1), Unit Price (C2), Delivery Accuracy (C3), Service Capacity (C4), and Reputation (C5). The results of the AHP analysis show that Product Quality (C1) and Service Capacity (C4) are the criteria with the highest weights, reflecting the company's strategic priority on quality and long-term support.

Abstract

Data is an essential asset that must be protected due to its strategic role in maintaining the continuity of information systems. Therefore, data security becomes a crucial aspect in information management. One of the approaches to ensure data security is through the application of cryptographic techniques. Two commonly used classical cryptographic algorithms are the Rail Fence Cipher and the Vigenere Cipher. However, the use of a single algorithm has weaknesses, as it remains vulnerable to brute-force attacks. This study aims to combine two cryptographic methods, namely the transposition technique (Rail Fence) and the substitution technique (Vigenere), to enhance resistance against brute force attacks. The research employs an experimental method by implementing the combined algorithms using the Python programming language. Testing was conducted on three scenarios: encryption using Rail Fence, Vigenere, and their combination. The results show that the combined algorithm increases key space and produces more complex character distribution patterns, thereby improving security against brute-force attacks.

Abstract

The quality of public service is a crucial factor for companies such as the Regional Water Company. The main challenges often faced are the slow handling of customer complaints, difficulty in accessing billing information, and the bureaucratic process of new connection registration. This research aims to design and build an integrated web and mobile-based customer service information system. The research method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The result of this research is the customer service application, which consists of three platforms: (1) A back office web for administrators, supervisors, and superadmins to manage master data, monitor, and delegate complaints and reports; (2) An Android Mobile Application for Customers, featuring online complaints, complaint tracking, new connection registration, bill checking, self-service meter reading, and news information; (3) An Android Mobile Application for Field Officers, which functions to receive and update the status of complaint work orders. The implementation of this system has successfully transformed manual business processes into digital ones, thereby increasing response speed, data transparency, and customer satisfaction one of them is PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Mayang.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi dan keterampilan digital marketing pelaku UMKM serta masyarakat petani di Kecamatan Maro Sebo, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran produk pertanian, sehingga akses pasar dan daya saing produk masih terbatas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode partisipatif-edukatif yang meliputi penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, praktik pembuatan konten promosi, serta pendampingan penggunaan platform digital seperti WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, dan TikTok. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta terkait konsep digital marketing, pemanfaatan media sosial, dan strategi promosi digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor peserta sebesar 69,7% setelah mengikuti kegiatan. Selain itu, peserta mampu membuat konten promosi digital secara mandiri, memahami strategi branding produk, dan memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kapasitas pemasaran digital masyarakat serta mendorong pengembangan usaha pertanian berbasis teknologi informasi guna mendukung peningkatan ekonomi lokal secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study aims to present a systematic literature review (SLR) of the performance, security, and Quality of Service (QoS) of the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol in Internet of Things (IoT) environments based on articles published between 2020 and 2026. The SLR follows the PRISMA 2020 guidelines and the Kitchenham and Charters guidelines for software engineering studies. A total of 30 core articles, comprising 7 reputable international journals and 23 nationally accredited SINTA journals, were purposively selected based on thematic relevance and methodological quality. The search was conducted using IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, MDPI, Garuda, and SINTA with the keywords “MQTT,” “IoT,” “performance,” “security,” and “QoS.” The selection process followed the PRISMA flow, consisting of identification (n=487), screening (n=86), eligibility assessment (n=43), and included studies (n=30). The data were extracted and thematically synthesized to address four research questions (RQ1–RQ4), with Scopus-indexed international studies included as contextual comparators. The findings indicate that MQTT outperforms HTTP in terms of bandwidth efficiency and low latency, particularly on resource-constrained devices, with reported latency ranging from 45 to 210 ms depending on the QoS level and testing scenario. The dominant performance parameters include latency, throughput, and packet loss. Security approaches encompass TLS/RSA encryption, domestic cryptography, and Random Forest-based attack detection, achieving an accuracy of 97.2%, although TLS encryption may reduce throughput by up to 30%. QoS 1 represents a balanced option for non-critical applications, whereas QoS 2 is appropriate for vital data. The main research gap is the absence of integrated performance, security, and QoS testing within a single experimental framework. Therefore, future research should focus on lightweight security, context-aware adaptive QoS, and real-world-scale validation through integrative studies that examine the interaction among these three aspects.

Abstract

The rapid acceleration of the digital economy in Indonesia has substantially transformed the service sector landscape, particularly in shaping labor wage structures. This study aims to examine how digital economy acceleration influences the reconfiguration of wage structures within Indonesia's service sector. A quantitative approach was employed using secondary data obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), the World Bank, and national digital economy reports covering the period 2018–2024. The findings indicate that digitalization has increased the demand for high-skilled labor, leading to higher wage premiums for this group, while low-skilled workers tend to experience wage stagnation. Furthermore, the expansion of the platform-based economy (gig economy) has enhanced labor flexibility but also introduced income instability. Wage disparities across service subsectors, including app-based transportation and digital financial services, have become more pronounced. The study concludes that the acceleration of the digital economy not only improves economic efficiency but also fundamentally reshapes wage structures, potentially widening inequality if not accompanied by effective policies in skill development and adaptive social protection systems.

Abstract

The growing complexity of risks and crisis situations across various sectors has encouraged the development of Artificial Intelligence-based Decision Support Systems (DSS) to support more accurate, responsive, and data-driven decision-making. These systems are considered valuable because they can help decision-makers analyze uncertainty, recognize potential threats, predict possible impacts, and determine appropriate actions in complex conditions. However, the use of black-box AI models creates serious challenges, particularly regarding transparency, accountability, interpretability, and user trust. Therefore, this study focuses on examining the trend of Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) integration in DSS for risk and crisis management, identifying the XAI methods commonly applied, and revealing research gaps that still need further attention. The study applies a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method using the PRISMA approach, involving 47 selected articles obtained from Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar databases, published between 2020 and 2025. The findings show that XAI plays an important role in improving transparency, interpretability, and trust in AI-based DSS, with SHAP and LIME being the most frequently used methods. Nevertheless, gaps remain, especially limited XAI implementation in real-time crisis scenarios and insufficient human-centered design approaches. This study contributes a conceptual framework integrating DSS, XAI, and risk management.
