Abstract

The aim of Sharia Cooperatives is to improve the welfare of members in particular and society in general and to contribute to building a just economic order in accordance with Islamic principles. Strengthening this principle, of course, must start from the contract as sharia legitimacy from the practices carried out by the Cooperative including the Nuri East Java Savings and Loans and Sharia Financing Cooperative (KSPPS). The formulation of the problems posed are 1) How is the Contract Implementation in the KSPPS Nuri East Java Contract Manual; 2) What is the analysis of Islamic law on the implementation of the contract? This research is in the nature of a text study of contract implementation manuals at KSPPS Nuri, East Java, so the method used is a literature survey, namely searching for and studying written materials related to the object of study. The findings of this study are that the contracts practiced at KSPPS Nuri East Java in general do have a strong foundation in Islamic law and are in accordance with the DSN MUI fatwa. Because the foundation of the MUI's DSN fatwa besides ummahatul mashadir such as the Al-Qur'an, hadith, ijma' and qiyas are also the views of the scholars in fiqh books.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms, strategies, and effectiveness of collaboration between schools, families, and communities in supporting holistic Islamic education management. This collaboration is considered crucial for realizing education that is not only oriented towards knowledge, but also towards the development of Islamic morals and character in students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation at several Islamic educational institutions. Data analysis was conducted interactively through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the active involvement of families and communities in the planning and implementation of school activities has a positive effect on improving the quality of education and fostering students' morals. Furthermore, good communication between these three elements creates a harmonious, religious, and productive educational atmosphere. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of participatory and collaborative Islamic education management in developing a generation of faith, knowledge, and noble character

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of strategic management in Islamic educational institutions through the integration of Islamic values ​​with modern organizational practices. The main focus is to understand how Islamic principles such as amanah (trust), ihsan (goodness), and musyawarah (deliberation) can be harmonized with contemporary management approaches that emphasize efficiency, innovation, and accountability. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies in several Islamic educational institutions. The results show that the integration of Islamic values ​​​​into modern organizational practices can strengthen an ethical work culture, increase employee commitment, and encourage the effectiveness of institutional strategies. The implementation of strategic management based on Islamic values ​​​​also produces a balance between spiritual and professional orientations, which has a positive impact on the reputation and competitiveness of the institution. The implications of this study show the importance of formulating strategic management policies that are not only oriented towards material results, but also on strengthening moral and spiritual values ​​​​as the basis for the sustainability of Islamic educational institutions in the modern era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of how Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) can implement strategic management in the modern era while maintaining the values ​​of Islamic academic tradition. This study focuses on MA Nurul Islam Ganding Sumenep, which seeks to incorporate digital systems into its management while maintaining the characteristics of an Islamic boarding school. This research was conducted qualitatively through a case study. After being collected through field observations, interviews, and document reviews, data were analyzed through the steps of data condensation, presentation, and verification using an interpretive approach. The results show that Islamic boarding schools can balance tradition with innovation by using three main strategies: incorporating traditional values ​​into digital planning, changing leadership styles to an adaptive and collaborative model, and improving human resources to address digital challenges. This process demonstrates that modernizing Islamic boarding schools does not mean abandoning Islamic values, but rather using technology to expand them. This study demonstrates that values-based strategic management also known as value-based strategic management can connect spirituality, culture, and technological advancements to keep Islamic boarding schools relevant, superior, and competitive in the digital era

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how Maqasid Al-Shariah is integrated into the strategic management of education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Probolinggo, and how its values ​​influence the institution's governance, organizational culture, and evaluation system. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation analysis. Data were then analyzed through data condensation, data presentation, and verification using content and interpretive analysis. The results show that the values ​​of Maqasid Al-Shariah such as hifz al-din, hifz al-nafs, hifz al-‘aql, hifz al-nasl, and hifz al-mal have been consistently implemented in the formulation of the vision, institutional governance, and performance evaluation of the madrasah. The application of these values ​​not only strengthens the moral and spiritual integrity of the madrasah community but also increases managerial effectiveness through a transparent, participatory, and equitable work system. The implications of this research confirm that the integration of Maqasid Al-Shariah can serve as a new conceptual framework for developing strategic management of Islamic education, oriented not only toward academic achievement but also toward the welfare, character, and sustainability of spiritual values ​​within educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic education management strategies in the Society 5.0 era, focusing on the integration of spiritual values ​​and digital innovation at MA Al-Ma'arif NU Pujer, Bondowoso. The research approach used a qualitative method with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the madrasah principal and teachers, and a review of school documents. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and verification using interpretive analysis techniques. The results indicate that transformational and collaborative leadership are the main factors driving Islamic digital innovation in madrasahs. The madrasah principal acts as an inspirational figure who instills spiritual values ​​in every digitalization policy, creating synergy between technological advancements and the development of students' religious character. Furthermore, collaborative strategies between teachers and educational staff strengthen an ethical and productive digital culture. The implications of this study indicate that spirituality-based Islamic education management can adapt to the demands of the digital era without losing its Islamic identity. These findings can serve as a model for other Islamic educational institutions in developing leadership and digital innovation that balance moral, spiritual, and technological aspects.
