Abstract

Abstract: Information content that meets user needs is an important aspect of a website. Quality testing, especially for sites that have never been tested, is necessary to ensure effectiveness. This research uses observation techniques, questionnaires, and literature studies related to the Webqual method and the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) variable. The variables used include Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, User Satisfaction, and Content. The Webqual model is applied in this research through a questionnaire, which produces various data from respondents. The data is then processed and analyzed to produce accurate statistical data. From this research, the results of the questionnaire show that Service Interaction Quality has a low percentage, namely 72.72% (X3.2), where the full percentage is 100%. Apart from that, User Satisfaction also has a low percentage, namely 70.90% (Y.1). This shows that the Quality of Service Interaction has less than a positive effect on User Satisfaction. Therefore, improvements are needed in the Quality of Service Interaction section on the PT Yudo Indonesia website so that User Satisfaction also increases, especially in the aspects of security and meeting user needs. Keywords: EUCS; website quality; webqual Abstrak: Konten informasi yang memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna adalah aspek penting dari sebuah situs web. Uji kualitas, terutama untuk situs yang belum pernah diuji, diperlukan untuk memastikan efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, kuesioner, dan studi literatur terkait metode Webqual dan variabel End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Variabel yang digunakan antara lain Usability (Kualitas Kegunaan), Information Quality (Kualitas Informasi), Service Interaction Quality (Kualitas Interaksi Layanan), User Satisfaction (Kepuasan Pengguna), dan Content (Konten). Model Webqual diterapkan dalam penelitian ini melalui kuesioner, yang menghasilkan berbagai data dari responden. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dan dianalisis untuk menghasilkan data statistik yang akurat. Dari penelitian ini, hasil kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa Service Interaction Quality (Kualitas Interaksi Layanan) memiliki persentase yang rendah, yaitu 72,72% (X3.2), di mana persentase penuhnya adalah 100%. Selain itu, User Satisfaction (Kepuasan Pengguna) juga memiliki persentase rendah, yaitu 70,90% (Y.1). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Interaksi Layanan kurang berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan pada bagian Kualitas Interaksi Layanan di situs web PT Yudo Indonesia agar Kepuasan Pengguna juga meningkat, terutama pada aspek keamanan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan pengguna. Kata kunci: EUCS; kualitas website; webqual

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang pesat sangat mempengaruhi manusia secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Komputer sebagai salah satu hasil kemajuan teknologi yang dapat membantu manusia dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas kerja baik di instansi pemerintahan maupun swasta. Dalam penelitian dan pengujian sistem, dilakukan dengan beberapa metode, yaitu penelitian lapangan, penelitian pustaka dan penelitian laboratorium. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan dengan peninjauan langsung ke PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri. Sehingga diketahui mekanisme kerja sistem yang ada. Penelitian pustaka dilakukan dengan mempelajari buku-buku yang dapat menambah kajian ilmu bagi sistem dan penelitian ini. Sedangkan penelitian laboratorium dilakukan dengan membuat program aplikasi untuk pengolahan data hasil penelitian. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan suatu sistem informasi yang lebih baik, dalam arti mekanisme kerja yang lebih efisien dimana dengan waktu yang lebih singkat dapat dihasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan, sehingga mempermudah semua pihak dalam menemukan kebijakan-kebijakan selanjutnya.

Abstract

In the digital era, effective writing skills are becoming increasingly important for teachers, especially at SMP IT Nurul Muhajirin Batam, to produce quality learning materials, communicate with students and parents, and engage in professional development. This training aims to explore the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) training in strengthening teachers' writing skills in the digital era. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study at SMP IT Nurul Muhajirin Batam. Data was collected through interviews with teachers, classroom observations, and document analysis. Research findings show that AI training can help teachers improve their writing skills in several aspects, such as grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary use. AI training also helps teachers produce more creative and engaging content for students. AI training is a promising tool for strengthening teachers' writing skills in the digital era. Further research is needed to explore the effectiveness of AI training in different educational contexts.

Abstract

Increasing the usability of computers can not only be used to process data but can also be applied in controlling various tools, one of which is detecting the feasibility of drinking water using the AT89S51 microcontroller. In this case the microcontroller is used to control the PH meter and LCD sensors. After going through several tests, a tool performance has been obtained with the expected characteristics, including the accuracy of sensor readings, the accuracy of LCD control, and the automation of relationships between systems. Furthermore, through the simulation form that has been achieved, it is hoped that this tool can be applied to a more real system with various adjustments and performance improvements.

Abstract

To operate in a business system, a company must have a good mastery of knowledge about its customers, products and services. Product information that is clearly stated is the main basis of the business system. Decision support systems that are enriched with clear product information can increase customer satisfaction with the company's products and services. Product information consists of paint color and paint type. This decision support system is designed to be a knowledge base of paint, paint color, paint type and search for the type of paint that customers are looking for. In this Final Project, the author will create a decision support system using the SAW method and an electronic catalog (E Catalog) using the Android Studio application and using the waterfall method. This decision support system can help customers to choose the type of paint based on product quality. This decision support system will be a system with various types of paint according to customer needs with a list of paint colors according to customer needs to increase customer satisfaction

Abstract

In the competitive culinary industry, particularly within the café sector, maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency is essential for business sustainability. Employee performance significantly influences both productivity and customer satisfaction, making an effective performance assessment system vital for fostering motivation and consistency among staff. This study implements a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to evaluate employees across key criteria, such as attendance, daily performance, attitude, and teamwork. By applying the SAW method, the DSS enables a straightforward, objective, and data-driven approach to identifying top-performing employees, thus assisting management in recognizing outstanding contributions and boosting overall team motivation. The goal of this research is to ensure that the system can be easily implemented in the café environment and has a substantial impact on improving both employee performance and morale, contributing to enhanced service quality and operational success.

Abstract

Peningkatan penggunaan komputer tidak hanya dapat untuk mengolah data tetapi juga dapat diterapkan dalam mengendalikan berbagai alat, salah satunya adalah mendeteksi kelayakan air minum menggunakan mikrokontroler AT89S51. Dalam hal ini mikrokontroler digunakan untuk mengontrol PH meter dan sensor LCD. Setelah melalui beberapa pengujian, diperoleh performansi alat dengan karakteristik yang diharapkan, antara lain akurasi pembacaan sensor, akurasi kontrol LCD, dan otomatisasi hubungan antar sistem. Selanjutnya melalui bentuk simulasi yang telah dicapai, diharapkan alat ini dapat diterapkan pada sistem yang lebih nyata dengan berbagai penyesuaian dan peningkatan kinerja.

Abstract

Calon penerima beasiswa dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh SMP N 36 Bungus Teluk Kabung. Metode ELECTRE merupakan salah satu metode digunakan untuk menentukan peringkat dan menentukan alternatif terbaik, dan merupakan salah satu metode yang efektif untuk Multi Attibute Decision Making dengan fitur kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode ELECTRE digunakan pada kondisi dimana alternatif yang kurang sesuai dengan kriteria dieliminasi, dan alternatif yang sesuai dapat dihasilkan. Dengan kata lain, metode ini digunakan untuk kasus-kasus dengan banyak alternatif namun hanya sedikit kriteria yang dilibatkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah didapatkan pemanfaatan metode ELECTRE dalam menentukan calon penerima beasiswa dapat meningkatkan nilai fairness dalam program penerimaan beasiswa berprestasi.

Abstract

This research presents a design of software requirements specifications for Bengkel Sat-Set, an Android-based mobile application designed to simplify the digital ordering and management of vehicle service. This application is designed as a solution to various problems often encountered in conventional repair shop systems, such as long queues, lack of transparency regarding repair status, and limited access to vehicle service history. With this application, users are expected to be able to order services online, monitor vehicle repair status in real-time, and view service history without having to visit the repair shop in person. This system design uses a software engineering approach, with technical specifications using the Kotlin programming language for developing the Android interface and Firebase as the backend service. Firebase was chosen for its ability to provide efficient and secure data storage, user authentication, and real-time data communication. This research focuses on the early stages of development, namely designing the system's functional and non-functional requirements, including user flows and initial architecture. The primary objective of this paper is to provide a conceptual and technical foundation as part of the digital transformation process in the automotive service sector. It is hoped that through the design of this Sat-Set Workshop application, workshop service providers can improve operational efficiency, expand service access, and increase customer satisfaction through the use of adaptive and user-friendly digital technology.
