Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menelusuri dan mensintesis artikel-artikel penelitian dari berbagai database jurnal ilmiah yang terbit dalam dekade terakhir, dengan fokus pada studi yang mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan alat-alat berbasis AI seperti chatbot, sistem umpan balik otomatis, simulator percakapan, dan aplikasi pelatihan bahasa. Hasil penelitian secara konsisten menunjukkan bahwa AI berperan signifikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan latihan yang aman, personal, dan adaptif, dimana mahasiswa dapat berlatih keterampilan berbicara, menulis, presentasi, dan bahkan komunikasi nonverbal tanpa rasa cemas akan penilaian. Teknologi ini terbukti efektif dalam memberikan umpan balik yang instan dan objektif mengenai aspek-aspek spesifik seperti kosakata, tata bahasa, kelancaran, pelafalan, dan struktur ide, sehingga tidak hanya meningkatkan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa tetapi juga mendorong pembelajaran mandiri dan percepatan penguasaan kompetensi komunikasi yang sangat krusial untuk kesiapan kerja mereka.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi implementasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam manajemen pendidikan serta mengidentifikasi studi kasus dan praktik terbaik (best practice) yang telah terbukti efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui telaah kritis terhadap artikel ilmiah, laporan studi kasus, buku, dan publikasi terpercaya terkait pemanfaatan AI di sektor pendidikan dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik untuk menyaring pola dan prinsip utama. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi lima pilar strategi implementasi yang krusial: (1) kesiapan infrastruktur dan sumber daya manusia, (2) integrasi AI yang berpusat pada pedagogi, (3) tata kelola data dan etika yang ketat, (4) pengembangan kapasitas guru (upskilling), dan (5) evaluasi berkelanjutan. Studi kasus dari berbagai institusi menunjukkan bahwa AI berhasil diimplementasikan untuk optimalisasi administrasi (e.g., admission otomatis, penjadwalan), personalisasi pembelajaran adaptif, serta analitik prediktif untuk mendukung keputusan pimpinan dan mencegah drop out. Kesimpulannya, keberhasilan implementasi AI tidak bergantung pada teknologi semata, tetapi pada strategi holistik yang mengintegr asikan aspek teknis, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan visioner, dan keberlanjutan. Analisis tematik terhadap literatur dan studi kasus terkini mengungkap bahwa keberhasilan implementasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam manajemen pendidikan tidak bersifat insidental, tetapi merupakan hasil dari penerapan strategi holistik yang terstruktur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model kepemimpinan pendidikan yang luwes dan inovatif agar sekolah dan perguruan tinggi bisa menghadapi era kecerdasan buatan (AI) dengan baik. Kami meninjaunya khusus dari sudut pandang ilmu manajemen pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, di mana kami mengkaji secara mendalam berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, buku, dan laporan terbaru yang berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan sekolah, perubahan digital, dan penerapan AI dalam pendidikan. Dari hasil telaah, ditemukan bahwa pemimpin pendidikan di era AI tidak bisa lagi hanya mengandalkan cara-cara lama yang kaku. Mereka perlu menjadi pemimpin yang visioner, tangkas, dan tetap menempatkan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan di jantung pembelajaran. Inovasi kepemimpinan yang adaptif ini terwujud dalam tiga hal utama: Pertama, visi strategis untuk merancang kurikulum dan tata kelola yang fleksibel mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Kedua, komitmen untuk memberdayakan guru dan staf melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan agar mereka melek digital dan mampu bekerja sama dengan alat-alat AI. Ketiga, kemampuan menumbuhkan budaya sekolah yang berani mencoba hal baru, inklusif, dan memegang teguh etika dalam penggunaan AI. Untuk mengimplementasikan ketiga pilar tersebut, diperlukan langkah konkret berupa pembentukan forum atau tim khusus yang terdiri dari perwakilan guru, siswa, orang tua, dan tenaga ahli teknologi. Forum ini bertugas secara berkala mengevaluasi dampak penerapan AI dalam ekosistem sekolah, mengkaji ulang kebijakan privasi data, serta merancang protokol etis yang jelas untuk penggunaan alat-alat AI dalam pembelajaran dan administrasi.

Abstract

Technological development Academic integrity is the main foundation in the development of science, but cases of plagiarism in scientific articles remain a serious challenge among students, especially during the transition period of higher education. This scientific article aims to develop and implement an artificial intelligence (AI)-based training program for new students to improve their understanding and skills in detecting and reducing plagiarism practices, and measure the effectiveness of the training in increasing students' awareness, knowledge, and technical abilities in producing original scientific works. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. The results showed significant improvements in all measured aspects: conceptual knowledge of plagiarism increased by 45%, the ability to identify potential plagiarism in text increased by 62%, and the similarity index in student assignment articles decreased on average from 32% to 11%. The study's conclusions confirm that structured AI training effectively improves the academic integrity of freshmen by equipping them not merely as passive users of detection tools, but as intelligent and ethical writers capable of leveraging AI to strengthen the originality of their work.

Abstract

Background. Contemporary literature increasingly functions as a social medium through which multicultural communities negotiate identity, belonging, and coexistence. In plural societies shaped by migration, cultural hybridity, and social inequality, literary themes extend beyond aesthetic concerns to engage with lived social realities and communal interactions. Purpose. This study aims to examine how contemporary literary themes influence social awareness, intercultural understanding, and community dynamics within multicultural contexts. Method. The study employs a qualitative interpretative approach using textual analysis and sociocultural criticism. Selected contemporary literary works representing diverse cultural backgrounds are analyzed to identify dominant themes and their social implications within multicultural communities. Results. This study concludes that contemporary literature contributes meaningfully to social cohesion and intercultural engagement by translating textual narratives into broader social contexts. Literary works not only reflect multicultural realities but actively participate in shaping inclusive social imaginaries and communal understanding. Conclusion. This study has significant implications for instructional practices in TFL settings and for L2 lecturers in the classroom. By understanding learners’ preferences for OCF, educators can tailor their instructional approaches to meet the specific needs of their students.

Abstract

Background. Climate change poses significant challenges to global agriculture, impacting soil and water resources. The increasing variability in rainfall patterns, droughts, and soil degradation necessitates sustainable management practices. Effective management of these resources is critical to ensuring long-term agricultural productivity and food security, especially in the face of climate change. Purpose. This study aims to explore integrated approaches for managing soil and water resources within the context of climate-smart farming. It investigates how adopting these practices can enhance resilience to climate variability, improve soil health, and optimize water use efficiency in agriculture. Method. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative soil and water data analysis with qualitative interviews from farmers, agricultural experts, and policymakers. The study was conducted in regions impacted by climate change, with a focus on sustainable agriculture practices like rainwater harvesting, soil conservation, and water-efficient irrigation techniques. Results. Findings indicate that integrated resource management strategies, including conservation tillage, agroforestry, and precision irrigation, significantly improved soil fertility, reduced water use, and enhanced crop yields. The adoption of climate-smart practices also led to increased resilience against extreme weather events. Conclusion. The study concludes that integrated approaches to soil and water resource management are essential for sustainable agriculture in the era of climate change. These practices not only ensure environmental sustainability but also contribute to food security and farmer livelihoods.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of dynamic capability, strategic innovation, and market orientation on competitive advantage among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector. In an increasingly dynamic and competitive business environment, culinary MSMEs must develop adaptive and market-driven strategies to sustain superior performance. Drawing upon dynamic capability theory and market orientation perspectives, this research proposes an integrated framework to explain how internal capabilities and external market responsiveness contribute to competitive advantage. A quantitative explanatory research design was employed, using survey data collected from 210 culinary MSME owners and managers. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that dynamic capability, strategic innovation, and market orientation each have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Strategic innovation emerges as the strongest direct predictor of competitive advantage. Furthermore, strategic innovation partially mediates the relationship between dynamic capability and competitive advantage, while market orientation significantly moderates the relationship between dynamic capability and strategic innovation. The model explains 67.2% of the variance in competitive advantage, indicating substantial explanatory power. These findings suggest that sustainable competitiveness in culinary MSMEs is achieved through the integration of adaptive capabilities, continuous innovation, and strong market responsiveness. The study contributes to strategic management literature by clarifying the interplay among dynamic capability, innovation strategy, and market orientation in enhancing MSME competitiveness, while also offering practical implications for entrepreneurs and policymakers.

Abstract

Method pelaksanaan meliputi (1) pelatihan pelatihan pelatihan yang membedah prinsip penelusuran database, penilaian kualitas artikel, and technical site, serta (2) pengenalan serta praktik langsung penggunaan tools AI seperti konsensus, scite.ai, and Dan Research Rabbit untuk analisis literatur, pelacakan It is possible to rise and enter the draft site. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai kriteria kualitas artikel dan prosedur sitasi yang bertanggung jawab. Mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi and memanfaatkan artikel-artikel berkualitas tinggi dari sumber yang kredibel serta menyusun sitasi dengan struktur yang lebih tepat. There are many different, integrated AI tools that produce a variety of different types of tools that have the same meaning as the original ones, with the help of other people, who have the same skills as they do.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance. In today's competitive organizational environment, improving employee performance is essential for achieving organizational effectiveness and sustainability. Transformational leadership is considered an important leadership approach that inspires employees to achieve higher levels of performance, while job satisfaction and organizational commitment are key psychological factors that influence employees’ attitudes and behaviors in the workplace. This study employs a quantitative research approach with an explanatory research design to analyze the relationships among the variables. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to employees using a Likert scale measurement. A total of 200 respondents participated in this study. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction also shows a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that satisfied employees tend to demonstrate higher productivity and effectiveness in their work. Furthermore, organizational commitment significantly contributes to employee performance by strengthening employees’ loyalty and dedication toward organizational goals. The coefficient of determination results show that transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment collectively explain a substantial proportion of the variance in employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of effective leadership practices and positive employee attitudes in improving organizational performance. Therefore, organizations should focus on fostering transformational leadership, enhancing job satisfaction, and strengthening organizational commitment in order to improve employee performance and achieve sustainable organizational success.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of creativity, market orientation, and competitive strategy on startup performance. In an increasingly dynamic and competitive business environment, startups are required to leverage internal capabilities and external market insights to achieve sustainable growth. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a cross-sectional survey design, with data collected from 187 startup founders and managers in Indonesia through structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. The results indicate that creativity, market orientation, and competitive strategy each have a positive and significant effect on startup performance. Among these variables, creativity emerges as the most influential factor, highlighting the importance of innovation and idea generation in enhancing business outcomes. Furthermore, the findings reveal that the three variables simultaneously contribute significantly to startup performance, suggesting that an integrated approach is essential for achieving optimal results. This study provides both theoretical and practical contributions by emphasizing the need for startups to align creative capabilities with market understanding and strategic positioning. The findings offer valuable insights for entrepreneurs and managers in developing effective strategies to improve performance and ensure long-term sustainability.
