Abstract

Medical waste management is the responsibility of individuals or organizations involved in activities that generate medical waste. Proper and systematic management is required for medical waste classified as B3 waste, encompassing all stages from processing to disposal. This research aims to investigate and evaluate the implementation of legal penalties for those who negligently dispose of medical waste. This study methodology employs normative legal research, utilizing primary legal sources derived from statute rules and secondary data obtained from library resources. This research employs both a legislative and conceptual approach, utilizing a perspective analysis method. Improper disposal of medical waste can harm the environment and may result in legal penalties. This sanction can be imposed by both judicial and extrajudicial dispute settlement processes. The judges' decision towards the defendant must be carried out as a civil penalty agreed upon by the defendant, and a request for enforcement can be made.

Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan laporan laba rugi dan pencatatan piutang pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Kertamulya, Kecamatan Padalarang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi BUMDes Kertamulya adalah laporan keuangan yang cenderung rumit dan pencatatan piutang yang tidak terstruktur, sehingga sulit dipahami oleh pihak lain dan menghambat proses penagihan piutang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan meliputi wawancara, diskusi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan langsung kepada bendahara BUMDes dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan dan pencatatan piutang menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa pengurus BUMDes mampu menerapkan sistem pelaporan keuangan yang sederhana, sistematis, dan transparan, serta melakukan pencatatan piutang secara lebih sistematis dan efisien, sehingga meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Technological development Academic integrity is the main foundation in the development of science, but cases of plagiarism in scientific articles remain a serious challenge among students, especially during the transition period of higher education. This scientific article aims to develop and implement an artificial intelligence (AI)-based training program for new students to improve their understanding and skills in detecting and reducing plagiarism practices, and measure the effectiveness of the training in increasing students' awareness, knowledge, and technical abilities in producing original scientific works. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. The results showed significant improvements in all measured aspects: conceptual knowledge of plagiarism increased by 45%, the ability to identify potential plagiarism in text increased by 62%, and the similarity index in student assignment articles decreased on average from 32% to 11%. The study's conclusions confirm that structured AI training effectively improves the academic integrity of freshmen by equipping them not merely as passive users of detection tools, but as intelligent and ethical writers capable of leveraging AI to strengthen the originality of their work.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of green innovation and stakeholder engagement in driving business growth within sustainability-oriented entrepreneurial firms. With increasing environmental and social pressures, entrepreneurs are challenged to integrate sustainability into their core business strategies while achieving competitive advantages. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 250 sustainability-oriented entrepreneurs and managers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through a structured survey. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation, and regression analyses were conducted to examine the relationships among green innovation, stakeholder engagement, and business growth. The results indicate that both green innovation and stakeholder engagement have significant positive effects on business growth, with evidence of synergistic interaction between the two factors. These findings underscore the strategic importance of sustainability-oriented practices, highlighting that environmental innovation and active stakeholder collaboration can simultaneously enhance firm performance and societal value. The study contributes to theory by integrating resource-based and stakeholder perspectives in entrepreneurial sustainability and offers practical guidance for entrepreneurs and policymakers seeking to achieve economic success while addressing environmental and social challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang optimalnya kemampuan kognitif anak, khususnya kecerdasan berfikir logis pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di kelompok A TK Muslimat NU 21 Pakis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kecerdasan berfikir logis anak melalui penerapan model Project Based Learning (PJBL). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Tanggart (2014) yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 anak kelompok A usia 4-5 tahun yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi, dokumentasi, dan penilaian unjuk kerja berdasarkan indikator perkembangan berfikir logis yang mengacu pada Permendikbud Nomor 137 Tahun 2014, sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berfikir logis anak pada setiap siklus tindakan setelah diterapkannya model  Project Base Learning, efektif dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan berfikir logis anak usia dini. Temuan penelitian ini diharap dapat menjadi acuan bagi pendidik dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang mampu mengoptimalkan kemampuan kognitif anak.
