Abstract

Minangkabau loaded moral values​​ based on"custom basandi syarak, syarak basandi kitabullah", such as those encountered in the Minangkabau cultural institutions, ideally become a major modality in building individual character. Moral values ​​such as life was sized and futures, a sense of shame and check, polite, considerate, brave as true, wise, perceptive and patient, diligent and humble is an aspect of Minangkabau moral values ​​can be guided to form a human Minangkabau character. Today moral values ​​began to be eroded by foreign culture, such as cultural life materialistic, hedonistic, and sekularistic, so that individuals grow and grew up with a culture that ran from the Minangkabau identity. In this regard, the revitalization of moral values ​​need to be done to reinforce the values ​​that have been weakened through education, such as through the provision of counseling models of reality. Counseling reality as one of the counseling model has a basic principle that human beings have basic needs and strive to fulfill it. The basic needs include the need to survive, to love and be loved, power and achievement, freedom and pleasure. The need to love and be loved becomes a major requirement. Individual success in meeting basic needs will provide success in his identity, while the failure to meet the basic needs of individuals develop identities lead to failure. Abstract

Drug abuses among teenagers increase from day to day. In the last decade, the number of victims of the drugs endangers the existence of the nation in the future. Such reality should be responded through concrete, anticipative, and soluble efforts to avoid physical, psychological, social, moral and religious destructions. One of those efforts is through counseling approach by strengthening perception, attitude, understanding and commitment to enhance holistically healthy life style. Such counseling services as individual and group counselings, family counseling and religion-based counseling can be used for the condition recovery of the drug abused teenagers.Kata kunci: pemulihan,  kondisi remaja, korban narkoba, pendekatan konseling

Abstract

The reality of students’ negative attitude made Indonesia goverment had not moved forward nowadays. Most people judged that educational system should take the responsibility to this condition. Education was assumed laying on students’ cognitive rather than affective and conative. Reliazing this phenomena, counceling as a part of education offered group counceling as one strategy of character education based playing games. There were twelve playing games that could be applied to build positive character: the practice writing, body movement, circleling, dyad, triad, creative group, art and handcraft, fantasy, reading, feedback, belief, moral dilemma, and group decision. Kata kunci: bimbingan kelompok,  karakter, dan latihan permainan

Abstract

It is a fact that good values as well as Islamic velues are dicreased in the recent year. It could be caused by several reasons such as the act of amoral and anarchis. In order to overcome this problem, wholistical approach could be used. One of the approaches is using spiritual teistic counselling. This approach is based on Islamic values which derived from prophetic character. It developes one’s natural tendency (fitrah), critical thinking, and attitude in parallel with Islamic value. The use of this approach produces good character generation who own FAST character (fatonah- smart, amanah- reliable, siddiq-true, and tabligh-deliver).Kata kunci:    revolusi mental, konseling spritual teistik, karakter FAST.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a philosophical analysis of the future of education in Indonesian-Malaysian universities in facing the challenges of the 2045 Megatrend era. The main focus of this research is to explore philosophical concepts that can guide the transformation of higher education in both countries to be relevant and adaptive to global developments, technology, and anticipated social demands by 2045. A literature approach is used in this study, by analyzing the literature on educational philosophy, social theory, and future developments related to higher education. Through philosophical analysis, it was found that higher education in Indonesia-Malaysia needs to adapt to the major changes faced in the 2045 Megatrend era. Concepts such as value-based education, continuous learning, technological adaptation, and social inclusion are key in preparing graduates who are ready to face the challenges of the future. In addition, cross-disciplinary and international collaboration, strengthening the capacity of lecturers, and integrating local values in the curriculum are also important factors to ensure the relevance and quality of higher education in the future

Abstract

This study aims to address these issues through technical training “Prompt Engineering” by utilizing DeepSeek artificial intelligence. This training is designed to improve students’ understanding in designing specific instructions (prompts) to AI, so that they are able to produce article frameworks, develop arguments, and compose technical language effectively. Through this approach, students are expected to not only master writing techniques, but also utilize AI technology as a tool to support academic productivity. The implementation method includes interactive workshops, simulations of DeepSeek usage, and assistance in compiling scientific articles based on prompt engineering. Participants consisted of 30 multidisciplinary students who were given pretests and posttests to measure improvements in their abilities before and after training. The evaluation results showed significant improvements in narrative structure, accuracy of use of technical terms, and efficiency of article preparation time. This study is expected to be an innovative training model that can be widely adapted, while strengthening students’ digital literacy in facing academic challenges in the technological era.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan proses penanaman kebiasaan baik untuk mampu memilah hal yang positif dan negatif, yang akan berdampak pada masa depan anak. Ada beberapa karakter dasar yang perlu dibangun untuk anak-anak antara lain: kerja sama, kejujuran, disiplin, tanggung jawab, percaya diri, dan toleransi terhadap sesama/peduli sesama. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, semakin krisisnya nilai karakter anak, sehingga perlunya usaha guru untuk mampu menanamkan nilai karakter anak sejak dini agar menjadi suatu pembiasaan. Sehingga tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan terhadap guru TK/PAUD dan SD dalam pembinaan karakter melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini guru diberikan materi tentang urgensi permasalahan karakter dan hal yang harus dilakukan guru untuk mampu membentuk karakter siswa TK/PAUD dan SD, selanjutnya guru-guru diberi pelatihan dalam melaksanakan konseling individual, bimbingan dan konseling kelompok, dan layanan klasikal. Kegiatan ini sangat penting diberikan kepada guru TK/PAUD dan SD sebagai guru awal yang akan membantu membentuk karakter siswa sedini mungkin, sehingga melalui kegiatan ini guru mampu memberikan pelayanan dan pembinaan kepada siswa mulai dari dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dijalankan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana upaya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa di mata kuliah metode penelitian pendidikan yang menggunakan platform YouTube Channel sebagai basis pembelajaran. Kajian ini menerapkan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dalam dua tahap siklus. Hasil penelitian tersebut memperlihatkan jika pemanfaatan YouTube Channel dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah metode penelitian pendidikan berhasil meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Hal ini terbukti dari perbandingan persentase kelulusan mahasiswa di tahap Prasiklus, Siklus I, serta Siklus II. Pada tahap Prasiklus, hanya 40% (16 mahasiswa) yang mencapai kelulusan, sedangkan pada Siklus I, persentasenya meningkat menjadi 60% (21 mahasiswa). Pada Siklus II, persentase kelulusan mahasiswa meningkat signifikan hingga mencapai 89% (40 mahasiswa).

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya motivasi berprestasi dan keterampilan belajar mahasiswa jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling di UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan keterampilan belajar Mahasiswa Jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional antar dua variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Bimbingan dan konseling UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar dengan jumlah 95 orang. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 33 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan penelitian yang penulis lakukan, hasil penelitian diketahui rxy yaitu sebesar 0,668, seterusnya jika dikonsultasikan dengan pada taraf signifikan 5% yaitu sebesar 0,355. Dengan demikian maka rxy (0,668) > rt 0,355 pada taraf signifikan 5%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan (H0) ditolak, yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan keterampilan belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling di UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi paradigma digitalisme dan implikasinya terhadap dosen ilmu pendidikan di era Metaverse, dengan fokus pada pemahaman dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan dalam pendekatan pembelajaran dan pengajaran yang dibawa oleh teknologi digital dan Metaverse. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka atau analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paradigma digitalisme telah mengubah lanskap pendidikan, mendorong dosen ilmu pendidikan untuk memperbarui metode pengajaran mereka. Dosen di era Metaverse dihadapkan pada perubahan signifikan dalam cara mereka menyampaikan materi, berinteraksi dengan siswa, dan mengevaluasi pemahaman mereka terhadap teknologi tersebut. Implikasi dari digitalisme dalam pendidikan juga menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan kontinu, kolaborasi antar-dosen, dan adaptasi kurikulum untuk memastikan pendidikan ilmu pendidikan tetap relevan dan efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan teknologi masa kini.
