Abstract

Dinas Tenaga Kerja merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang memiliki banyak kegiatan yang harus dijadwalkan dan diatur dengan baik untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional serta pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kabupaten Kapuas sebagai wilayah pemerintahan yang berkembang juga menghadapi tantangan dalam Sistem Layanan Informasi Dinas Tenaga Kerja. Pelayanan Informasi yang masih menggunakan metode manual atau berbasis kertas dapat menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengawasan, koordinasi, dan pelaporan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam sistem layanan informasi terutama pada Bidang Hubungan Industrial dan Jamsostek.Dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi, Sistem Layanan Informasi di Dinas Tenaga Kerja ini akan dilakukan pengembangan sistem yang bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap kebutuhan informasi suatu organisasi atau entitas tertentu. Metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall yaitu berupa analisis, desain, implementasi dan pengujian. Sistem Layanan Informasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Dan kemudian diimplementasikan menjadi perangkat lunak berupa website. Yang kemudian dilakukan tahap pengujian menggunakan Blackbox testing yaitu pengujian terhadap cara kerja program dengan akses sebagai admin, pengusaha, pekerja, dan pengunjung. Hasil dari penelitian pembuatan website ini diharapkan dapat mendukung kelancaran dalam proses pengajuan pembuatan surat permohonan di Bidang Hubungan Industrial dan Jamsostek Di Dinas Tenaga Kerja.

Abstract

The increasing number of café in Palangka Raya makes people especially newcomers confused about choosing the right café to visit. In the end, sometimes people are stuck getting a cafe that is far from where they are, even though it turns out that there is a cafe they want that is close to them and also for newcomers to the city of Palangka Raya. This happens because currently, searching for cafes or restaurants is still limited to information from Google Maps only.Based on these problems, a system that can provide information is needed and is facilitated by finding the location of the café with the closest distance from the location of the application user. This study aims to build an android application that can display information and the location of a café that is presented in the form of an android application.This research applies the Ant Colony algorithm, as well as Google Maps and Mapbox as a digital map builder, and is developed based on Android. Making this application using the waterfall method, at the analysis stage the analysis stage is carried out on the things needed for making the application. At the design stage, program modeling is described in Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). Then at the coding stage of making this application using Android Studio, and testing this application using the black box method

Abstract

The use of computers and mobile phones in the field of ordering and in the Internet world is growing, because humans are always looking for new breakthroughs in the development of a remote information system that provides access rights and detailed information for the community. Therefore, it is necessary to have a futsal field booking website. so by making this website it can be a means for futsal field entrepreneurs in the field of field rental in Palangkaraya to develop their business. Therefore, a web-based futsal field ordering information system is needed to provide convenience to the public. Apart from being a medium to promote the field, this information system makes it easy for the public to order the desired futsal field. This Futsal Universe application with this system is expected that customers can see the latest information on field rentals on the Futsal Universe Website if there is an empty or full field, they can see it without having to go to the field directly and can place an order anytime and anywhere without having to go to the field

Abstract

Information systems are currently growing rapidly which allows all jobs in life to be assisted by information technology. This technology that can help make things easier, faster, safer, and more effective is clearly very useful for anyone who uses it. This includes helping micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME),especially boarding house owners, in promoting their boarding houses and making it easier for someone who is looking for a boarding house to live in. This boarding house search and rental information system is a website-based information system as a means to provide boarding house information for boarding house seekers, as well as for boarding house managers to promote the boarding houses they rent and manage all things related to the boarding house on the website quickly and easy. The methodology used in making this Information System is to use the waterfall method with stages, with stages, namely Requitments Definition depicted by Flowcharts, Requirements Analysis and Definition described by DFD (Data Flow Diagrams), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams) and databases. Implementation and Unit Testing with the programming languages used, namely HTML, PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript and MySQL, Integration and System Testing using the Blackbox Method.

Abstract

J-Cashier Mobile is an application in the form of a mobile cashier with features for calculating change, recording transactions, and send reports to the email of BUMDes owners. The design of this application aims to facilitate the management and development of BUMDes in the form of applications that can manage transactions and can record transactions that have taken place.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Layang is one of the high schools located in East Barito Regency. The purpose of this research is to build an Information System Website for the Management of New Student Admissions at SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Layang. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, starting from analysis, design, implementation and testing. The design is using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) using context diagrams, Level 0 and Level 1 DFDs and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of the research is that a website for the Management of New Student Admission Management Information System at SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Layang can be produced that can run and function properly.

Abstract

The lack of available documentation to store information about traditional medicinal plants has made it increasingly difficult to obtain information about medicinal plants. Therefore, in this research, an Encyclopedia of Medicinal Plants of Borneo (E-TOB) application is designed to be a readily accessible source of information for users, both through a website and a mobile application.The development of the E-TOB application follows the stages of the Waterfall method, starting from the Requirements Definition stage depicted using Flowchart, the Requirements Analysis and Definition stage depicted through UML (Unified Modeling Language) with Use case Diagram, Class diagram, and Activity diagram, as well as the use of a database. Implementation and Unit Testing are done using Laravel, Flutter, and MySQL frameworks, and testing is conducted using the Blackbox method. In the developed application, the admin has access to manage the data of medicinal plants.The built application has three (3) types of users, namely guest users, who can view information about medicinal plants. Admin users who have access to manage data in the application, and registered users who can add medicinal plants and access additional features in the application such as bookmark and like features.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan fondasi penting dalam pembangunan suatu bangsa, dan guru berperan sentral dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang berkualitas. Guru berprestasi diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif pada proses pembelajaran dan menghasilkan siswa yang unggul. Sejalan dengan amanat Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen serta Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 74 Tahun 2008, guru yang berprestasi berhak mendapatkan penghargaan. Namun, dalam pelaksanaan program guru berprestasi di SMA Negeri Kota Palangka Raya, proses penilaian masih dilakukan secara manual dan subjektif, yang mengurangi transparansi.Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Penentuan Guru Berprestasi Berbasis Website pada SMA Negeri di Kota Palangka Raya. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem dan perangkat lunak, implementasi, serta pengujian sistem dengan metode Blackbox. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah HTML, PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, dan MySQL. Website ini dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dalam melakukan penilaian dan menentukan peringkat guru berprestasi.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya dan dapat membantu dalam penilaian guru berprestasi di SMA Negeri Kota Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) merupakan suatu beban kerja yang harus dicapai atau dipenuhi oleh Aparatur Sipil Negara dan merupakan salah satu komponen yang dapat dijadikan indikator keberhasilan suatu organisasi dengan dilakukannya evaluasi secara rutin dengan periode pengumpulan SKP. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) berbasis Website adalah metode waterfall. Website ini telah diuji dengan pengujian Blackbox yang menghasilkan bahwa fitur dalam website dapat berjalan dengan baik. Website ini dikembangkan dengan tujuan memfasilitasi pihak terkait dalam mengelola Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai secara digital.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mendorong transformasi di berbagai sektor, termasuk dalam proses rekrutmen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Balai Penerapan Standar Instrumen Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (BPSILHK) Banjar Baru menghadapi kendala dalam seleksi tenaga kontrak harian karena masih menggunakan metode konvensional yang bersifat subjektif serta tidak efisien. Hal ini menyebabkan lamanya proses rekrutmen serta kesulitan dalam menentukan kandidat yang paling memenuhi kriteria.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan menerapkan metode Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan objektivitas seleksi. Metode VIKOR dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengevaluasi alternatif berdasarkan multi-kriteria dan menghasilkan solusi kompromi yang mendekati ideal. Dengan pendekatan ini, sistem dapat memberikan rekomendasi kandidat terbaik sesuai dengan kebutuhan instansi.Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu BPSILHK Banjar Baru dalam mempercepat proses rekrutmen sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas seleksi tenaga kontrak harian. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan kontribusi dalam penerapan teknologi pendukung keputusan yang lebih efektif, khususnya pada instansi pemerintahan.
