Abstract

This study aims to analyze the fund management system in the Hajj and Umrah services carried out by KBIHU Safara Qolbi and PT Safara Layanan Utama in Probolinggo Regency. The focus of the study is on how pilgrim funds, whether paid in cash or through a bridging or credit system, are managed with the principles of transparency, accountability, and customer satisfaction-based service. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach through in-depth interviews, observations, and direct documentation in the field. The results of the study indicate that fund management at Safara is carried out in an orderly and safe manner, with a clear distinction between Hajj funds directly deposited into government banks and Umrah funds managed internally by the institution. The bridging system is facilitated through collaboration with a trusted cooperative, and is carried out with disciplined procedures, including verification of the eligibility of prospective pilgrims. Safara also limits the quota of pilgrims to ensure quality of service and directly accompanies each departure. No misappropriation or illegal investment practices of pilgrim funds were found, which makes this management model worthy of emulation by similar institutions.

Abstract

Multiplication learning at the elementary school level requires an approach that focuses not only on procedures but also on students' understanding of the concepts. One strategy used in education is the use of educational programs as components of learning activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of educational programs on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDIT Tahfidz Bintangku, Probolinggo City. This study was conducted on January 14, 2026, using a quantitative approach with a single-group pretest-posttest design. Thirty-three students were included in the study. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was used to analyze the learning data because the data did not violate the assumption of normality. Furthermore, N-Gain analysis and effect size were used to enhance the interpretation of the research results. Keywords: Educational Games, Multiplication, Learning Outcomes, Elementary School

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of sixth-grade students at SDN Boto II, as indicated by the low percentage of learning mastery in the pre-cycle stage. The purpose of this study was to improve students’ learning outcomes through the implementation of the lecture method and demonstration method in the learning process. This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 19 sixth-grade students of SDN Boto II. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that the implementation of the lecture method and demonstration method was able to improve students’ learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle stage, the average score was 69.74 with a learning mastery percentage of 31.58%. In Cycle I, the average score increased to 71.58 with a mastery percentage of 52.63%. Furthermore, in Cycle II, the average score increased to 76.58 with a mastery percentage reaching 89.47%. In addition, the implementation of both methods also improved students’ activeness, attention, and participation during the learning process. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the lecture method and demonstration method are effective in improving the learning outcomes of sixth-grade students at SDN Boto II.
