Abstract

In an era of rapid globalization and digital transformation, organizations must adopt adaptive strategies to navigate complex market shifts. This study explores a tested Organizational Change Management (OCM) approach to enhance business resilience and sustainability. Using a quantitative research methodology, we conducted a structured survey involving 200 business executives across various industries to analyze the effectiveness of strategic OCM models. The results indicate that organizations implementing structured OCM frameworks experience a 35% increase in operational efficiency, a 28% improvement in employee adaptability, and a 40% reduction in resistance to change. Our study introduces a novel hybrid model, integrating Kotters Change Model with Agile methodologies, ensuring a balance between structured change and adaptive flexlibility. The findings contribute to existing literature by demonstrating how real time data driven decision making enhances the success rate of organizational transformations. This research provides valuable insights for business leaders and policymakers in aligning corporate strategies with global market dynamics, fostering innovation, and maintaining competitive advantages.

Abstract

Gamification has become an essential approach for digital startups, offering innovative ways to boost user engagement and support business growth. By incorporating game like elements such as rewards, challenges, and point systems into digital platforms, startups can enhance user interaction, satisfaction, and loyalty. This study investigates the role of gamification in increasing user engagement and driving business growth in digital startups. The research adopts a mixed method approach, including surveys conducted with digital startups that have implemented gamification strategies, alongside detailed case studies to explore its practical applications. The results reveal that startups utilizing gamification experience a marked improvement in user interaction and retention, which in turn positively impacts their overall business growth. Enhanced customer loyalty and increased revenue generation are among the key benefits identified. Furthermore, the study highlights the potential for startups to leverage personalized gamification approaches to further optimize user experiences and achieve sustainable growth. These findings suggest that gamification is not only a valuable tool for engaging users but also a strategic asset for achieving long-term success in the competitive digital market. Future research should explore how industry specific gamification techniques can be applied more effectively across different sectors.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of blockchain-based Decentralized Applications (DApps) has intensified challenges related to scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data storage, as conventional on-chain storage is unsuitable for large data volumes due to high gas costs and performance limitations, while centralized off-chain solutions undermine decentralization and increase security risks. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of integrating the IPFS as a decentralized storage layer within an Ethereum-based DApp architecture to enhance scalability, data integrity, and operational efficiency. Using an experimental systems engineering approach, a fully functional DApp prototype was developed by integrating a React.js frontend, Ethereum smart contracts written in Solidity, and a local IPFS node for off-chain file storage. Empirical performance testing was conducted to measure file upload and retrieval latency, CID (Content Identifier) consistency, smart contract execution time, and gas consumption on the Ethereum testnet. The results demonstrate that IPFS integration significantly reduces on-chain storage load while maintaining strong data integrity, as evidenced by 100% CID consistency across all test scenarios. Although upload and retrieval times increased proportionally with file size, the system achieved success rates above 95% with stable performance, while gas costs remained low because only CIDs were recorded on-chain. These findings indicate that IPFS provides a scalable, secure, and cost-efficient decentralized storage solution for blockchain-based DApps, enabling the development of more data-intensive and resilient DApps, with future research opportunities focusing on incentive-based pinning mechanisms, advanced encryption, and cross-chain storage integration.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation of public administration has led to the adoption of (B) Natural Language Processing (NLP)-powered chatbots to enhance the accessibility, efficiency, and responsiveness of (O) e-government services. However, despite their increasing deployment, many government chatbots still struggle with intent recognition, response accuracy, multilingual processing, and user engagement, limiting their effectiveness. This study investigates (M) the role of NLP in improving chatbot performance within e-government services by evaluating four case studies: Ask Jamie (Singapore), UK Government Digital Assistant, MyGov Corona Helpdesk (India), and Gov.sg Chatbot. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research assesses chatbot effectiveness based on accuracy, response time, query resolution rate, and user satisfaction metrics. The findings indicate that (R) NLP-driven chatbots significantly outperform rule-based systems, with higher accuracy (up to 89%), faster response times (~2.1 seconds), and improved query resolution rates (92%), demonstrating their capacity to automate public service delivery efficiently. However, key challenges remain, including bias in NLP models, data privacy concerns, and the difficulty of integrating NLP chatbots into legacy IT infrastructures. Additionally, multilingual processing remains a limitation, affecting inclusivity for diverse populations. To overcome these challenges, this study proposes advancements in adaptive NLP models, real-time learning algorithms, ethical AI frameworks, and blockchain-based security solutions to ensure fair, secure, and transparent chatbot interactions in digital governance. These findings contribute to the growing body of research on AI-driven public service automation and highlight the potential of NLP to enhance (C) citizen-government interactions, reduce administrative burdens, and improve trust in e-government platforms. Future research should focus on bias mitigation, improving multilingual NLP capabilities, and integrating AI ethics into chatbot governance frameworks to ensure sustainable, scalable, and citizen-centric e-government chatbot solutions.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed how businesses interact with consumers, making brand awareness is an important strategy to strengthen brand presence and influence consumer behavior in online environments. In increasingly competitive digital markets, companies must build strong and credible brand images to foster consumer confidence and encourage purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand awareness on purchase intention through brand trust as a mediating variable. A quantitative research approach is employed using a survey method to collect data from 135 consumers who interact with brands through digital platforms, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine the relationships between brand awareness, brand trust, and purchase intention. The results of the study reveal that brand awareness has a significant positive effect on brand trust and purchase intention, while brand trust also significantly influences consumers’ purchase intention and acts as a mediating variable between brand awareness and purchase intention. These findings indicate that effective brand awareness strategies not only improve brand visibility but also enhance consumer trust, which ultimately increases the likelihood of consumers making purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study provides theoretical contributions to the field of digital marketing by explaining the mediating role of brand trust in the relationship between digital branding and purchase intention, while also offering practical implications for businesses to strengthen digital branding strategies in order to build stronger consumer trust and improve market competitiveness in the digital era.
