Abstract

The inculcation of religious values ​​in schools is highly urgent in shaping character and developing students' spiritual intelligence. This study aims to examine the requirements that must be met in instilling religious values ​​in schools and their implications for the development of students' spiritual intelligence at SMAN 1 Srengat Blitar. This study uses a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the requirements for instilling religious values ​​applied at SMAN 1 Srengat are in accordance with the goals of national education and school objectives, active participation from all school members, an environment and facilities that support the instillation of religious values ​​in schools, religious activities that are carried out routinely every day, and certain penalties for students who do not implement religious values ​​at school. Fulfilling these requirements has been proven to strengthen students' spiritual intelligence, which is reflected in increased awareness of worship, attitudes of tolerance, honesty, and social responsibility. Thus, instilling religious values ​​in schools is not only a moral necessity, but also an important basis for building students' spiritual intelligence as a whole.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Balai Besar Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika Wilayah II Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Balai Besar Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika Wilayah II Kota Tangerang Selatan yang berjumlah 80 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 53,5%, dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,468 > 1,991). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 20,8%, dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (4,532 > 1,991). Komunikasi dan Budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,617 + 0,634X1 + 0,163X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 56%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (348,969 > 3,12). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi dan budaya organisasi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, instansi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi internal serta membangun dan memperkuat budaya organisasi yang kondusif guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja pegawai secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Administrative performance as part of the school’s managerial function plays an important role in shaping students’ perceptions and levels of satisfaction. In addition, the quality of educational services has been proven to be a dominant variable that significantly affects student satisfaction; therefore, the quality of educational services is the main determinant of satisfaction among users of educational services. This study aims to determine whether administrative performance and the quality of educational services have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction The research method used is an associative quantitative approach with a cause-and-effect relationship. The research population consisted of 243 eleventh-grade students of SMK Unggulan NU Mojoagung Jombang, and the sample was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table, resulting in 152 respondents. Data collection techniques included questionnaires and documentation, using instruments that were established and tested through validity and reliability tests. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression to test the hypotheses both partially and simultaneously using SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The results of the study indicate that:(1) Administrative performance has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, as shown by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 16.667 > t-table of 1.655. Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, with a contribution effect of 0.097 or 9.7%. (2) The quality of educational services also has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 21.843 > t-table of 1.655, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, with an effect size of 0.681 or 68%. (3) Simultaneously, administrative performance and the quality of educational services have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, as evidenced by an F-value of 244.637 > F-table of 3.06 with α = 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of marketing training on students’ knowledge and skills in developing santripreneurship within Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Despite the significant potential of pesantren as centers of community-based economic empowerment, many student-led business units face constraints, particularly in product marketing, which limits their competitiveness and sustainability. To address this issue, a structured marketing training program was conducted at Adnan Al Charish Islamic Boarding School, focusing on soap product development, packaging, labeling, and digital marketing strategies. The study employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach involving 25 students through stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected using pre-tests, post-tests, observations, and satisfaction surveys. The findings reveal a substantial improvement in both knowledge and practical skills, with 84% of participants achieving a “very good” level in knowledge and 92% in skills after the training. Additionally, 88% of participants reported being “very satisfied,” indicating the high relevance and effectiveness of the training program. These results demonstrate that participatory and practice-based learning approaches effectively enhance students’ competencies, confidence, and ability to apply marketing strategies, particularly in utilizing digital platforms to expand market reach. In conclusion, marketing training plays a vital role in strengthening santripreneurship by improving students’ capabilities. However, continuous mentoring, advanced training, and long-term evaluation are necessary to ensure sustainability and maximize the impact of such programs.

Abstract

In this piper the author tries to formulate Islamic education in overcoming the spirituality crisis of modern humans whose foundation is scientism. It is hoped that the Islamic spirit can fill the fragility of the human heart and soul to return to the path of Islamic guidance from the frenetic hedonism and hegemony of the digitalization era. The method used in this research is library research and multy stake random sampling survei, the data collection is taken from books, magazines, newspapers, articles and so on, then analyzed using data analysis techniques. The research results describe; portrait of modern humans in the era of digitalization in the view of Islam, the tools needed by modern humans in the era of digitalization and the construction of Islamic education in the era of digitalization. The results of this research are none other than one of the offers to manage all the potential possessed by every human person in the process of self-actualization in the era of digitalization and building relevant and humane Islamic education constructs.
