Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work skills, work attitudes, work knowledge on work competencies and analyze work skills, work attitudes, work knowledge on the performance of employees at the Shuang Galaxy Mall Surabaya.This study uses quantitative methods. By examining the effect of independent variables (work skills, work attitudes, work knowledge) on the dependent variable work competence and employee performance, the number of samples obtained was 41 people and analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) throughsoftware SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that work skills, work attitudes, work knowledge have a significant effect on work competencies, work skills, work attitudes, work knowledge have a significant effect on employee performance and work competence has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Cooperative Café Timor Company (CCT) in Ermera District. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. In this study using a tool in the form of observations, interviews and questionnaires to 31 respondents with data from this study using the population (census). In this study using the Likert scale method and this research is quantitative data. Data analysis techniques are, Test Validity, Reliability Test and normality test with alpha cronbach. Classical Assumption Test, Multicolonity Test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing, t test, f test. Data collected was tested for validity and reliability with coefficient alpha (cronbach alpha). The results of this study as a whole show that Work Discipline partially has no effect on work motivation and employee performance. Because there is a system that is not good, and also the HR system obtained by the company is still ineffective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the work environment and intrinsic motivation significantly simultaneously on the performance of Sushi Tei Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya employees. With a population of 85 respondents. This research is quantitative and data collection is through questionnaires and observations. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the analysis of the influence of the work environment and intrinsic motivation on the performance of employees at Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Sushi Tei on the results of the t test of the work environment wascalculated as -4.971 <Ttable 1.666 and intrinsic motivation of Tcount 13.189> Ttable 1.666. For the results of the F test it is known that Fcount 110,267> Ftable 3.11, it can be concluded that environmental variables and intrinsic motivation have ainfluence simultaneouson employee performance

Abstract

Salvatore Ferragamo Cws Boutique has many determinants in developing employee performance, these factors are compensation, motivation and discipline of work. And these factors will be examined statistically which aims to determine how much influence. The variables used are four, namely compensation (X1), motivation (X2), work discipline (X3), and employee performance (Y). Data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires to all Salvatore Ferragamo Cws Automated Employees. The results show that the variable Compensation (X1), Motivation (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 30 respondents. The analysis technique used is the path analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that Compensation and Motivation had a significant effect on Employee Performance. However, there are disciplinary variables that are not significant with employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate using the SWOT Analysis Technique as a Strategy to Increase Competitiveness at SEFOPE (State Secretariat for Employment Professional Training Affairs) in Timor-Leste (Case Study: Part of the Special HRD "Delivery of Workers to South Korea 2015-2018"). This research is descriptive qualitative research. Population and sample researchers used the sampling method, respondents will be taken in this study, namely 6 important officials from the Top Manger Level employees of all employees. Data collection techniques used: Observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. In calculating the score used is a Likert scale with the provision of rating values and weights. The analysis used is: IFAS and EFAS techniques. The results of this study indicate that from the results of the research conducted, the SEFOPE Institution is in quadrant III namely the Defend quadrant which is also referred to as the WT strategy that uses weaknesses to overcome all existing threats.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction on CV. Citra Mulya Perkasa. The samples in this study are Owners, General Managers, and employees. Techniques for collecting data on interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses qualitative data analysis which consists of data reduction, presentation of data and conclusions and the validity test of the data, namely triangulation techniques. The conclusion of this study is to provide satisfaction that is rich in assistance and incentives. In addition, employees also expect to be given motivation from the leadership so as to increase the results of employee achievement. Therefore, employees will get satisfaction in working at CV. Citra Mulya Perkasa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of direct and indirect compensation on employee performance simultaneously and partially. The population in this study was 92 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. The object of this research is direct compensation and indirect compensation at PT. Surabaya Container Terminal. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study are that direct compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and indirect compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. To improve employee performance, companies can maintain and improve indirect compensation services, because indirect compensation has a dominant influence in influencing employee performance, such as improving employee welfare, paying attention to what employees need now, then the company can provide indirect compensation in return for employee services that have been provided to the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial compensation and workload discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Tozy Santosa Surabaya. This research is a quantitative study. Population and sample based on the distribution of questionnaires to the performance of the employees of PT. Tozy Santosa Surabaya was taken as many as 40 respondents. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis used was reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study were simultaneous and partial discipline, compensation and workload significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Tozy SantosaSurabaya because of the significance of <0.005.
