Abstract

The development of this application aims to solve problems related to the management of cleanliness in buildings at PT.Carefast which includes setting routine schedules, attendance, employee assignments, damage warnings, and task monitoring at PT.Carefast to facilitate performance in carrying out cleaning activities. This application will have various important features that will be very helpful starting from making task schedules for office boys, daily attendance, making absence reports, employee changes, making damage complaint reports, repair assignments, termination of employment, checking leave balances and submitting leave. For the development itself, using the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) flow based on agile SCRUM which regulates software creation so that it can be effective in increasing the visibility of application development progress, simple stages but supports all existing needs, especially in developing applications that use microservice architecture. This development uses business process analysis methods and adjusts the needs of PT.Carefast. with the existence of a web application it will be very easy for employees to carry out routine cleaning service activities with the potential for large-scale management, the conclusion of this application development is that the creation of a web-based application that is implemented has a positive impact in facilitating the tasks of cleaning service companies in carrying out their duties. As a building with high operational standards, the Millennium Centennial Center requires an efficient, integrated, and optimized cleaning management system capable of monitoring cleaning activities quickly and accurately. The current system is unable to optimally address these challenges. The need for web-based technology to manage the building's cleaning management is highly relevant and urgent. This system is expected to simplify task distribution, monitor staff performance directly, accelerate communication, and provide more accurate and comprehensive performance reports.

Abstract

The IT asset rental at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus has been facing issues with data fragmentation and conflicts in logistics distribution priorities. This study aims to develop a web-based asset management information system using the Laravel 10 framework and MVC architecture. The main solution implemented is a hybrid scheduling mechanism that integrates the Multilevel Feedback Queue (MFQ) and First In First Out (FIFO) algorithms. MFQ groups delivery queues into three priority levels based on rental dates, while FIFO ensures fair distribution within the same priority level. Function testing using Black Box Testing across five key scenarios, including Midtrans integration, a daily return penalty of 3.5%, and a due date penalty of 2%, showed 100% validity. This system successfully improves logistics efficiency and clarifies contract transparency.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan teknisi komunitas lokal melalui peningkatan keterampilan teknis dalam pemasangan kabel jaringan komputer, khususnya teknik cramping kabel menggunakan konektor RJ-45. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi teknisi adalah masih rendahnya pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam melakukan cramping kabel sesuai standar, sehingga berdampak pada kualitas jaringan yang kurang optimal, seperti koneksi lambat, tidak stabil, dan rentan mengalami gangguan. Kondisi tersebut dapat menghambat pengembangan infrastruktur jaringan yang dibutuhkan oleh sektor pendidikan, UMKM, pemerintahan, dan layanan masyarakat lainnya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan terstruktur yang mencakup penyampaian materi dasar jaringan komputer, pengenalan alat dan bahan, praktik cramping kabel, penerapan standar susunan kabel, serta pengujian koneksi menggunakan alat tester jaringan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga dilengkapi dengan pendampingan teknis agar peserta mampu menerapkan keterampilan yang diperoleh dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kompetensi teknisi dalam melakukan instalasi kabel jaringan secara benar, meningkatnya kualitas jaringan komputer lokal, berkurangnya gangguan konektivitas, serta meningkatnya peluang kerja dan proyek bagi teknisi komunitas. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap penguatan infrastruktur jaringan komputer yang andal serta mendukung perkembangan pendidikan, pelayanan publik, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Accreditation document management in higher education requires a system architecture that can maintain accuracy, traceability, and document accountability. This study analyzed the architecture of a web-based accreditation repository to optimize higher education document management. The research used a software engineering approach involving literature review, observation, interviews, document analysis, business process mapping, Unified Modeling Language modeling, Extreme Programming-based prototyping, black box testing, and scenario-based functional validation. The findings showed that the proposed repository architecture consists of user, interface, application service, data and document, and output layers. The developed SIPADOK prototype supported login, role-based access control, LKPS category management, document upload and preview, reviewer assignment, progress monitoring, and PDF or Excel report export. Functional testing showed that the main scenarios worked according to the expected behavior. The study indicates that document optimization is not determined only by file digitization, but also by the integration of data architecture, review workflow, access control, document status, and reporting outputs..

Abstract

Work-In-Progress (WIP) management in the pharmaceutical industry requires accurate control because each lot has a holding time limit that affects product stability. Manual processes may cause scheduling delays, incorrect lot retrieval, and storage area congestion. This study aims to develop a web-based WIP management system that generates real-time production priority recommendations. The system development applies Agile, while priority optimization uses Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) with criteria consisting of remaining holding time, urgency level, drum quantity, waiting time, and room occupancy. The system is equipped with QR Code validation during stock-in and stock-out activities to improve data traceability. The simulation results show that Lot 87511XP obtains the highest score of 0.6800 because it has the most critical remaining holding time, is stored in a high-density room, and has a long waiting time. Black box testing indicates that all main functions operate according to the expected scenarios. The proposed system supports more objective scheduling decisions, accelerates WIP monitoring, and helps mitigate overcapacity and holding time violation risks.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di institusi pendidikan tinggi vokasi menuntut integrasi teknologi yang tidak sekadar berfungsi sebagai pemenuh kebutuhan administratif, melainkan menyentuh ranah strategi pedagogis. Politeknik Ungku Omar (PUO) Malaysia telah memiliki infrastruktur Google Workspace yang memadai, namun pemanfaatannya masih berfokus pada fungsi administratif dasar, sementara penggunaan kecerdasan artifisial (AI) generatif oleh mahasiswa kerap berlangsung tanpa kerangka panduan yang terstruktur. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) internasional kolaborasi Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA), Indonesia, dengan PUO, Malaysia, serta IEEE Young Professionals, ini bertujuan berbagi dan mendiseminasikan model best practices integrasi AI dan Google Workspace berbasis filosofi pengalaman belajar (Learning Experience (LX) implementasi AI dan Google Workspace, sekaligus menghasilkan modul yang diajukan Hak Cipta (HKI, status register) sebagai panduan praktis bagi mitra. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan kombinasi (sharing knowledge) berupa ceramah, demonstrasi, serta diskusi dan tanya jawab dalam satu sesi luring bagi 50 peserta mahasiswa di kampus PUO, Ipoh, Malaysia, pada 8 Oktober 2025, didahului briefing koordinasi daring bersama mitra pada 30 September 2025. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner umpan balik peserta mengenai pemahaman dan manfaat kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan partisipasi aktif dan respons positif peserta terhadap pemaparan praktik baik kolaborasi Google Workspace, prompt engineering, dan kesadaran etika AI generatif. Luaran konkret dari program ini berupa modul interaktif "Best Practices" yang diajukan Hak Cipta (HKI, status register), video kegiatan yang dipublikasikan di YouTube, poster, dan publikasi media massa nasional, sebagai bahan diseminasi berkelanjutan guna mendukung project-based learning yang etis dan adaptif di era digital.

Abstract

Pengelolaan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah masih menghadapi kendala pada pencatatan keuangan, pengelolaan stok, dan pemasaran digital yang belum terstruktur, sehingga membatasi kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam memantau arus kas, mengendalikan persediaan, dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sederhana untuk mendukung pengelolaan usaha yang lebih tertib, efisien, dan adaptif. Metode kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan aplikatif melalui identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan, praktik langsung, pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 23 dan 30 Januari 2026 di Universitas Dian Nusantara dan Universitas Trilogi dengan peserta 30 pelaku usaha dari wilayah Jakarta Barat dan Jakarta Selatan. Materi yang diberikan meliputi pembukuan digital, sistem inventaris berbasis Google Sheets, penggunaan WhatsApp Business, dan pemasaran melalui media sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Sekitar 60% peserta mulai menerapkan pencatatan keuangan digital, 55% mulai menggunakan sistem inventaris berbasis spreadsheet, dan 50% mulai memanfaatkan media digital untuk pemasaran produk. Dengan demikian, penerapan teknologi sederhana melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan mampu memberikan dampak awal terhadap keteraturan pengelolaan usaha, peningkatan literasi digital, dan kesiapan pelaku usaha dalam mengembangkan bisnis secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Material inventory management at a telecommunication industry warehouse frequently experiences imbalances due to unpredictable monthly demand fluctuations, triggering the risk of material shortages or excessive stockpiling. This study aims to implement predictive computation into the supply chain information system to forecast the volume of material requirements for maintenance work. The quantitative forecasting method used is the Single Moving Average (SMA) algorithm, which extracts actual historical expenditure data. The accuracy level of the system's projection results is evaluated mathematically using the Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) instrument. Furthermore, the system was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model and the CodeIgniter framework. Testing was conducted by comparing the moving average parameters for a three-month (=3) and a six-month (=6) period. The system's computation results on operational data show that the algorithm can dynamically calculate projections with MAD error values that vary depending on the fluctuation of the material type, such as ODP forecasting (=3) recording a MAD deviation of 1.06, and Iron Poles (=6) with a MAD of 0.83. This study proves that integrating the SMA algorithm into the warehouse database can serve as a reliable reference parameter for management in determining measurable material procurement volumes.
