nbsp; Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi permasalahan pelayanan pelangga Indomaret Politeknik 3 Manado terkait dengan layanan pemasaran dan infomasi produk produk yang di jual di Toko Indomaret Politeknik 3 Manado Metode yang d gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan diperkuat dengan data wawancara mendalam serta Teknik Focus Group Discussion untuk memperkuat hasil survey serta wawancara mendalam Untuk objek penelitian berada di toko Indomaret Politeknik 3 kota Manado dengan subjek pengambilan data penelitian yaitu 10 orang Konsumen yang sering berbelanja di Inomaret Politeteknik 3 Manado serta seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di indomaret politeknik 3 Manado Hasil Indentifikasi masalah dan analisis kebutuhan yang dilaksanakan dengan konsumen indomaret politeknik 3 menghasilkan gambaran bahwa kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi promosi dan konsumen tidak memahami ketentuan ketentuan promosi membuat pelanggan yang ada di indomaret politeknik 3 sering salah dalam membeli produk promosi Untuk analisis kebutuhan akan nbsp; media WhatsApp yang dikembangkan lewat adanya pemanfaatan promosi serta informasi produk nbsp; kepada konsumen menghasilkan informasi nbsp; rata rata konsumen membutuhakan informasi produk produk serta bentuk bentuk promo produk yang di jual oleh pihak indomaret secara online atau berbasis media WhatsApp dengan memanfatkan media WhatssApp yang dikembangkan untuk membantu pemasaran serta infomrasi produk yang di jual oleh Indomaret Hasil penelitian ini mengambarkan Sebagian besar konsumen sangat membutuhkan pihak indomaret memanfaatkan media WhatssApp dengan fitur fitur yang ada untuk memudahkan pemasaran produk indomaret serta meningkatkan literasi informasi terkait dengan sarana promosi produk oleh pihak Indomaret Politeknik 3 Manado Kata Kunci nbsp; : Identifikasi Masalah Analisis Kebutuhan Pengembangan Media WhatsApp nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Abstract This study aims to identify customer service problems Indomaret Polytechnic 3 Manado related to marketing services and product information sold at the Indomaret Polytechnic 3 Manado Shop The method used in this study uses an in depth survey method with data interviews and Focus Group Discussion techniques to strengthen the results of the survey and in depth interviews The object of the research is the Indomaret Polytechnic 3 Manado shop with the research subjects namely 10 Consumers who often shop at Inomaret Polytechnic 3 Manado and all employees who work at Indomaret Polytechnic 3 Manado The results of problem identification and needs analysis carried out with consumers of Indomaret Polytechnic 3 resulted in an illustration that difficulties in obtaining promotional information and consumers not understanding the terms of promotion made customers at Indomaret Polytechnic 3 often wrong in buying promotional products For analysis of the need for WhatsApp media which was developed through the use of promotions and consumer information to produce information on average consumers need information on products and forms of product promotions sold by Indomaret online or based on WhatsApp media by utilizing WhatsApp media which was developed to assist marketing and product information sold by Indomaret The results of this study illustrate that most consumers really need Indomaret to use WhatsApp media with existing features to facilitate the marketing of Indomaret products and increase information literacy related to product promotion facilities by Indomaret Polytechnic 3 Manado Keywords: Problem Identification Needs Analysis WhatsApp Media Development

ABSTRAK Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausashaaan dan status social ekonomi terhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa kecamatan likupang barat kabupaten minahasa utara Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitan kuantitatif Populasi berjumah 95 dan sampel berjumlah 77 hasil analisis regresi ganda Y= 15 025 0 390X1 0 343X2 nbsp; artinya Nilai konstanta sebesar 15 025 menyatakan bahwa jika nilai X1 dan X2 = 0 atau variabel kompetensi pedagogik dan pengalaman mengajar guru tidak ada maka nilai variabel kemampuan belajar adalah sebesar 15 025 Koefisien regresi variabel kometensi profesional guru 0 390 mengandung arti bahwa setiap penambahan 1 satu poin variabel kompetensi profesional guru maka hal itu akan meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa sebesar 0 390 kali Koefisien regresi variabel pengalaman mengajar guru 0 343 mengandung arti bahwa setiap penambahan 1 satu poin variabel pengalaman mengajar guru maka hal itu akan meningkatkan kemampuan belajar sebesar 0 343 kali Ditemui koefisien korelasi ada hubungan yang kuat kopetensi profesional dan pengalaman mengajar guru dengan kemampuan belajar siswa Ditemui pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 54 7 dibuktikan dengan f hitung 44 748 gt; f tabel sebesar 3 120 Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan kompetensi profesional dan pengalaman kerja guru terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa SMA Negeri 1 Tondano Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Profesional Pengalaman mengajar Guru dan Kemampuan Belajar nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship learning and socioeconomic status on entrepreneurship motivation of students in West Likupang District North Minahasa Regency By using a quantitative research approach The population is 95 and the sample is 77 The results of multiple regression analysis Y= 15 025 0 390X1 0 343X2 It means that the constant value of 15 025 states that if the value of X1 and X2 = 0 or the variables of pedagogical competence and teacher teaching experience do not exist then the value of the ability variable does not exist learning amounted to 15 025 The regression coefficient of the teacher s professional competence variable is 0 390 which means that for every addition of 1 one point of the teacher s professional competence variable it will increase students learning abilities by 0 390 times The regression coefficient for the teacher teaching experience variable is 0 343 which means that for every 1 one addition of the teacher teaching experience variable it will increase the learning ability by 0 343 times There is a correlation coefficient found that there is a strong relationship between professional competence and teaching experience of teachers with students learning abilities There was a significant effect of 54 7 as evidenced by f count 44 748 gt; f table of 3 120 Thus it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of professional competence and teacher work experience on the learning abilities of SMA Negeri 1 Tondano students Keywords: Professional Competence Teacher s Teaching Experience and Learning Ability

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Dan Fasilitas Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa kelas X di SMKS POOPO Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif metode survey Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 dan sampel penelitian 60 Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis pengujian korelasi ganda Kompetensi Guru X1 dan Fasilitas Belajar X2 terhadap Hasil belajar siswa Y maka diperoleh r = 0 960 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar r2 = 0 7072 atau 70 72 Selanjutnya apakah koefisien tersebut dapat digeneralisasikan atau tidak maka harus diuji signifikannya dengan menghitung fhitung dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh fhitung = 39 29557pada taraf kepercayaan 95 = 0 05 diperoleh nilai ftabel = 3 155 ternyata fhitung lebih besar dari ftabel 39 29557 gt; 3 155 ini berarti variabel Kompetensi Guru X1 dan Fasilitas Belajar X2 tidak dapat diabaikan sehingga hipotesis Ha Dari analisis diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan Kompetensi Guru dan Fasilitas Belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMKS Poopo Kata kunci : Kompetensi Guru Fasilitas dan Hasil Belajar ABSTRAKThis study aims to determine the extent of the influence of teacher competence and learning facilities on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMKS POOPO The method used in this study uses a quantitative survey method The population in this study was 60 and the research sample was 60 Based on the results of processing and analysis of the multiple correlation test of Teacher Competence X1 and Learning Facilities X2 on student learning outcomes Y it was obtained r = 0 960 with a coefficient of determination of r2 = 0 7072 or 70 72 Furthermore whether the coefficient can be generalized or not it must be tested for its significance by calculating fcount From the results of the study it is obtained that fcount = 39 29557 at the 95 confidence level = 0 05 this means that the variables of Teacher Competence X1 and Learning Facilities X2 cannot be ignored so that the hypothesis Ha From the analysis it is known that there is a simultaneous influence of Teacher Competence and Learning Facilities on student learning outcomes at SMKS Poopo Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Guru Fasilitas dan Hasil Belajar nbsp;

ABSTRAK nbsp; Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Administrasi Perkantoran Kelas XI Di SMKS Poopo Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI A dan XI B yang berjumlah 50 siswa dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 44 siswa Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah Teknik kuisioner angket Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode analisis regresi liner sederhana analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi berganda dengan menggunakan uji T dan uji F Berdasarkan hasil dalam penelitian ini juga diperoleh persamaan regresi Y =23 093 0 342 X1 0 346 X2 Dapat diartikan bahwa besarnya minat belajar siswa sebesar 23 093 dilihat dari nilai konstan Disiplin akan meningkatkan minat belajar siswa sebesar 0 342 dengan asumsi variabel konstan sedangkan lingkungan keluarga akan meningkatkan minat belajar siswa sebesar 0 346 dengan variabel konstan Kata Kunci : Disiplin Lingkungan Keluarga nbsp; Minat Belajar Siswa nbsp; nbsp; ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and family environment on student interest in office administration subjects for class XI at Smks Poopo The population in this study were students of class XI A and XI B which amounted to 50 people and the research sample was 44 students The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire technique questionnaire The analysis technique in this study is the method of simple linear regression analysis simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis using the T test and F test Based on the results in this study also obtained the regression equation Y = 23 093 0 342 X1 0 346 X2 It can be interpreted that the amount of student interest in learning is 23 093 seen from the constant value Discipline will increase students interest in learning by 0 342 assuming constant variables while the family environment will increase student interest in learning by 0 346 with constant variables Keywords: Discipline Family Environment Student Interests

ABSTRAK nbsp; Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Analisis Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Petani Kelapa di Kelurahan Kawangkoan Bawah Kecamatan Amurang Barat Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif nbsp; dengan menggunakan jenis data kualitatif Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi wawancara dan studi kepustakaan Metodeanalisis data dilakukan mulai dari pengumpulan data reduksi data penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya pemberdayaan yang dilakukan pemerintah atau dinas terkait belum maksimal dan pendapatan yang diperoleh petani dari hasil pengolahan kelapa masih rendah Ada beberapahal yang menjadi kendala dalam pemberdayaan petani kelapa salah satunya yaitu Kurangnya kesadaran dari petani kelapa untuk melakukan inovasi terhadap produk olahan nbsp; kelapa yakni dari pengolahan dari kopra biasa menjadi kopraputih Hal tersebut dikarenakan keterbatasan kompetensi yang dimiliki para petani mulai dari pendidikan keterampilan dan wawasan sehingga perkembangan yang lambat dan pendapatan masih rendah Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Petani Kelapa nbsp; nbsp; ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the Economic Empowerment Analysis of Coconut Farmers in Kawangkoan Bawah Village Amurang Barat District The research method uses descriptive method using qualitative data types Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation interviews and literature studies Methods of data analysis were carried out starting from data collection data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusions The results of the study show that empowerment efforts by the government or related agencies have not been maximized and the income earned by farmers from coconut processing is still low There are several things that become obstacles in empowering coconut farmers one of which is the lack of awareness from coconut farmers to innovate coconut processed products namely from processing ordinary copra to white copra This is due to the limited competence of farmers starting from education skills and insight so that development is slow and income is still low Keywords: Economic Empowerment Coconut Farmers

Abstrak Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud masih bercirikan ekonomi tradisional dimana sektor pertanian masih menjadi andalan daerah Dilihat dari kontribusi tiap sektor subsektor sektor yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar pada PDRB Kabupaten Talaud adalah sektor pertanian Data dari Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud tahun 2020 dengan luas lahan tanaman Kopra 22 133 14 Ha sedangkan produksinya mencapai 18 577 38 Ton Khususnya pada Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud sendiri dengan luas wilayah lautnya sekitar 37 800 km2 dan luas daratan 1 251 02 km2 terdapat 3 pulau utama yaitu Pulau Karakelang Pulau Salibabu dan Pulau Kabaruan dengan jumlah penduduknya adalah 91 067 jiwa dan sebagian besar adalah petani Masyarakat dikecamatan rainis kepulauan Talaud pemanfaatan buah kelapa kelapa menjadi kopra secara ekonomi dan manajemen usaha belum maksimal jika dibandingkan dengan potensi semberdaya kelapa Kodisi ini mangakibatkan angka kemiskinan dikabupaten kepulaun Talaud tahun 2020 mencapai 9 49 persen Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan Research amp; Development Borg and Gall 1987:772 menyatakan bahwa educational research and development R and D is a process used to develop and validate educational products Untuk dapat menghasilkan produk tertentu digunakan penelitian bersifat analisis kebutuhan Penelitian pengembangan adalah suatu proses yang dipakai untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi produk produk yang akan digunakan dalam pendidikan Kata Kunci: Modul Pelatihan Usaha Petani Kopra Abstrack Talaud Islands Regency is still characterized by a traditional economy where the agricultural sector is still the mainstay of the region Judging from the contribution of each sector subsector the sector that makes the largest contribution to the GRDP of Talaud Regency is the agricultural sector Data from the Food Security and Agriculture Service of Talaud Islands Regency in 2020 shows that the area of Copra plantations is 22 133 14 Ha while production reached 18 577 38 Tons Specifically in the Talaud Islands Regency itself with a sea area of around 37 800 km2 and a land area of 1 251 02 km2 there are 3 main islands namely Karakelang Island Lintasabu Island and Kabaruan Island with a population of 91 067 people and the largest among them are farmers For the people in Rainis District Talaud Islands the economic use of coconuts for copra and business management is not optimal when compared to the potential of coconut resources This condition resulted in the poverty rate in Talaud Islands Regency in 2020 reaching 9 49 percent The type of research that will be used in this research is the research and development method Research amp; Development Borg and Gall 1987:772 state that educational research and development R and D is a process used to develop and validate educational products To be able to produce certain products research is used using needs analysis Development research is the process used to develop and validate products for use in education Keywords: Training Module Copra Farmer Business

Abstrak Kelurahan Taratara terletak di bagian Barat Kota Tomohon Kontribusi masyarakat Kelurahan Taratara di sektor pertanian cukup besar karena masyarakat di Kelurahan Taratara adalah salah satu pengembang padi terbesar di Kota Tomohon dan sebagian besar masyarakatnya bekerja sebagai petani bidang pertanian padi Pendayagunaan sumber daya pertanian menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian sehingga sumber daya yang terbatas itu harus dialokasikan seefisien mungkin Seperti diketahui sumber daya pertanian yang terdiri dari lahan tenaga kerja air termasuk unsur unsur yang terkandung didalamnya merupakan sumber daya yang utama untuk kelangsungan hidup manusia Yang terjadi pada petani padi sawah di Taratara adalh fluktuasinya pendapatan dikarenakan proses pemasaran yang dipengaruhi juga harga jual produk Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian kualitatif Metode Kualitatif adalah sebuah penelitian ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk memahami suatu fenomena dalam kontak sosial secara alami Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Petani Padi Abstract Taratara Village is located in the western part of Tomohon City The contribution of the people of Taratara Village in the agricultural sector is quite large because the people in Taratara Village are one of the largest rice developers in Tomohon City and most of the people work as rice farmers Utilizing agricultural resources is the key to increasing agricultural productivity so that limited resources must be allocated as efficiently as possible As is known agricultural resources consisting of land labor air including the elements contained therein are the main resources for human survival What happens to lowland rice farmers in Taratara is that their income increases due to the marketing process which also influences the selling price of the product The method that will be used in this research is a qualitative research method Qualitative Method is a scientific research that aims to understand a phenomenon in natural social contact Keywords: Rice Farmer Income
