Abstract

Trenggalek Regency has a lot of natural potential, which if got intensive touch from certain parties: Government of regency/department, related institutions, Universities through research and community service, it is possible to be able to change progress in the area of the district of Trenggalek. Example of various potentials in the village Dompyong Bendungan district, which most of the community is dairy farmers, in addition to farming cassava, corn, and vegetable crops. If these potentials get more serious attention then it is possible to change the lifestyle of a more virtuous community in improving the welfare of the community in Dompyong village. But because of the limited quality of human resources, it raises many obstacles in optimizing all the potential that exists in this village. These constraints include social, economic, cultural, and inadequate road infrastructure. Dompyong Village, Bendungan Subdistrict, Trenggalek Regency is one of the national priority villages that need to get more attention from various parties, in an effort to improve people's welfare. The objective of the activities of KKN Bela Negara Desa Prioritas Nasional is to see the potential of the village, the problems faced by the community, how to overcome the problems, and to plan the development actions in order to what efforts should be done based on the potential in Dompyong village and the target to community empowerment through dairy milk based business, post-harvest process and product, waterfall tourism development, and development of Van Dillem coffee based business. The activities of KKN Bela Negara Desa Prioritas Nasional in Dompyong Village, Bendungan District were conducted on 17-31 July 2017; and in the first year identified the following problems: (1) The intention and spirit of society that is still unstable in developing dairy cows based business and in developing SME’s (Small Medium Enterprise) based on cassava, (2) Network marketing is still weak so that hamper productivity, (3) The absence of supporting facilities in every tourist location, (4) The absence of village tourist information center, (5) Not yet integrated the various tourist sites, (6) Low public awareness in supporting the tourist village, (7) The absence of aggressive promotion of SME’s Van Dillem coffee, and (8) Infrastructure roads that are less supportive in the development of SME’s based on the existing potential in the village Dompyong. Therefore, in the second year (2018), so there is a strategy effort in overcoming those problems.

Abstract

Internet with the development of communication technology is increasingly increasing, closer and increasingly pamper its users with various information. A lot of the variety of information on the internet can be a benefit too can be a problem. The Internet can be very difficult to avoid, especially when the blank spot area is running low. This study illustrates how internet usage among students in relation with internet media literacy to the understanding of whether students are critical with media content used or consumed. The Campus of UPN Veteran of East Java as State Defense College course in implementation is to identify AGHT information which is not inevitable anymore. Student UPN Veteran of East Java as Surabaya citizen who recently proclaimed as Cyber City certainly have to clean up in this case. Cyber City brings the consequences of more complete internet network in this city. Collecting data through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and literature to explore more deeply how the use of the Internet among students UPN Veteran of East Java.

Abstract

The rapid growth of internet resulted in increasing internet users in Indonesia. Today the internet is easily found in Indonesian family homes. Therefore, many early age children who already know the internet. Even the children are deliberately facilitated by their parents to be able to easily access the internet. The condition is of course very worrying because of the impact of the internet is also great for the development of children. Some studies also illustrate that the internet disrupts relationships within the family. This study examines how Mother's role in protecting her children against the invasion of the internet. This study uses a Computer-Mediated-Communication (CMC) perspective which states that computers have changed the shape of human social relationships. This brings with it social and cultural consequences in human life. This research was conducted by using the qualitative method with maternal and child analysis unit as a research subject. The technique of data retrieval is done by using in-depth interview and observation participant whereas technique analyzes data use descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that Mother still assesses the existence of the internet in the house needed to support the activities of his children, including in helping complete school tasks. Therefore, parents easily provide support facilities so that their children can easily access the internet. Furthermore, this research also shows that in performing assistance there are three categories that apply the rules in using the internet, doing active mediation, and activity online together.
