Abstract

Pengguna internet tiga tahun terakhir telah bergeser pada usia anak dan remaja mendominasi sebagai pengguna internet terbesar. Ironisnya mereka tersebut tidak tahu resiko menggunakan internet. Sehingga banyak anak yang menjadi korban internet. Selain itu juga banyak orang tua khususnya kaum ibu yang tidak memahami internet sehingga mereka hampir tidak ada komunikasi dan control terhadap anak remajanya ketika menggunakan internet.. Sebagaimana yang telah banyak diberitakan di media massa, banyak remaja, khususnya remaja putri yang menjadi “korban” dari situs jejaring sosial ini dan banyak anak yang telah menjadi ”pecandu” internet seperti game online sehingga mengganggu kehidupan anak sekarang ini. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah penelitian untuk menemukan pola pendampingan Ibu terhadap anak remajanya pada saat menggunakan internet di mana akan terus berkembang. Sehingga diharapkan anak bisa terhindar dari dampak buruk internet dan dapat menggunakan internet secara sehat. Dalam psikologi bahwa ibu berperan sebagai pendidik, pengarahan, dorongan dan pertimbangan bagi perilaku anak serta membentuk perilaku anak. Sebagaimana dikatakan dalam Computer-Mediated-Communication Theory bahwa computer telah mengubah bentuk hubungan social manusia. Hal ini membawa konsekuensi secara social dan cultural dalam kehidupan manusia. Technological Cultural Theory menyatakan bahwa teknologi akan membawa perubahan nilai dan budaya dalam kehidupan manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan Ibu pada Anak ketika menggunakan internet terdiri dari tiga aktivitas yaitu menerapkan peraturan dalam menggunakan internet, melakukan mediasi akif, dan melakukan kegiatan online bersama.

Abstract

Isu Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK) KPK menjadi topik yang ramai dibicarakan khalayak umum. Pada media sosial Twitter muncul tagar #KPKEndGame yang menjadi trending topic pada periode waktu tertentu. Munculnya tagar #KPKEndGame sebagai trending membuka ruang diskusi bagi khalayak umum untuk berinteraksi serta menyuarakan opini-opininya terkait isu TWK. Interaksi yang terjadi tersebut membentuk sebuah jaringan komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan jaringan komunikasi dari isu TWK KPK dengan menggunakan kata kunci #KPKEndGame berlandaskan analisis jaringan komunikasi Eriyanto dan didalami lebih lanjut dengan level analisis dari Suratnoadji Arianto yaitu level konten, level perilaku, serta level jaringan. Penelitian ini menemukan, kata kunci #KPKEndGame banyak digunakan mulai 28 Mei 2021 dan terus memuncak pada 29 hingga 30 Mei 2021. Terdapat 8.255 vertices serta 18.214 relasi yang terdiri dari 5.338 edges dan 12.876 unique edges. Terbentuk lima cluster utama dengan masing-masing influencer dan cluster keenam yang tidak memiliki influencer. Aktor utama dalam jaringan #KPKEndGame adalah akun @kpk_endgame. Sebagai aktor utama, @kpk_endgame dapat berperan secara efektif dalam menyampaikan serta mengontrol persebaran pesan dan informasi dalam jaringan sehingga dapat menentukan arah opini masyarakat terkait isu ini yang didominasi dengan sentimen negatif.

Abstract

Trenggalek Regency has a lot of natural potential, which if got intensive touch from certain parties: Government of regency/department, related institutions, Universities through research and community service, it is possible to be able to change progress in the area of the district of Trenggalek. Example of various potentials in the village Dompyong Bendungan district, which most of the community is dairy farmers, in addition to farming cassava, corn, and vegetable crops. If these potentials get more serious attention then it is possible to change the lifestyle of a more virtuous community in improving the welfare of the community in Dompyong village. But because of the limited quality of human resources, it raises many obstacles in optimizing all the potential that exists in this village. These constraints include social, economic, cultural, and inadequate road infrastructure. Dompyong Village, Bendungan Subdistrict, Trenggalek Regency is one of the national priority villages that need to get more attention from various parties, in an effort to improve people's welfare. The objective of the activities of KKN Bela Negara Desa Prioritas Nasional is to see the potential of the village, the problems faced by the community, how to overcome the problems, and to plan the development actions in order to what efforts should be done based on the potential in Dompyong village and the target to community empowerment through dairy milk based business, post-harvest process and product, waterfall tourism development, and development of Van Dillem coffee based business. The activities of KKN Bela Negara Desa Prioritas Nasional in Dompyong Village, Bendungan District were conducted on 17-31 July 2017; and in the first year identified the following problems: (1) The intention and spirit of society that is still unstable in developing dairy cows based business and in developing SME’s (Small Medium Enterprise) based on cassava, (2) Network marketing is still weak so that hamper productivity, (3) The absence of supporting facilities in every tourist location, (4) The absence of village tourist information center, (5) Not yet integrated the various tourist sites, (6) Low public awareness in supporting the tourist village, (7) The absence of aggressive promotion of SME’s Van Dillem coffee, and (8) Infrastructure roads that are less supportive in the development of SME’s based on the existing potential in the village Dompyong. Therefore, in the second year (2018), so there is a strategy effort in overcoming those problems.

Abstract

Internet with the development of communication technology is increasingly increasing, closer and increasingly pamper its users with various information. A lot of the variety of information on the internet can be a benefit too can be a problem. The Internet can be very difficult to avoid, especially when the blank spot area is running low. This study illustrates how internet usage among students in relation with internet media literacy to the understanding of whether students are critical with media content used or consumed. The Campus of UPN Veteran of East Java as State Defense College course in implementation is to identify AGHT information which is not inevitable anymore. Student UPN Veteran of East Java as Surabaya citizen who recently proclaimed as Cyber City certainly have to clean up in this case. Cyber City brings the consequences of more complete internet network in this city. Collecting data through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and literature to explore more deeply how the use of the Internet among students UPN Veteran of East Java.

Abstract

The rapid growth of internet resulted in increasing internet users in Indonesia. Today the internet is easily found in Indonesian family homes. Therefore, many early age children who already know the internet. Even the children are deliberately facilitated by their parents to be able to easily access the internet. The condition is of course very worrying because of the impact of the internet is also great for the development of children. Some studies also illustrate that the internet disrupts relationships within the family. This study examines how Mother's role in protecting her children against the invasion of the internet. This study uses a Computer-Mediated-Communication (CMC) perspective which states that computers have changed the shape of human social relationships. This brings with it social and cultural consequences in human life. This research was conducted by using the qualitative method with maternal and child analysis unit as a research subject. The technique of data retrieval is done by using in-depth interview and observation participant whereas technique analyzes data use descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that Mother still assesses the existence of the internet in the house needed to support the activities of his children, including in helping complete school tasks. Therefore, parents easily provide support facilities so that their children can easily access the internet. Furthermore, this research also shows that in performing assistance there are three categories that apply the rules in using the internet, doing active mediation, and activity online together.

Abstract

Abstract The conflict within the Democratic Party became increasingly heated, and Moeldoko's camp decided to hold an Extraordinary Congress to elect a new chairman of the Democratic Party. This of course gets various kinds of responses from the community. After the controversial election of General Chair Moeldoko in the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) in Deliserdang, North Sumatra. The defenders of Moeldoko and Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) competed with each other to enliven hashtags fighting over the position of trending topics on Twitter. This study aims to explain the mapping of the communication network formed in the process of disseminating information related to the issue of the Democratic Party Coup on Twitter social media. Researchers used quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection is done by crawling data on Twitter social media using NodeXL software. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results of this study show that there are three main actors who are the most influential in the network, namely the @putrawadapi, @geloraco, and @kumparan accounts. Meanwhile, there are also 3 main clusters formed in the network, each cluster has its own alignment with related issues. The public has different opinions on the issue of the Democratic Coup. It can be seen that the people who support or are pro against the Democratic Coup are 53.5% of the data obtained. While the percentage of people who are against and choose neutral on this issue are 22.5% and 30% respectively. This data shows that based on the data obtained, the actors in the network tend to be more positive or supportive of the issue of the democratic party coup. This can be used as a reference for the AHY camp to take the next step in responding to this issue. Keywords: Democrat coup; communication network analysis; social media; twitter.  Abstrak Konflik di tubuh Partai Demokrat kian memanas, kubu Moeldoko memutuskan mengadakan Kongres Luar Biasa untuk memilih ketua Partai Demokrat yang baru. Hal ini tentu saja mendapatkan berebagai macam respon dari masyarakat. Pasca terpilihnya Ketua Umum Moeldoko secara kontroversial dalam  Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB)di Deliserdang, Sumatera Utara tersebut. Para pembelaMoeldokomaupun Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) saling bersaing meramaikan tagar berebut posisi trending topic di twitter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pemetaan jaringan komunikasi yang terbentuk dalam proses penyebaran informasi terkait isu Kudeta Partai Demokrat di media sosial Twitter. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode crawling data pada media sosial twitter menggunakan bantuan software NodeXL. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, hasil penelitian ini terdapat tiga aktor utama yang paling berpengaruh dalam jaringan yaitu akun @putrawadapi, @geloraco, dan @kumparan. Sementara itu terdapat juga 3 cluster utama yang terbentuk dalam jaringan, masing-masing cluster memiliki keberpihakanya sendiri terhadap isu terkait. Masyarakat memiliki opini yang berbeda-beda terhadap isu Kudeta Demokrat. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa masyarakat yang mendukung atau pro terhadap Kudeta Demokrat yaitu sebesar 53,5% dari data yang diperoleh. Sementara persentase masyarakat yang kontra dan memilih netral terhadap isu ini yaitu masing masing sebesar 22,5% dan 30%. Data ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, para aktor yang berada dalam jaringan cenderung lebih bersikap positif atau mendukung terhadap isu kudeta partai demokrat. Hal ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan kubu AHY untuk mengambil langkah selanjutnya dalam merespon isu ini. Kata-kata kunci: Kudeta demokrat; analisis jaringan komunikasi; sosial media; twitter.

Abstract

In the early of October 2021, the Indonesian people were busy discussing the performance of the Indonesian National Police (POLRI) through the hashtag #percumalaporpolisi on Twitter social media. The hashtag is a form of digital movement from Twitter netizens about the lack of performance of the POLRI. Users interact with each other through these hashtags to form a communication network. This study analyzes quantitatively the communication network formed through #percumalaporpolisi on Twitter. This study uses communication network theory by Barry Wellman and analyzed using communication network analysis techniques based on Big Data. This hashtag was analyzed using communication network analysis techniques through three levels, namely network level, behavior level, and content level. The devices used in this research are Gephi and Rstudio applications. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiment of the #samasamabelajar public relations campaign on TikTok in the period 21 December 2021-2 January 2022. Using a positivistic paradigm. Furthermore, the researcher deepened the data analysis by relating the 10 step PR campaign theory from Anne Gregory and the innovation diffusion theory. quantitative research is carried out by collecting data using Algoritma Tech and ASIGTA sentiment analysis. The results of the big data algorithm analysis show that after the #samasamabelajar campaign, the community produced a total of 975 videos. The government works closely with TikTok through a continuing education campaign, the creation of Tiktokclass and University Class Week. The government provides space for the public to play an active role in producing educational social media content in order to provide a positive image of the government. In addition, TikTok social media is a means of delivering government information to the public. The result sentiment analysis to public's response to the public relations campaign on Tiktok. The researcher conducted a sentiment analysis using the tech algorithm on the search results for the hashtag #samasamasiswa for the period 21 December 2021-2 January 2022. There are 974 hashtags that will be classified using the tech algorithm. Of the 934 videos obtained or analyzed, there were 428 positive content, 533 neutral content and 13 negative content.

Abstract

The resilience condition of the Indonesian people in facing threats, disturbances, obstacles, and challenges (AGHT) can be identified through conversations on social media. The conversational data of social media users is important data for understanding the national resilience of the Indonesian people. The method developed is more explorative, descriptive, and quantitative by describing the variable: volume of social media users, user profiles, reach, conversation trends, types of issues, top tweets, emotion, sentiment, people who influence (top influencer), intermediary (bridge), and robot analysis (bot analysis). The research sample is from March 1, 2022, to May 1, 2022. Consideration of the timing is due to many public reactions to the “three periods” issue. The results of this study indicate that the three-period issue is the most dominant compared to other topics. The issue of “three periods” spread throughout Indonesia, and the most dominant was in DKI Jakarta Province. The social media users’ profile shows that the issue of three periods is mostly discussed by users between the ages of 19 and 29. Men are more dominant in discussing the “three periods” issue than women. Most Indonesian people reject the three-period issue. It shows that the resilience of the Indonesian people is exceptional because they can confront negative issues.

Abstract

This study is aim for map communication network formed when Holywings company got Public Relation Crisis during their product campaign using Muhammad Maria in Social Media Twitter. This issue have been considered by community as a religious blasphemy. This research aim to determine actors who control the information in this issue which lead actors can influence audience’s sentiment in the issue itself. This actors will create a cluster who will affect Holywings corporate image in Public Relations theory. Researchers used a quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach in conducting this research. This research use NodeXL as software for data mining and data analysis for find metrics and actors inside the network. This method used since conversation in internet era cannot analyzed in tradisional technique. Based on analysis that has been done there are 3 main actors @imanlagi, @catchmeupid dan @knpiharis. In communication network there are 3 main clusters created.
