Abstract

Learning in elementary schools has an important role in forming the foundation of students' critical, creative and collaborative thinking abilities. One of the materials in learning Indonesian that is relevant for practicing these skills is procedural texts. The problem-based learning (PBL) model has been proven to be an effective approach in increasing student engagement. This research aims to analyze the usability of PBL-based teaching modules on procedural text material in elementary schools. The results of this research are the highest Feedback (UB) value, with a value of around 0.646%. This indicates that the Feedback variable (UB) is able to explain around 64% of the variables of the indicators. In contrast to the other side, the lowest value of the User Self Control (KDP) variable is seen in the variable which is only around 0.114. This shows that the motivation variable can only explain almost 11% of the variance of the indicators. Overall, this diagram provides an overview of how well each variable or construct is able to explain the variables of its indicators.

Abstract

Learning Indonesian in elementary schools has an important role in developing students' literacy skills, including the ability to understand and write various types of texts, such as poetry. Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is a relevant learning model to be applied in learning poetry riddles. This research aims to analyze the usability or usability of PBL-based teaching modules on poetry puzzle material in elementary schools. This research uses quantitative research, namely the survey method using a questionnaire. The research results show that the largest variable is directed by the Feedback variable (UB) with a gain of 73% and the lowest variable is directed by User Activity (AP) with a gain of 13%. A high feedback value indicates good convergent validity, while a low value indicates there is room for improvement or development on the variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms of academic stress experienced by students and their impact on their psychological well-being, while also analyzing the role of schools and teachers in managing this stress. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach, focusing on understanding the subjective experiences of students and teachers in the context of academic stress. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation with one vocational high school student and one Islamic junior high school teacher, then analyzed using domain analysis techniques to obtain a comprehensive picture in line with the research focus. The results show that academic stress significantly impacts students' learning motivation, concentration, emotional stability, and learning effectiveness. This stress stems from high grade demands, excessive workloads, exam anxiety, parental pressure, and a dense curriculum. Furthermore, limited guidance and counseling services in schools exacerbate the risk of academic stress, so management still relies on informal teacher initiatives. Nevertheless, students demonstrate adaptive strategies such as time management, prioritization, and seeking support to cope with stress. The conclusion of this study confirms that academic success is inseparable from students' psychological well-being at any level. Therefore, schools need to develop a more flexible and adaptive curriculum, provide structured, professional and sustainable counseling services, and encourage process-oriented learning and character building.

The use of technology in the learning process in schools today is often used to support teachers in teaching. The use of technology in education by teachers in elementary schools can enrich students' learning experiences, so it is important for teachers to utilize technology as a tool in learning. Web-based learning media is a form of using technology in education, which is implemented in the teaching and learning process using technology. Research regarding the use of website-based learning media has been well received, and researchers will examine the acceptance of Website-Based Learning Media with the Independent Learning Model by teachers throughout West Java. This research was conducted using a quantitative research approach. The research method that researchers used was a correlational survey with path analysis. The results of the research show that the creation of website-based digital media with an independent flow in the West Java region is well received, this can be seen from the results of Self-Efficacy (Self Application) which has a relationship with Behavioral Intention (Technology Acceptance) which has good acceptance seen from the value above that The response results related to these indicators are influenced by self-influence and efforts to use media which are the main determinants in the acceptance and effectiveness of learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze farmers' motivations for financing their children's education amidst income uncertainty in rural areas. The focus of the study is on understanding the values, beliefs, and strategies used by farmers to maintain the continuity of their children's education despite facing economic constraints and income fluctuations. This study employed a qualitative, descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with farmers with school-age children in rural areas. The data sources consisted of primary data obtained directly from informants. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, linking field findings to Maslow's motivational theory and the Hoover-Dempsey & Sandler model of parental involvement. The results indicate that farmers' motivation to finance their children's education is driven by the belief that education is a basic need and a long-term investment for their children's future. Income uncertainty is not a major obstacle as long as farmers possess intrinsic motivation, sound financial planning, and a strong commitment to their children's education. The conclusions of this study confirm that the continuity of farmers' children's education is more influenced by the values, motivation, and active role of parents than by economic conditions alone.

Abstract

Islamic education is not only oriented towards developing cognitive aspects, but also emphasizes the formation of religious character of students from an early age, especially at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) level. This study aims to analyze the application of religious habituation in shaping the religious character of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Jauharul Huda. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Research informants consisted of the madrasah principal and class teachers. The results of the study indicate that religious habituation at MI Jauharul Huda is carried out routinely and scheduled through various activities such as, dhuha prayer, dzuhur prayer in congregation, reading and writing the Qur'an (BTQ), memorization, prayers before and after learning, and the implementation of the 5S culture (greeting, smiling, greeting, politeness and courtesy). These habits have a positive impact on the formation of students' religious character, which is reflected in attitudes of discipline, honesty, and responsibility. The success of the program is supported by the role of the principal, teachers, and parents. The obstacles faced include limited student equipment, lack of parental attention, and less than conducive classroom conditions. This research is expected to provide evaluation material and recommendations for madrasas in optimizing student character development.
