Abstract

Organisasi Karang Taruna Desa merupakan salah satu entitas yang memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan masyarakat di tingkat desa. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, implementasi sistem manajemen sumberdaya manusia menjadi krusial dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi betapa pentingnya implementasi sistem manajemen sumberdaya manusia dalam konteks Karang Taruna Desa. Implementasi sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, produktifitas, dan memperbaiki kinerja organisasi karang taruna desa. Dengan adanya sistem yang terstruktur, pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia dapat di lakukan secara efektif, mulai dari rekrutmen, pelatihan, hingga evaluasi kinerja. Implementasi sistem manajemen sumberdaya manusia memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi karang taruna desa.

Abstract

The leadership of Prophet Muhammad SAW during early period of Islam has been a source of inspiration. He was known as a religious figure and leader who deeply understood the importance of developing human resources. In the context of human resource management, implementation of management functions is the key to achieving effective human resource development. This research uses qualitative methods with literature study approach, documentation methods in collecting data, and content analysis in analyzing data. The research results show that in implementing the planning function, he implemented structured strategic planning, planned in stages, and made decisions based on criteria. In organizing implementation, he managed a multicultural work team wisely, placed human resources according to their qualifications, and demonstrated flexibility in decision making. In actuating implementation  is carried out by building a loving environment and motivating friends through spiritual incentives. Implementation of supervision is carried out by monitoring compliance with rules, a human approach in supervision, wise response to violations, and being a role model in enforcing norms and rules. This research provides valuable insights into the management implemented by Prophet Muhammad SAW that can be adopted in human resource development in a modern context to achieve effective and sustainable goals.   Keywords: Management Functions, Human Resource Management

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of the strategic human resource management model in an effort to improve the quality of education in educational institutions. A strategic management approach to human resources is key in managing and developing the potential of educational staff to achieve better educational goals. Various factors such as HR strategic planning, competency development, application of information and communication technology, and stakeholder involvement, are the focus of this research. The literature study research method is used to collect information from various relevant sources. The research results show that the implementation of the strategic human resource management model makes a positive contribution in improving the quality of education, by providing a structured and holistic framework for human resource management in educational institutions.

Abstract

In the fast-paced and ever-evolving digital landscape, the integration of technology has become an indispensable aspect of various facets of life, and notably, in the realm of human resource management (HRM). This article endeavors to delve into the multifaceted terrain of challenges and opportunities encountered by organizations in the implementation of technology within HRM. We analyze the impact of technology on HRM functions, such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee retention. In addition, we discuss strategies that organizations can adopt to overcome the challenges that arise and take advantage of the opportunities offered by technology in HRM. Ultimately, integrating technology into HRM is a complex process with both obstacles and advantages. This article seeks to enhance comprehension of technology's impact on HRM by examining its relationship with key functions and providing solutions to challenges. As businesses adapt to the digital landscape, making informed decisions and implementing proactive strategies are crucial to ensuring technology enhances HRM rather than hinders it in the modern era.

Abstract

In the face of the ever-expanding digital era, technological adaptation emerges as pivotal for companies seeking to maintain competitiveness and operational efficiency. This research examines the implementation of innovative human resource management (HR) strategies within PT. Work Management Partners to adapt to the digital era. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participant observation, surveys, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the company has effectively integrated digitalization into recruitment processes, utilized Learning Management Systems (LMS), and implemented digital-based performance evaluations. These initiatives have notably enhanced operational efficiency, bolstered employee engagement, and fortified the company's competitive edge. Nonetheless, the research identifies challenges such as resistance to change and limitations in technological infrastructure. Recommendations for companies include prioritizing effective change management, investing in technological infrastructure, providing continuous training for employees, integrating digital systems, and enhancing communication and transparency. By implementing these recommendations, PT. Work Management Partners can further enhance their ability to navigate the digital era and cultivate an inclusive and innovative work environment for their employees.

Abstract

Human resource management will achieve effective and optimal results when carried out using appropriate and good procedures, one of which is planning. The purpose of human resource management is to organize and manage high-quality, reliable, qualified, productive, and professional human resources. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis used in this research involves data reduction, followed by presentation in the form of descriptions, and verification through drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of planning and recruitment of employees in the implementation of human resource management for educational personnel at SMA IT Ar Raihan in Bandar Lampung City is carried out by first evaluating the number of educational personnel needed at SMA Ar-Raihan Bandar Lampung. Once the number is determined, announcements are made through various mass media, including newspapers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of management regarding Human Resources, in order to improve the quality of education at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Khalipah. Effective human resource management is a key to achieving a quality education goal. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The methods used to collect data are by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. As for checking the validity of the data, it is by using triangulation of methods and sources. The results of this study will later present a description of the implementation of Human Resource Management to improve the quality of education at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Khalipah by: 1) Analysis of the work carried out by the principal on educational and teaching staff, 2) Very comprehensive and structured human resource planning in the management of educational and teaching staff, 3) Procurement of human resources involves various stages and depends on the status of prospective educators (Honorary and PNS), 4) Selection of human resources involves various different stages for prospective educators, CPNS selection is stricter and more formal while honorary is more flexible, 5) Orientation of human resources involves stages and depends on the status of honorary or PNS, for honorary workers it is more flexible with an observation period while PNS is structured and comprehensive, 6) Appointment and placement of human resources depends on the status of honorary employees or PNS, honorary workers are placed according to the orientation period if accepted before the opening of a new class while PNS are based on SK and qualifications, 7) Compensation of human resources depends on employee status and applicable regulations, 8) Development of human resource careers human resources that should involve strategies and programs, both internal and external, 9) Evaluating human resource performance is done with various methods and frequencies, 10) Dismissal and termination of employment of human resources in this school depends on the conditions of the work contract, teacher requests and policies from the head of the education office and the principal. This study found that active participation from all parties in the school, including the principal, teachers, and staff plays an important role in supporting the improvement of the quality of education. This study concludes that in order to obtain quality human resources, in its management, it is necessary to implement good and correct human resource management so that it is in accordance with the expected needs.

Abstract

Implementasi sistem informasi manajemen ini yaitu tinjauan literatur bagaimana sistem informasi manajemen (SIM) yang akan mengambil keputusan di pengelolaan sumber daya manusia diperusahaan startup, implementasi sistem informasi manajemen untuk pengelolaan sumber daya manusia diperusahaan StartUp yaitu dimana SIM memegang peranan penting. Implementasi ini menggunakan teknik tinjauan literatur sistematis untuk mengimplementasi sistem informasi manajemen dibidang tersebut. Jurnal yang digunakan diperoleh melalui Google Scholar yang terdapat di Google. Hasil implementasi ini menunjukkan bahwa SIM sangat penting untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan di pengelolaan sumber daya manusia diperusahaan start. Kemampuan SIM untuk mengintegrasikan sumber daya, data, dan informasi yang relevan membantu pengelolaan sumber daya manusia ini dengan mengambil keputusan yang lebih baik.

Penulis telah berusaha menyajikan dan menyajikan gambaran komprehensif tentang aktivitas SDM yang penting ini. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peran manusia yang memiliki kompetensi baik terkait tugasnya maupun perilaku sesuai tuntunan syariah berdampak dalam mengoptimalkan proses produksi yang baik. Keterlibatan karyawan dalam proses implementasi menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan kesuksesan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui implementasi prinsip syariah dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia di PT. Piranti Teknik Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu berupa observasi, wawancara dan analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa meskipun merupakan perusahaan non-syariah, PT. Piranti Teknik Indonesia menunjukkan komitmen terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah, salah satunya dengan menciptakan dampak positif terhadap motivasi karyawan dan reputasi perusahaan. Yang menjadi tantangan dalam penerapan prinsip syariah ini yaitu terkait pemahaman karyawan yang belum merata tentang prinsip syariah tersebut, serta kompleksitas menyesuaikan kebijakan dengan aspek syariah. Keterlibatan karyawan dalam implementasi dianggap kunci untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan keberlanjutan prinsip syariah.
