Abstract

Kajen Regional Hospital of Pekalongan Regency has applied information technology to improve the quality of service to the patients. Radiology installation is one of the installations in Kajen Regional Hospital which was being developed computer based information system to facilitate its operations. Earlier, the staff at the Radiology Installation of Kajen Regional Hospital used numbers processing application such as Microsoft Office Excel to process the data. The growth of patient and examination of patients data in the future was a consideration for the Radiology Installation of Kajen Regional Hospital of Pekalongan Regency to develop a Administration of Examination Patient Information System in Radiology Installation of Kajen Regional Hospital which was integrated with the database system. Administration of Examination Patient Information System in Radiology Installation of Kajen Regional Hospital was developed with the Unified Process. Unified Process is included in object-oriented software development paradigm. This system was implemented using the Visual Basic.Net programming language and MySQL 5 as its DBMS. This system was tested by using black box method, namely the testing methods that test the functionality of the software without having to know the internal structure of the program. This system can help the radiology staff in managing the administrative data and making the administrative reports.

Abstract

Latar Belakang:  Osteoartritis (OA) merupakan gangguan pada satu sendi atau lebih, bersifat lokal, progresif dan degeneratif yang di tandai dengan perubahan patologis pada struktur sendi tersebut yaitu berupa degenerasi tulang rawan/ kartilago hialin. Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  mengetahui hubungan antara IMT ≥23 terhadap derajat keparahan pasien OA lutut menurut radiologi Kellgren Lawrence dan Indeks WOMAC di RSUP dr. Kariadi  dan RS Nasional Diponegoro Semarang.  Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang dengan jumlah sampel 30 pasien. Subjek yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi  dilakukan penghitungan IMT , penilaian derajat kerusakan sendi berdasarkan pemeriksaan Rontgen dengan menggunakan kriteria Kellgren dan Lawrence dan kemampuan fungsional pasien berdasarkan indeks WOMAC.   Analisis statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil :  Pada penelitian ini didapatkan responden wanita (86,7%) dan responden pria (13,3%) Mayoritas responden  berusia 46-56 tahun. Untuk Indeks Massa Tubuh (46,7%) masuk dalam golongan obese level I.. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara indeks massa tubuh ≥23 terhadap derajat keparahan secara radiografis menurut Kellgren-Lawrence (p = 0,242). Didapatkan pula hasil uji yang tidak bermakna antara indeks massa tubuh tubuh ≥23 terhadap kemampuan fungsional pasien menggunakan indeks WOMAC (p = 0,231). Tetapi didapatkan hubungan positif yang bermakna dengan penyakit komorbid yang diderita responden (p = 0.022< 0.05).  Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat  hubungan yang bermakna antara IMT ≥23 terhadap derajat keparahan osteoartritis lutut berdasarkan radiografi Kellgren-Lawrence dan  indeks WOMAC.Kata kunci : osteoarthritis lutut, IMT, derajat kerusakan sendi, kemampuan fungsional

Abstract

Radionuklida merupakan unsur cemaran yang sangat penting untuk diketahui persebarannya. Radionuklida137Cs bersifat konservatif sehingga penyebarannya dalam laut sangat dipengaruhi oleh proses pencampuran dan difusi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini memodelkan distribusi radionuklida137Cs di Perairan Teluk Jakarta seandainya di Muara Sungai Cisadane terdapat limbah 137Cs dengan pendekatan model hidrodinamika menggunakan Software Surface Water Modelling System (SMS). Penelitian ini dibagi dalam dua tahap yaitu tahap survey lapangan dan tahap pemodelan hidrodinamika menggunakan Software Surface Water Modeling System (SMS) modul Resources Management Associates-2 (RMA2) untuk memodelkan arah dan kecepatan arus laut serta dilanjutkan modul Resources Management Associates-4 (RMA4) untuk memodelkan distribusi 137Cs. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan penetapan lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kondisi hidrodinamika perairan Teluk Jakarta menunjukkan bahwa kecepatan arus maksimum yaitu 0,036 m/s pada saat pasang. Distribusi Radionuklida 137Cs di perairan Teluk Jakarta selama 15 hari menunjukkan, bahwa 137Cs telah menyebar lebih dominan ke arah timur, namun nilai aktivitasnya masih lebih banyak terdapat didaerah awal mulanya lepasan. Hal ini menunjukan ternyata waktu simulasi selama 15 hari nilai aktivitas 137Cs belum mampu tersebar seluruhnya ke perairan laut, karena lemahnya arus.

Abstract

Shield utilization is very important to protect employee and people from radiation. Therefore, the rules are made that one of them is to regulate construction design of diagnostic radiology room which meet radiation protection standart. Indonesia has natural resources which potential to be radiation shield material. The research has been done to determine absorption coeffcicient of bangkirai (Shorea laevifolia) and its comparison with Pb as wall of diagnostic radiology room. X-ray absorption between bangkirai and Pb as the following : Voltage, current and time of X-ray mobile were setted in 81 kV and 32 mAs, distance between focus and object was 100 cm, Multi Purpose Detector (MPD) placed under object, area of irradiation field opened in 5 cm x 5 cm, central beam placed in the center of objects appropriately and then expotion was conducted for untreated bangkirai with (Pb) and treated bangkirai which heated in 100°C for  60 minutes repeteadly according to variation of determined thickness material, finally expotion was conducted for each thickness for three times so that average value obtained and it was repetead until absorption coefficient value of this material obtained.  Result of X-ray absorption on bangkirai tests showed that absorption coefficient () effective for untreated bangkirai and treated bangkirai is 0,029/mm and 0,027/mm, respectively. Equality result showed that unheated bangkirai with 1,3 mm Pb is equivalent with 254 mm untreated bangkirai, while heated bangkirai with 1,3 mm Pb is equivalent with 273 mm treated bangkirai. To reach 2 mm of Pb, untreated bangkirai and treated bangkirai were used with thickness off 391 mm and 420 mm, respectively.Keywords : X-ray mobile, Multi Purpose Detector (MPD), Pb, Bangkirai, Absorption Coefficient ()

Abstract

A research on the analysis of radiation dose exposure in panoramic dental radiology installations in Government General Hospital dr Kariadi Semarang, this study aims to identify and analyze the radiation dose received by workers and the general public and determine the effectiveness of radiation shielding in dental panoramic installations. Measurements were carrried out at the time of exposure using dental panoramic with surveymeter babyline. Measurements of doses exposure taken at the point operator station, waiting rooms and in the corridors employess and panoramic dental space, while measuring the effectiveness of radiation shielding in the door of the room and the operator station. Dose measurement result obtained in the operator station amounted 5,83 µSv/h, lounge area 2,4 µSv/h and at the corridor employees are not detected exposure dose when exposure using dental panoramic. For the effectiveness of radiation shielding door of the room is 12,24 % and in the operators station is 82,29 %. Can be concluded that the operator room and corridor employess fairly save from exposure to excessive radiation, while the lounge area has a value that approaches the dose limits. For radiation shielding door of the room is small and the effectiveness of the operator room is large.

Abstract

           CT number is the value of x rays attenuation coefficient determined by the average energy of the x-rays and atomic number absorber and expressed by the attenuation coefficient. function CT number in CT Scan is to assess and differentiate abnormalities in human organs. If there are inaccuracies value of CT number, it can happen misdiagnosis and treatment of patients that successive actions, so the need for periodic compliance of the test.Suitability tests were conducted to value of CT number multislice CT Scan in Radiology Unit of the PDHI Yogyakarta Islamic Hospital. Suitability test were conducted by using a water phantom, 10 mm slice thickness, 140 kV and 280 mAs, gantry tilt of 0 °, round or circular ROI with a size of 2-3 cm. Measurement samples were taken from 5 different regions which the first area in the center of the phantom images, as well as four other regions on the edge of the peripheral or phantom image. From the test have been gotten value of CT number for the water phantom at 5 different positions  2.03 ; 1.38 ; 1.60 ; 1.79 ; 1.83 HU. Five different positions has had no single value that is the result exceeds the tolerance limit of ≤ 4 HU thus all CT values for the number of water which is within the tolerance limit with a value of -4 up  to 4 HU, so it could be concluded that the results of the reading CT number on the  multislice CT Scan  in Radiology Unit of the Islamic Hospital Yogyakarta PDHI still qualifies as recommended regulatory heads BAPETEN Number 9 In 2011 on quality assurance (QA) or quality control (QC) of the CT Scan.                                                  Keywords: Compliance Test, CT number, Water Phantom, ROI, Tolerance Value.

Abstract

good quality health care is health care that can satisfy every user services. One of the activities in order to create quality standards is to implement appropriate quality control system, have clear objectives and stages, as well as providing innovation in the prevention and resolution of problems faced by the hospital, according to the Ministry of Health Decree No. 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 on hospital minimum service standards. This research studies about the quality control process of Radiology Department in Dr. Adhyatma Public Hospital Semarang by using the approach of P.D.C.A. cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act), based on a minimum standard of hospital services. Based on analysis, it was found that the overall service quality control has been going well. But there is still a level of damage x-rays that are above the standard which more than (>) 2%, so it’s need an improvement of the quality of x-rays to be able to provide high quality x-rays in order to create the right diagnosis and provide a satisfactory health care for patients of Radiology Department in Dr. Adhyatma Public Hospital Semarang.

Abstract

Background: Investment is basically an effort of investing resources (capital) in business. The radiology unit in Rajawali Citra Hospital is cooperatively performed by the third party or an investment from the third party. The investment of the radiology tools has been performed for more than 5 years, yet a reliability study from the investment has been conducted. This study aimed at assessing the reliability of developing the investment of radiology tools in Rajawali Citra Hospital over 5 yearsMethod: This study is a study with descriptive analysis method in quantitative and qualitative approach without using hypothesis. The subject of the study is parts of finance, radiology unit and medical support and financial balance of radiology in 2007 2011. The technique of data collection was interview and documentation of financial balance of the radiology unit. The data analysis was done descriptively by applying quantitative and qualitative analysis approach.Result: The result of the study from the financial aspect indicated that payback period (3 years) 327 was quicker than the economical value of the tools (5 years), NPV = Rp 5,252,878.3 investment was accepted because it resulted positive value, ARR = 150% investment was accepted because it provided more advantage than which has specified 100%, IRR = 15,2% investment was accepted because the result was more than the interest (10%), PI = 1,10 the investment was accepted because the result was more than 1.Conclusion: From the whole aspect in the reliability assessment of the investment such as market aspect, technology, law, management and financial resulted in positive value to the investment development of the radiology tools. Keywords: Investment, Reliability, Finance, Radiolog

Abstract

Background: To provide a quality service to the customer (patient) needs to be a measure of the quality of existing services, covering five dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles in order to create a patient satisfaction. To determine the level of quality, can be measured from the expectations and perceptions of customers (patients).Method: Using the Service Quality (Servqual) method integrated in the Fuzzy. Fuzzy Servqual method is the instrument to measure the service quality between costumers (as patient) expectation and costumers (as patient) perception. Fuzzy set theory to accomode subjectivity and ambiguity on quality service judgement.Conclusion: Using the method acquired Fuzzy Sevqual five attributes / criteria that are a priority for improved quality of services because it has a value of Servqual (Gap) weighted the most. Attributes that are Facilities provided incomplete and inadequate with a value of -1.417 servqual, for the second order The equipment used not using the latest technology (advanced) of -1.313, which is third on The officer has not been attentive to treat patients with a value of -1.250 servqual, for the fourth and final fifth Handling of complaints and Non-radiology is not convenient of -1.146. Where three of the above criteria is of dimension Tangibles, so the main priority to be repaired and improved quality of care is of the dimension Tangibles with a total score of -1.161.The quality of service in the Installation of Radiology of the overall gap calculation results show a negative gap value is -0.961, meaning what is expected according to what the customer has not obtained the customer at the Hospital Radiology Installation Panembahan Senopati Bantul.Keywords: Installing Panembahan Senopati Bantul District Hospital Radiology, Fuzzy, Servqual Gap, Fuzzy-Servqual, Quality service.

Abstract

PENILAIAN RADIOLOGI EFFLUENT PUSAT SAINS DAN TEKNOLOGI AKSELERATOR (PSTA) KE SISTEM BIOTA DENGAN ERICA TOOL. Salah satu konsekuensi dari beroperasinya Reaktor Kartini adalah adanya limbah dari aktivitas pada fasilitas tersebut. Limbah cair adalah salah satu dari beberapa limbah yang dihasilkan dari beroperasinya reaktor. Limbah cair pada saluran terpadu harus dikelola dengan baik karena meskipun sangat kecil dimungkinkan ada kontaminan baik itu zat kimia ataupun zat radioaktif. Zat radioaktif yang terlepas ke lingkungan melalui effluent ke badan air berpotensi bercampur dengan sumber air yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk irigasi dan perikanan, serta mencemari habitat bermacam-macam organisme. Pencegahan terhadap lepasan radionuklida dilakukan dengan cara mengambil sampel sebagai bentuk pemantauan lingkungan. Sampel yang diambil di antaranya adalah sampel air dan sedimen. Selain itu, dilakukan prediksi dosis serap yang diterima oleh biota non manusia dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak ERICA Tool. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah dosis yang diterima biota jika terdapat lepasan masih berada dalam batas yang diizinkan oleh BAPETEN sesuai dengan Peraturan Kepala BAPETEN Nomor 7 Tahun 2013. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa di sampel air terkandung radionuklida alami 212Pb, 214Pb, 228Ac, 212Bi, dan 214Bi. Di dalam sampel sedimen terdapat kandungan radionuklida alami 212Pb, 214Pb, 228Ac, 212Bi, 214Bi, dan 137Cs dengan konsentrasi aktivitas 1,10 x 10-3 Bq/jam. Konsentrasi 137Cs yang terukur masih jauh di bawah batas yang diizinkan BAPETEN yaitu sebesar 5,1 x 103 Bq/jam sehingga masih digolongkan aman untuk biota. Hasil perhitungan dosis menggunakan ERICA Tool menunjukkan bahwa dosis serap pada biota masih tergolong aman.
