Abstract

Kinderganten is a second home for a children for about 5 – 7 years, it is accroded from national constitution No.20 year 2003 article 8 about early education for children. Based on it, kinderganten management should be able to coordinate with the parents in order to giving a centralized information to avoiding false information from unresponsible person. Delivering an Information to the parents is always be an issued whereas the parents is not available to be contacted by the management, for instance when the students go to the kinderganten for the half of day, the management could not contact the parents due to limited communication, therefore the students is going home alone. The teacher also have an issues to communicate with the parents regarding the development of their children, the development of sensor motoric, and the development of social life of their children. Given the background, it need a centered information system based on short message service (SMS)-gateway by using waterfall a method which using Life Cycle Development System. The system which will be develop will help a parents to gathering centered information from Kinderganten Management, therefore, if there is newest information regarding schedule of holiday, event, study, the parents will be informed soon and well. Keywords: Short Message Service, Gateway, and Sistem Development Life Cycle.

Abstract

Objektives: Siger Tower Monument, a place where travelers travel, is on the limestone of Bakauheni Village. Related to that, Siger Tower Manager needs to build electronic commerce facility for international marketing of Lampung commodity. Methods / Statistical Analysis: After studying the details of existing commodity snippets only handicraft, selfie booth, rest area with Sumatera zero km point that can be facilitated it also requires preparation and arrangement of electronic business with priority on coffee commodities and derivatives in all stake holders. Test samples in the form of questioners to determine the preparedness of technology stakeholders, controlling the approach used compare the results obtained. Findings: UPTD Siger Tower needs preparation to welcome the opening of JTTS in the midst of land constraints where the tower positions belong to PT ASDP while the tower building belongs to the Lampung Provincial Government. This finding locks the development of management so that there is no form of cooperation that mentions the rights and obligations of the parties. It can be said that the minimum allocation of APBD for the care and development of Tower Siger. Its existence has a crucial position for the image of Lampung because: 1) Located at the point of 0 km Sumatra, near the Port of Bakauheni; 2) Siger Tower Tower landmark of Lampung; 3) Illustration Tower Siger used the community of Lampung as a symbol of Lampung. Phillip Kotlers marketing mix consists of four things that need to be considered to support marketing to answer consumer demand: product, price, place, and promotion, to consider the development of Siger Tower as a tourist destination and icon of Lampung. Local products come from the regions main commodities, coffee (mostly highland robusta) sold in the form of seeds, powder in various brands because of the variety of producers. The arrangement of the electronic business cultivates collaborative development opportunities to build the image of the Siger Tower for coffee connoisseurs, partly from outside Lampung Province. Application / Improvements: Portal providers of tourism support services with marketing information Tower of Siger related to various products to potential development opportunities for major coffee commodities. Abstract

This study aimed to describe consumers' desire for information delivery is positive (positive WOM) based on the experience of staying at Hotel Sahid Montana Dua. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive type of research that explains consumers' desire for positive WOM delivery based on the experience stayed with three votes ratings.Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews, and internet browsing. Samples obtained were 30 respondents who represent the Hotel Sahid Montana Dua Malang who have stayed for one night at minimal. This study uses the NPS (Net Promoter Score) as a data analysis tool.Based on the results of data processing using NPS, consumers will make a positive WOM will experience earned during a stay at Hotel Sahid Montana Dua Malang. Keywords: service, customer, customer experience, positive WOM, Hotel Sahid Montana Dua

Abstract

This study is aimed to provide evidence related to the influences of Task Technology Fit (TTF), utilization, and user satisfaction towards employee performance in using Accounting Information System (AIS) in Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) Malang. This study uses a model combining the Technology to Performance Chain (TPC) and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) to analyze the factors that may affect the implementation of AIS. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used is 40 employees of SMIs in Malang registered as an active company in Department of Industry and Commerce year of 2016/2017 obtained using nonprobability sampling. Data collection method in this research is done by conducting survey with a paper questionnaire as its instrument. This data analysis is conducted using multiple regression analysis. The result shows that task technology fit do not affect the employee performance in SMIs Malang. However, utilization, and user satisfaction positively affect the employee performance in SMIs Malang. The variable that has the most influence on employee performance of using AIS is user satisfaction.Keywords: Accounting Information System (AIS), Task technology fit, utilization, user satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

In the effort to achieve the target of SDG's (Sustainable Development Goals) which is in year 2030 Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is expected to reach 70 per 100,000 live births, therefore Public Health Center (Puskesmas) need to improve management of public health service. Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS) can provide easiness, quick, and accuracy in data collection, processing, archiving, and presentation of information and reporting, in order to assist management in decision making area of Maternal and Child Health (KIA) in Puskesmas.Decision making will be easier if all the required information is available. Based on preliminary study conducted in Puskesmas of Demak District, there are 19 (70,37%) Puskesmas which in management information system of puskesmas (SIMPUS KIA) has been done by computerized offline or not yet integrated and (32,63%) done by computerized online or integrated to Demak District Health OfficeThe objective of the research is to explore the management information system of SIMPUS KIA in public health centers of Demak district. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques was in-depth interviews. Population in this research is midwives in Puskesmas which in management information system SIMPUS) KIA has been done by computerized offline.The results of this study are midwives have understanding regarding the definition of SIMPUS, SIMPUS content, SIMPUS goals, SIMPUS benefits, SIMPUS constraints, but there are various reasons why SIMPUS has been done offline, namely lack of human resources, lack of funding and the need for additional new features as it is still very simple in terms of health services record.This research is expected to benefit the community, health workers and educational institutions to strive to improve the quality of health services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap prestasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja serta menguji Job Relevant Information (JRI) sebagai variabel intervening pengaruhnya terhadap hubungan partisipasi anggaran dengan prestasi dan kepuasan kerja. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif Kuantitatif, dimana variabel independen berupa Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran dan variabel Dependen (Variabel Output, kriteria, konsekuen, terikat) adalah Prestasi kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja. Sedangkan variable intervening adalah adalah Job Relevant Information. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran teruji positif terhadap prestasi kerja. Pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap prestasi kerja menunjukkan koefisien sebesar -.606. pada tingkat signifikan (P< 0.05). (2) Pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran teruji positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kepuasan kerja menunjukkan koefisien sebesar -.115. pada tingkat signifikan (P< 0.05). (3) Partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dapat berpengaruh langsung pada prestasi kerja dan dapat juga berpengaruh secara tidak langsung yaitu dari partisipasi penyusunan anggaran ke job relevant information (sebagai variabel intervening) lalu ke prestasi kerja. Besarnya pengaruh langsung adalah 0,485 sedangkan besarnya pengaruh tidak langsung harus dihitung dengan mengalikan koefisien tidak langsung yaitu (0,68) x (0,161) = 0,10948. (4) partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dapat berpengaruh langsung pada prestasi kerja dan dapat juga berpengaruh secara tidak langsung yaitu dari partisipasi penyusunan anggaran ke job relevant information (sebagai variabel intervening) lalu ke prestasi kerja. Besarnya pengaruh langsung adalah 0,50 sedangkan besarnya pengaruh tidak langsung harus dihitung dengan mengalikan koefisien tidak langsung yaitu (0,68) x (0,183) = 0,12444.

Abstract

Rapidly developed information technology makes college adjust the need of academic service to the information technology. Academic service and learning media ICT based that used in teaching learning process in STAIN Pamekasan from time to time experiencing rapidly develops both quality and quantity. Nowadays, college introduces online academic service (AIDA) besides infrastructure. STAIN Pamekasan has completed the need such as multimedia room, microteaching room, and computer laboratory. Most of them use projector LCD, Google apps, learning by module, and instructor private blog. If the use of them is supported by good desirability and integrity, it can be used to make interesting, interactive, and qualitative lecturing. Finally, it is able to make professional and excellent alumnus and aware of the development of technology.

Abstract

Background: The appropriate adjustment of HU score on bolus tracking image will give us the same time between duration of scan and duration of injecting contrast media. The optimal contrast enhancement will give the optimal information of anatomical and patological image of organ. This research aims to determine the quality of hepar image anatomy based on the variety of HU score and find out the optimal score that can provide anatomical information image of the liver.Methods: This research was a quantitative research with an experimental approach. Subjects of this study were five patients for every single variation of three HU scores variation (100 HU, 150 HU, and 200 HU). This study was conducted in dr. Kanudjoso Jatiwibowo Balikpapan Hospital on May to June 2016. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technique, because it was not done on whole of population but only focused on certain targets. Parameters used were flow rate, pressure, concentration of the contrast media and patient’s physiology . The assesment of the liver arterial phase was done by three radiology physician using checklist to determine the quality of hepar image anatomical information. Data analyzed by non-parametric statistical test of Kruskal-Wallis test with SPSS 16 version.Results: Quality of hepar anatomical information was based on the HU score variations. The statistical test score was 0.01 that means that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, significant differences between the quality of anatomical information of hepar image with the variety of HU score on tracking bolus technique.Conclusion: The optimal score which can provide better quality of hepar image anatomical information was on 200 HU.

Abstract

Every human needs safety and security in which one does not feel worried in their life. The same thing happens within family. This entity should be able to manage of its material resources in order to achieve the future goals. One of the managerial tools is financial planning in life insurance purchasing as life insurance is a way to get security in family life. The study aimed to analyze the influence of motivation, needs, and information access on financial planning in life insurance purchasing within family. Participants were 84 family members, either husbands or wives who did family financial planning and were selected using simple random sampling technique. The data were collected by interview using structured questionnaires. The findings indicated that family with motivation and needs of safety and security was more likely to do financial planning in life insurance purchasing.
