Abstract

PT Maravilosa Indah Pratama perusahaan yang berfokus pada konveksi, yaitu pembuatan pakaian jadi yang dipasarkan kepada konsumen. Perusahaan ini menggunakan sistem Ready To Wear, di mana pakaian jadi diproduksi secara massal untuk kemudian dijual ke pasar. Jenis pakaian yang diproduksi meliputi gamis (baju muslim) dan pakaian wanita kasual yang modis. Pencatatan persediaan barang di PT Maravilosa Indah Pratama masih dilakukan secara manual dengan memanfaatkan Microsoft Excel.. Masalah yang muncul akibat penyimpanan data bahan baku yang manual adalah potensi kehilangan data dan kesulitan dalam pencarian data bahan baku, yang berdampak pada bagian produksi saat menggunakan bahan baku. Masalah lain di gudang PT Maravilosa Indah Pratama adalah kurangnya pengecekan stok secara fisik, sehingga terjadi selisih antara stok bahan baku yang ada dengan catatan yang dimiliki petugas gudang. Selain itu, pencatatan pengiriman dan penerimaan bahan baku yang kurang teliti dapat menyebabkan kehilangan barang, serta pelaporan barang masuk dan keluar kepada kepala gudang sering terlambat, sering terjadi kesalahan, dan tidak akurat karena semuanya masih dikerjakan secara manual. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh temuan bahwa sistem informasi yang dihasilkan berperan dalam menyederhanakan dan mempercepat proses pengecekan stok bahan baku, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengakomodir pengelolaan pencatatan pengiriman dan penerimaan bahan baku berbasis website, serta mempercepat, memperbaiki ketepatan, dan meningkatkan akurasi pelaporan barang masuk dan keluar yang diterima oleh kepala gudang.

Abstract

The creation of scientific works is inseparable from the activities of searching, processing, and citing existing information. Mistakes in obtaining information or citing from literary sources will result in significant problems. Accusations of plagiarism and even legal action can be taken against individuals who produce scientific articles with the label of plagiarism. The writing methods or the use of citation management tools are still not optimal in reducing the level of plagiarism. The knowledge and awareness of writers about the importance of preserving and respecting the works of others become crucial to understand. Training becomes an effective solution to enhance the knowledge and awareness of writers about the importance of preserving and respecting the works of others, which are intellectual properties. The method used in the training involved lectures and discussions, integrating the material into the Information Technology Ethics, Regulation, and Cyber Law course. After the community service activities were conducted, it can be concluded that 79% of students felt an increase in knowledge regarding the dangers and importance of avoiding plagiarism, and the community service activities were effective in providing education and understanding to the students.

Abstract

Pasirkaliki Village is one of the government agencies located in North Cimahi District, Cimahi City, that requires an information system for the right solution in disseminating information both for the Pasirkaliki community itself and for other wider communities. One of the information that must be conveyed to the Pasirkaliki community is information about population data, especially in terms of the number of residents, number of births, number of deaths, number of residents who moved, number of migrants, and the number of low-income families living in Pasirkaliki sub-district., While the information that can be conveyed to other wider communities is about the number of residents, the number of disadvantaged residents, and data about the population of Pasirkaliki sub- district. The information system in Pasirkaliki Village has been manually, namely through handwriting, and stored in a book so that it has the risk of being lost, forgotten, and damaged. Data handling like this makes the level of data security less, and time processing data are inefficient. With the information system, it will make it easier for village employees to store population data so that existing risks can be minimized. And with a population information system, Pasirkaliki Village can convey information about population data to the community and agencies that need it.

Abstract

A scientific article from a literature study titled "Transformation of e-HRM in Information Technology-Based HR Quality Development on Organizational Performance" aims to develop a research hypothesis on the impact of variables to be used in additional research, within the context of management information systems. This paper was written using the library research approach, with information from online academic databases like Google Scholar, Mendeley, and others. As a consequence of this article, it has been determined that: 1) e-HRM transformation; 2) HR Quality Development; and 3) Information Technology all have an impact on organizational performance.

Abstract

To remain competitive in the health industry and streamline performance, an efficient human resource management system is essential. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, gathering data through semi-structured interviews and direct observation. The findings reveal that Human Resource Information System (HRIS XPRESSO), implemented in 2019, offers features such as managing employee personal data, training records, and integrating recruitment and payroll processes. This system has significantly enhanced HR department performance by simplifying data access and reducing manual processes. However, challenges such as large file rejections, server disruptions, and limited access outside the hospital were identified. To enhance effectiveness, feature improvements and access adjustments are necessary. In conclusion, HRIS XPRESSO has proven effective in boosting HR operational efficiency but requires ongoing evaluation and institutional reforms to address existing challenges and fully leverage its benefits for the organization.

Abstract

AbstrakTingginya pendapatan imigran di Taiwan tidak menjamin meningkatnya pemahaman literasi keuangan. Hal ini menjadi masalah karena banyaknya imigran Indonesia di Taiwan yang kesulitan mengelola keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi Pekerja Migran Indonesia terkait implementasi penguatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa sekarang dan masa mendatang melalui peningkatan pengetahuan literasi keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah workshop yang menjelaskan mengenai program cerdas literasi keuangan dan program cerdas manajemen keuangan personal. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah pekerja migran indonesia di Taiwan yang merupakan masyarakat produktif secara ekonomis namun memiliki pengetahuan terkait literasi keuangan yang kurang. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa program pengabdian literasi keuangan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman keuangan para pekerja migran, sehingga para pekerja migran mampu mengelola keuangannya. Kata kunci: literasi keuangan; financial well-being; advanced information system; pekerja migran. AbstractThe high income of immigrants in Taiwan does not guarantee an increased understanding of financial literacy. This is a problem because many Indonesian immigrants in Taiwan have difficulty managing finances. This community service activity aims to educate Indonesian Migrant Workers regarding the implementation of strengthening the quality of human resources in the present and future through increasing financial literacy knowledge. The method used in this service is a workshop that explains the smart financial literacy program and the smart personal financial management program. The target of this activity is Indonesian migrant workers in Taiwan who are economically productive people but have insufficient knowledge related to financial literacy. The results of this activity show that the financial literacy service program can improve the financial understanding of migrant workers, so that migrant workers are able to manage their finances. Keywords: financial literacy; financial well-being; advanced information system; Migrant workers

Abstract

Ripple (XRP) is one of the most significant cryptocurrencies that attracts many traders to invest. Traders often look for information from the media as a reference for their trading management strategy. This research aims to utilize WhaleBot Alerts Telegram channel and Google Alerts as trading information media by looking for the relationship between whale transactions, news sentiment, and price returns. The researcher collected XRP whale transactions from the WhaleBot Alerts Telegram channel and XRP news from Google Alerts within a crypto winter period, from November 2021 to January 2023, and analyzed the data using descriptive statistical analysis. This research also follows several variables and formulas from previous studies. After analyzing 457 XRP whale transaction datasets, the researcher finds a significant relationship between the number of trading days and trading return on investment. The relationship shows that the more days, the greater the chance of profit. The other variables give reference patterns, such as the number of whale transactions, total whale transaction value, the most significant transaction value, and news topic. Finally, this research develops a simple XRP short-term trading model using the WhaleBot Alerts Telegram channel data and Google Alerts. In conclusion, trading initiated by XRP whale's transactions and XRP news could give a 76.53% chance of making a profit. Therefore, XRP traders can use the WhaleBot Alerts Telegram channel and Google Alerts as their trading information media.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology today. The presence of live streaming makes it one of the marketing strategies that allow us to share moments and sales in real time. Several factors influence the success of a marketing strategy using live streaming. This study analyzes Product Information Quality (PIQ), Streamer Information Quality (SIQ), and Streamer Credibility (SC) on Purchase Intention in the context of Shopee live-streaming. Trust becomes a mediating variable in consumer purchasing decisions. This research uses SOR theory with the focus of the research to understand and explain the quality of product and streamer information, as well as streamer credibility in influencing trust in online transactions. A quantitative approach was chosen to analyze the structural model by distributing a sample of 236 respondents, then processed with SEM-PLS. PLS analysis revealed that PIQ, SIQ, and SC positively and significantly influence Trust. Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. The research results are expected to enrich empirical findings related to the role of live streaming. The ability to develop trust should be considered in online marketing strategies because shopping is logical and emotional.

Abstract

This study explored the role of Information Communication Technology (ICT) in shaping academic staff’s awareness, perception, and willingness to report corrupt practices within the management structures of public universities in Anambra State. The core aim was to assess how the adoption of ICT tools and platforms influences the transparency of educational management and the reporting behaviour of staff. The findings demonstrated that the effective utilization of ICT significantly enhances perceptions of transparency in educational management and increases the likelihood of reporting corrupt practices among academic staff. The study concluded that integrating ICT into university management processes is essential for promoting accountability and curbing corruption. It recommended that universities should implement comprehensive training programs on the use of ICT for anti-corruption efforts. These training sessions should focus on increasing the digital literacy of academic staff, providing them with the necessary skills to identify, report, and discuss corrupt practices through ICT platforms. This would empower academic staff to leverage digital tools for both proactive monitoring and transparent reporting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, terhadap Student Loyalty melalui Student Satisfaction, dan pada ebelajar (http://ebelajar.stiki.ac.id). Populasi dari program studi STIKI yang terdiri dari Manajemen Informatika Sistem informasi, Teknik Informatika,, dan Desain Komunikasi Visual. Terdapat 100 responden yang berpartisipasi mengisi kuisioner melalui google form. Menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS 4.0 untuk menganalisis data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian baik System Quality, Information Quality dan Service Quality memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Student Satisfaction,, dan variabel Student Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Student Loyalty. Keterbatasan hasil penelitian ini yaitu tidak dapat digeneralisasi dan dapat berubah jika jumlah partisipan akan semakin banyak. Dan belum diterapkanya efek variabel mediasi maupun moderasi untuk memperdalam pengaruhnya terhadap student loyalty.
