Abstract

This article analyzes the flood hazard level in the Kapuas Hulu Sub-watershed using a Geographic Information System (GIS). The flood risk in this region is influenced by various factors such as soil types, land cover, elevation, slope, rainfall, and human activities. Ultisol (64.44%) significantly contributes to flood risk due to its low water permeability, leading to surface runoff during heavy rain. Inceptisol (31.73%) also plays a role in flood dynamics, with its water retention capacity dependent on vegetation. Smaller areas of Histosol (0.50%) and Spodosol (0.07%) pose localized flooding risks in lowland regions. The dominant land cover, primarily dryland forest, helps mitigate flooding, while settlements and agricultural zones increase vulnerability by reducing water absorption. Low-lying areas (50-100 meters) and steep slopes (25-45%) further exacerbate flood potential"”areas receiving moderate to high rainfall increase surface runoff and flood risk. GIS-based analysis categorizes flood vulnerability into low, medium, and high levels, with 57.71% of the area classified as low vulnerability. Recommendations for flood risk mitigation include soil conservation, reforestation, sustainable land management, and drainage system improvements in vulnerable areas.

Abstract

Pemikiran awal kajian ini dibuat karena berbagai kebutuhan yang muncul pada sebagian golongan masyarakat khususnya lulusan SMU, Pegawai / Karyawan atau Mahasiswa yang ingin meneruskan jenjang pendidikannya. Sebagian pengambilan keputusan dipengaruhi oleh tata letak Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di kota Malang, kemudahan transportasi selain besarnya biaya pendidikan yang akan dikeluarkan.Teknologi Geographic Information System sebagai salah satu alternatif penyampaian informasi Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di kota Malang yang dapat membantu pengguna untuk mengambil keputusan pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta manakah mereka dapat melanjutkan jenjang pendidikannya. Informasi yang disajikan juga dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat umum untuk mengetahui keadaan geografis kota Malang untuk tujuan tertentu.Tujuan dari kajian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh informasi secara geografis dalam memperoleh masukan pengambilan keputusan bagi pengguna. Informasi geografis yang disajikan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dalam memperoleh informasi Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di kota Malang.

Abstract

Artikel berbahasa Inggris merupakan artikel dengan bahasa yang paling cepat menyebar dan terbaru dikarenakan bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa internasional yang banyak digunakan orang di dunia, namun tidak semua orang fasih berbahasa Inggris dan membutuhkan bantuan untuk mengerti isi sementara artikel yang akan dibaca sangat penting dan panjang sehingga dapat menyita waktu. Memanfaatkan Information Retrieval pada teks mining untuk menemukan ide pokok dalam teks pada artikel berbahasa Inggris, dapat membantu pembaca untuk lebih mudah memahami isi artikel dan menghemat waktu yang dibutukan untuk membaca secara garis besar dengan memberikan sebuah konten yang lebih ringkas dari artikel awal. Basis pertama yang digunakan adalah Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) untuk memberikan nilai dan menggunakan pembobotan Vector Space Model untuk menarik hasil dari pencarian ide pokok. Kata kunci yang digunakandalam proses peringkasan adalah judul dari artikel. Hasil kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari sistem pencarian ide pokok otomatis ini memberikan nilai recall 66,68%, precision 72,29%, dan f-measure sebesar 70,38%.

Abstract

Aktifitas belanja online yang dilakukan oleh pembeli senantiasa memiliki berbagai respon, misalnya saja pembeli berharap ketika berbelanja bisa mendapatkan diskon, lalu mendapatkan juga gratis ongkos kirim dan berharap sesuai terhadap barang yang datang dengan pesanan yang dilakukan. Kebiasan pembeli juga biasanya senantiasa membanding-bandingkan produk yang dicari dan dicari mana yang dianggap sesuai (baik harga ataupun ongkos kirimnya). Hal ini mengakibatkan waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh pembeli pada saat membandingkan produk yang diinginkannya dari satu situs jual beli online kesitus jual beli online lainnya mungkin cukup memakan waktu, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah program yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai perbandingan data produk dari beberapa situs jual beli online sekaligus, apalagi ketika mencari produk yang terdekat (diwilayah kota Malang) yang memiliki produk yang sama seperti yang dijual diwilayah lain dan ongkos kirimnya lebih murah. Maka akan jauh lebih membantu dalam menyediakan informasi pelapak asli malang yang memasarkan produk-produknya dalam media online. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan, dirancang sebuah aplikasi yang dapat menyatukan banyak pelapak-pelapak kota Malang yang terdapat di Marketplace, sehingga warga kota Malang ketika akan berbelanja pakaian ataupun produk umkm akan tahu dan lebih mudah dalam mencari informasi pelapak fashion di wilayah kota Malang. Aplikasi Etalase ini juga dilakukan pengujian recall dan precission untuk tingkat keberhasilan mendapatkan nilai perolehan rata-rata (recall) sebesar 89% dan rata-rata tingkat ketepatan (precision) yang dihasilkan sebesar 90%. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi dan metode yang digunakan cukup baik dalam menampilkan dan kesesuaian pencarian, baik berdasarkan kata, atau kategori.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the maturity level of Information Technology (IT) service management in Bondowoso District Court using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 (V3) framework. The use of IT in the state court has become crucial to support daily operations, efficiency, and quality of service to the community. The research method used is a case study, with data collection through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results showed that Bondowoso District Court has a level of IT service management maturity that still needs to be improved. ITIL V3 is used as a guideline to evaluate IT service management processes in such courts. The results of this research can also be an important contribution in the context of developing IT service management in similar institutions, focusing on the application of the ITIL V3 framework. It is hoped that with corresponding improvements, the court can reach a higher level of IT service management maturity and provide better service to society. Abstract

This article explains how information culture and its specific features in the modern era of information culture. The social factors that determine the lack of a critical approach to the selection of necessary information among students of a special Islamic educational college have been studied. Also, based on the fact that the acquisition of information culture is a vital necessity for future imams, the author made a number of proposals and recommendations in this regard. In the article in the information society, ensuring fast and high-quality circulation of information in the education system becomes the main criterion for the progress and development of the country, and also analyzes in detail the need for the effective use of information in the field of education. The scientific article presents an analysis of studies conducted on the culture of using the Internet and social networks among students studying in secondary specialized educational institutions. This is a scientific study not only in Uzbekistan, but also in all countries of Central Asia; the formation of the information culture of students in secondary specialized Islamic educational colleges has not been studied at all. Abstract

In carrying out the task of managing zakat, BAZNAS Provinsi Sumatera Barat conducts Public Information Campaign activities in this research in the form of socialization. However, after the socialization activities were carried out the response from the target did not match what was expected. Response that is not in line with expectations can indicate that there is a problem in the activity process. This study aims to explain the management of the Public Information Campaign by using the theory of Planning and Managing Public Relations Campaign by Anne Gregory that apply in BAZNAS Provinsi Sumatera Barat. This research was conducted using a qualitative method. The results of the study indicate that the management activities of the Public Information Campaign by BAZNAS of West Sumatra Province have been running quite well. The form of the campaign carried out is still face to face and has not utilized mass media or new technology.

Abstract

According to Presidential Decree No. 99 of 1998, the replacement of small businesses with business sectors which are predominantly small business activities and need to be protected to prevent unhealthy business competition. In the development of information technology, especially in the field of internet, it is a global network that unites computer networks and interactions between one another throughout the world. The aim is by connecting the network with the producer's computer to the internet, the producer can establish relationships with buyers or customers more efficiently. In this final assignment we use the E-Commerce information system method with the YII 2 framework. And in this final assignment we produce an E-Commerce information system for the Kacio outlet in the Batusangkar area using the YII 2 Framework. By using E-Commerce marketing can be done anywhere and anytime because customers only need to access the website that has been provided.

The influence of information technology, organization and government regulation on decision support systems is a scientific article in literature research within the ESSB framework. The purpose of this article is to develop a hypothesis about the influence between variables, which will be used in further research. The object of research is in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other online academic media. The research method uses library studies in the form of e-books and open access e-journals  Qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this writing are: 1) Information Technology influences decision support systems. 2) Organizations influence decision support systems. and 3) Government regulations influence decision support systems.
