Abstract

This research aims to analyze and design a web-based management information system for culinary MSMEs in Cilegon to improve operational efficiency and the quality of business decision-making. Using the Design Science Research (DSR) approach, this research identifies the functional needs of businesses through interviews, observations, and questionnaires, which are then used as the basis for system design. The developed system includes key features such as stock management, transaction recording, and automatic financial report generation. The trial results showed an increase in work time efficiency of up to 68%, a reduction in recording errors, and an increase in user satisfaction with an average usability score of 85 out of 100. The system also proved easy to use, even by users with low levels of digital literacy. The evaluation shows that the system is able to answer the real needs of MSME actors and has the potential to be replicated in other business sectors. This research concludes that a web-based management information system is an effective strategic solution in encouraging the digital transformation of culinary MSMEs, and can be a model for sustainable technology implementation in other regions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) on the effectiveness of internal control in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sorong City. The background of this research is based on the need for MSMEs for a reliable financial management system and a control system that is able to minimize the risk of errors and fraud. The method used is an associative quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS. The population in this study were active MSME players in Sorong City, with a sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. The independent variables in this study consist of four dimensions of AIS, namely system reliability, ease of use, data security, and reporting accuracy. While the dependent variable is the effectiveness of internal control as measured through the five components of the COSO framework. The results showed that all AIS indicators simultaneously had a significant effect on the effectiveness of internal control. Partially, the accuracy of reporting is the dominant factor in influencing the effectiveness of internal control. The findings also highlight the importance of employee training and the role of information technology in supporting effective AIS implementation. Thus, the strategy to increase the effectiveness of MSME internal control must include strengthening information systems, increasing human resource capacity, and adaptive and sustainable digital transformation. This research provides practical implications for policy makers and MSME actors in managing more accountable financial governance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the meaning and practice of using accounting information in strategic decision making at Public Service Agency State Universities (PTN-BLU). This study arises from the phenomenon of low utilization of accounting information in public sector managerial practices and the limitations of the positivistic approach in understanding this context. Using an interpretive approach and hermeneutic phenomenological method, data were collected through in-depth interviews and document analysis, involving two key informants from internal control and strategic planning units. The results showed four main findings: accounting information is understood administratively and not strategically; there is a distance between accounting systems and policy logic; strategic decisions are dominated by bureaucratic and political narratives; and there is a weak interpretive culture of financial statements. The study asserts that accounting reform should go beyond technical aspects and emphasize the importance of interpretation of financial statements.

Abstract

Self-medication is a common practice for people to treat minor complaints without a doctor's prescription. However, without adequate drug information and counselling, self-medication can pose a risk of inappropriate drug use. This study aims to evaluate the drug information and counselling services provided to self-medication patients at the Apotek X, Sleman, with a focus on patient willingness to receive counselling, patient profile, counselling materials, and duration of counselling. This study used a descriptive observational method with a quantitative approach, conducted during February 2025. The sample consisted of 343 patients who met the inclusion criteria, with data collected through direct observation sheets of interactions between pharmacists and patients. The results showed that 61.52% of patients were willing to receive counselling services, while 38.48% refused. The patient profile was dominated by paediatrics (52.77%) and geriatrics (39.36%). The most frequently delivered counselling material was drug efficacy (56.85%), followed by how to use (37.61%) and dosage (25.07%). Other important information such as side effects, storage, and actions when forgetting to take medication were hardly provided. The duration of counselling mostly lasted less than five minutes (56.27%), indicating limited time in delivering information. The conclusion of this study is that although most patients are willing to receive counselling, the quality and scope of information provided still needs to be improved, especially in terms of drug safety. There is a need for improvements in counselling protocols and pharmacist training to improve the quality of self-medication services in community pharmacies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of cybersecurity policies outlined in the Master Plan for Information Technology (RITI) within Indonesia’s digital banking sector, with a specific focus on assessing their effectiveness in mitigating increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. Employing a descriptive qualitative research design, this study uses a literature review approach based on credible sources, including peer-reviewed scientific articles, regulatory policy documents, and case studies involving cyberattacks on Indonesian banks. The findings indicate that while the regulatory frameworks established by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) serve as a solid foundation for cybersecurity governance, their implementation remains inconsistent across institutions, particularly due to resource disparities between large and small banks. Smaller banks often face significant obstacles such as limited IT infrastructure, insufficient human resources, and lack of technical oversight, which hinder the full adoption of cybersecurity standards. The discussion highlights the need for more proactive supervision, tailored technical support, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions for real-time threat detection and rapid incident response. The study concludes that fostering stronger collaboration between regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and private technology providers is crucial for creating an integrated and resilient cybersecurity ecosystem. These efforts are essential not only for strengthening system resilience but also for increasing customer trust in digital banking services.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of an integrated information system in public services at the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Deli Serdang, particularly in the process of managing regional taxes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the integrated information system provides significant benefits in improving service efficiency, transparency, and taxpayer compliance. However, several challenges such as public digital literacy, data security, and resistance to change remain obstacles in its implementation. Therefore, solutions such as education, strengthening cybersecurity, and human resource training need to be applied to ensure the sustainability of this system. With continuous development, the integrated information system is expected to enhance the effectiveness of government administration and overall community welfare. The integrated information system implemented at Bapenda Deli Serdang also provides various conveniences, including integration with banks and financial institutions that accelerate the tax payment process and allow for real-time monitoring and evaluation of tax revenues. Additionally, the available digital public information services make it easier for the public to access information related to taxes and levies in a more transparent manner. Thus, the application of technology in this system not only increases efficiency but also contributes to improved tax compliance and the optimization of regional revenue.

Abstract

Penelitian dalam skripsi ini dilatar belakangi siswa yang belum bisa belajar mandiri dan cenderung lebih banyak mengembangkan kemampuan mendengar materi pelajaran.pembelajaran Aqidah akhlak masih berpusat pada guru dan masih menggunakan metode konvensional yaitu metode ceramah. Untuk mengatasi masalah di atas dibutuhkan proses pembelajaran yang tepat. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam pembelajaran aqidah akhlak adalah dengan menggunakan metode information search .metode ini memberikan peluang kepada siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui bagaimana pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dengan menggunakan metode information search di MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Pubian. (2) Mengetahui yang menjadi faktor penghambat dan pendukung pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dengan menggunakan metode information search di MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Pubian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deksriptif kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan fenomenologi. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1)pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dengan menggunakan metode infomation search di Mts Muhammadiyah 1 Pubian dikategorikan efektif. (2) faktor penghambat dan pendukung pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dengan menggunakan metode information search adalah siswa yang cenderung mudah gaduh, terbatasnya jam mapel, serta internet yang bermasalah. Simpulan bahwa pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dapat meningkatkan ketika guru menerapkan metode information search. pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode information search dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif pilihan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Technology has proven to be a powerful instrument in enhancing students’ enthusiasm and skills in learning English, both in written and spoken forms. Teachers are encouraged to implement creative, interest-based teaching strategies, such as the use of Google Maps App and educational software, to align with students’ preferences and needs. This research investigated the effectiveness of the using Google Maps App as an interactive learning medium to enhance students’ speaking performance in asking and giving for information at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 East Lampung. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method. The research involves the VIIa class, using a combination of observation, test and documentation for data collection. The findings describe that the using Google Maps App App in teaching speaking can enhance students’ performance, motivation and engagement. The research also highlights the potential of using technology and internet-based learning to be an interactive learning medium. This research provides valuable insight for educators in the using technology to developing innovative teaching strategies to enhance students’ speaking performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan manajemen pembelajaran berbasis Information and Communication Technology (ICT) dalam meningkatkan kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri Sekecamatan Pangkatan. Fokus penelitian ini mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi manajemen pembelajaran berbasis ICT dalam konteks pengajaran PAI. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru PAI di beberapa SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Pangkatan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ICT dalam manajemen pembelajaran PAI mampu meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam merancang dan menyampaikan materi ajar. Perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis ICT dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan perangkat digital dan sumber belajar daring. Pengorganisasian melibatkan pembagian tugas antar guru dalam penggunaan teknologi dan integrasi perangkat pendukung. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis ICT mendorong penggunaan media interaktif seperti video edukasi, aplikasi pembelajaran, dan platform Learning Management System (LMS). Evaluasi dilakukan secara digital melalui tes daring dan pemantauan aktivitas siswa di platform pembelajaran. Manajemen pembelajaran berbasis ICT terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran PAI dan kreativitas guru dalam menyampaikan materi ajar. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi dan kurangnya pelatihan guru dalam penggunaan ICT. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan pemerintah dalam menyediakan fasilitas serta pelatihan bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mereka dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Accessing information through electronic media is unfamiliar thing for the community since it is essential in improving their insight in order to support the increase of their fish production. This research was performed in Rebaq Rinding Village, Muara Muntai Sub-District Kutai Kartanegara District. Census method was used in this research, employing 30 fish cultivators in Rebaq Rinding Village. The objective of this research is to find out the type of information media used by fish cultivator community. This research found that the electronic information accessed by the community of fish cultivator in Rebaq Rinding Village is in the form of mobile phone and television. Among the information they access includes entertainment, watching youtube, searching for recent information and watching television. In terms of information concerning fishery, they access information of how to spawn fish correctly and how to make natural feed for the fish.
