Abstract

Companies engaged in kaveling land sales still rely on manual methods in their sales processes. Manual methods, such as record-keeping and direct communication without an integrated system, are considered less relevant as they pose risks of information delays, data inaccuracies, and lack of transparency. This study aims to develop a web-based information system to accelerate reservations, simplify data management, and enhance sales transparency. The system was developed using a prototyping approach and tested through blackbox testing. The results indicate that the system has successfully become an effective solution for improving the efficiency of sales transaction management. The developed system enables prospective buyers to reserve plots more quickly, easily, and transparently. This system can support the effectiveness of the sales process. Further development is recommended by adding online transaction features and integrating an interactive map.Keywords: Information system; Land plot sales; Installment payment; Prototyping; Blackbox testing AbstrakPerusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan tanah kavling masih menggunakan metode manual dalam proses penjualan. Metode manual seperti pencatatan dan komunikasi langsung tanpa sistem terintegrasi dinilai kurang relevan karena berisiko menyebabkan keterlambatan informasi, ketidakakuratan data dan kurangnya transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mempercepat pemesanan, mempermudah pengelolaan data dan meningkatkan transparansi penjualan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan prototyping dan diuji dengan Blackbox testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan transaksi penjualan. Sistem yang dikembangkan memungkinkan calon pembeli untuk melakukan pemesanan kavling secara lebih cepat, mudah dan transparan. Sistem ini dapat mendukung efektivitas penjualan. Pengembangan lebih lanjut disarankan dengan menambahkan fitur transaksi daring dan integrasi peta interaktif.

Abstract

Factors causing environmental damage/disaster include internal and external damage. By maximizing the transportation system, we are able to address the social issues optimally so that we provide more positive impacts on public health, environmental health, and urban beauty. Factors related to distribution can make decisions about the routes of transportation. The purpose of this research is to optimize the route of truck transportation using the Hill Climbing Algorithm in the District of Medan Denai from one point to another towards the construction site of the Sentairai. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the route of truck transport to the top with a graphical information system using Ailgorithm Hill Climbing, the route of truck transport to the top with a graphical information system using Ailgorithm Hill Climbing in the District of Medan Aireai with the shortest route for transport to the top is through a route with a total distance of 32.25 km with a travel time of 85 minutess and a total time of 8 hours 20 minutess, namely through: Start Point (Kantor Camat Medan Area) - Pandau Hulu II Village - Kotamatsum II Village - Pasar Merah Timur Village - Kotamatsum III Village - Tegal Sari III Sub-district – Tegal Sari I Sub-district – Sei Rengas Permata Sub-district – Tegal Sari II Sub-district – Sei Rengas II Sub-district – Sukaramai II Sub-district – Sukaramai I Sub-district – Kotamatsum I Sub-district and TPA.

Abstract

AbstrakProses optimasi SEO melibatkan banyak faktor yang saling terkait, sehingga sulit bagi tim SEO dalam menentukan halaman mana yang memerlukan perbaikan lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model berbasis machine learning yang tidak hanya akurat dalam mengklasifikasikan halaman, tetapi juga efisien dalam memilih fitur yang paling informatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan seleksi fitur menggunakan Mutual Information (MI) dan Random Forest Feature Importance (RFFI) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang paling penting untuk optimasi SEO, yang dimodelkan menggunakan Random Forest dan Weighted Voting Ensemble (WVE). Model dievaluasi berdasarkan Accuracy, Precision, Recall, dan ROC AUC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Random Forest dengan 20 fitur berdasarkan RFFI, memberikan performa terbaik dengan ROC AUC sebesar 75.87%, Accuracy 77,74%, Precision 60,51%, dan Recall 71.29%. Model mampu membedakan secara efektif halaman yang membutuhkan optimasi SEO atau tidak.Kata kunci: Feature Importance, Random Forest, SEO, Seleksi Variabel, WVEAbstractThe SEO optimization process involves many interrelated factors, making it challenging to identify which pages need further improvement. This study proposes a machine learning-based model that is accurate in classifying web pages and efficient in selecting the most relevant features. Feature selection is performed using Mutual Information (MI) and Random Forest Feature Importance (RFFI) to identify key factors for SEO optimization, followed by modeling with Random Forest and Weighted Voting Ensemble (WVE). The model is evaluated using Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and ROC AUC. Results indicate that the Random Forest model with 20 features selected via RFFI delivers the best performance, achieving a ROC AUC of 75.87%, Accuracy of 77.74%, Precision of 60.51%, and Recall of 71.29%. The model effectively distinguishes between pages that require SEO optimization and those that do not.Keywords: Feature Importance, Random Forest, SEO, Variable Selection, WVE

Abstract

This study was conducted from July to August 2021 in coastal areas of Rupat Island, Riau Province. Coastal zone is an unstable area toward change, because it is a rendezvous place for land and sea, which the line is called shoreline. The purpose of this study was to determine the distance of shoreline change and to find out the landcover change in the coastal area. Method used in this study is a shoreline overlay from Landsat 5 in 1988, 1996, 2004 and Landsat 8 OLI in 2012 and 2020 and classifiation of land cover using supervised classification and Rupat Island monogram. This research showed shoreline changes between 1988 and 2020, abrasion of 106,55 hectares and accretion of 58,28 hectares. The largest land cover change was the decrease of dryland agriculture and forest area of 1530.80 hectares and 726.92 hectares. The largest addition of area occurred on the plantation that is equal to 741.02 hectares.

Abstract

The Department of Maritime Affairs, Fisheries and Food (DKPP) of Nagan Raya Regency is a fully authorized body in managing all fisheries, marine and food activities in Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province. One important factor in supporting the productivity of capture fisheries is fuel oil (BBM) for small and medium fishermen. The fulfillment of fuel for fishermen is influenced by the length of stay at sea, the distance to the fishing ground, the size of the vessel, the type of equipment used, the vessel used and the fuel used. The fuel recommendation information system for fishermen is influential as the carrying capacity of information effectiveness between the service and fishermen. The information system itself is a group of elements that are interconnected or interact to form a single unit with an approach using quantitative methods and participatory observation. make a solution to the DKPP Nagan Raya as an effort to create a BBM Information System Application with the aim of facilitating an information system or fuel data collection, data collection of fishermen, and data collection of fishermen's catches. The BBM Information System application with a click using the fisherman's android will be greatly facilitated in the BBM recommendation process because it is in accordance with the quota received. In addition, this application method also makes it easier to monitor and report fuel distribution to fishermen, because everything can be integrated and can be monitored directly by the Marine Fisheries Service of Nagan Raya Regency.

Abstract

On December 22, 2018, a tsunami was triggered by a landslide from the eruptive material of Mount Krakatau which hit Tanjung Lesung Beach, Tanjung Jaya Village, Panimbang District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. The disaster caused damage to infrastructure, changes in coastline, and claimed lives and property. This study aims to determine the changes in the Tanjung Lesung coastline due to the Tsunami. The data used is Sentinel-1 Satellite imagery which was acquired before and after the disaster, which was on 19 and 23 December 2018 respectively. Image processing was carried out on the Sentinel Application Platform (SNAP). The shoreline delineation utilizes the tracing technique in Arc-GIS. Calculation of shoreline changes using Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) tools with a Net Shoreline Movement (NSM) approach with the length and width of the transect line of 300 and 50 meters, respectively. The results showed that the shoreline changes that occurred were dominated by abrasion with the highest value of 18.89 m located on the west coast of Tanjung Lesung in Tanjung Jaya Village, Panimbang District, Pandeglang Regency. In addition, there is also accretion in the eastern area of ​​Tanjung Lesung Beach, although it only occurs in a small area with a coastline extension of 10.41 m.

Abstract

This study examines how Management Information Systems (MIS) can enhance the efficacy and efficiency of e-commerce operations, with a specific emphasis on the Shopee app. SIM has become an essential tool for supporting business strategy, operational management, and customer interaction as a result of the information technology industry's rapid development. One of the top e-commerce sites in Southeast Asia, Shopee, has combined a number of SIM components, including supply chain management, market analysis, and customer data management, to optimize user experience and business performance. The study's findings indicate that managing the dynamics of the competitive e-commerce market and fostering Shopee's long-term growth and innovation depend heavily on the successful deployment of SIMs. The research's practical implications include suggestions for additional SIM development in e-commerce applications, with a focus on improving user experience and data security.

Abstract

Administrative services at the sub-district office play an important role in supporting the effectiveness of public services. However, the manual systems that are still widely used often cause problems such as delays in processing, recording errors, and a lack of data transparency. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Administrative Information System at the Sei Sikambing B Sub-district Office to improve the efficiency and accuracy of administrative services. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, starting from needs analysis, system design, implementation, to testing. This system provides digital services for managing correspondence, population data, and document archives, featuring user login, notifications, and automatic document printing. Testing results indicate that this web-based system can accelerate administrative processes, reduce recording errors, and simplify data tracking for both staff and the public. With the implementation of this system, it is hoped that public services at the Sei Sikambing B Village Office will become more effective, transparent, and responsive to residents' needs.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis yang berubah-ubah, PT. Allteq Koji Indonesia perlu mengelola kinerja karyawan secara efektif, fleksibel, dan berbasis informasi. Sistem informasi e-Kinerja muncul sebagai solusi digital untuk mencatat, memantau, dan menilai pencapaian kerja individu atau tim secara teratur. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta membangun sistem informasi e-Kinerja berbasis web di PT. Allteq Koji Indonesia dengan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak Agile dan menggunakan framework Laravel. Pendekatan Agile mendukung pengembangan sistem yang bersifat iteratif dan cepat beradaptasi dengan perubahan kebutuhan pengguna, sementara Laravel memudahkan dalam menciptakan sistem yang modular, aman, dan efisien. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan dengan cara pengujian kegunaan dan wawancara bersama pengguna akhir. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem e-Kinerja yang dikembangkan tidak hanya mempercepat proses penilaian kinerja, tetapi juga meningkatkan ketepatan data dan partisipasi karyawan dalam mencapai target. Penemuan ini menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi Agile dan Laravel berhasil dalam menciptakan sistem informasi kinerja yang adaptif, ramah pengguna, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri.

Abstract

Drought, intensified by climate change, poses a significant threat, especially to agricultural regions, necessitating effective monitoring and adaptation strategies (Netshimbupfe et al., 2022; Raksapatcharawong, 2019). This paper explores the integration of satellite imagery, weather data, and Geographic Information Systems to improve drought monitoring accuracy and effectiveness. By combining diverse data sources, a comprehensive approach to drought assessment can be created, facilitating timely interventions and mitigation planning (Łągiewska & Bartold, 2025). The study reviews existing methodologies, examines the potential of advanced remote sensing techniques, and emphasizes the role of GIS in spatial analysis and visualization of drought-related information. The focus is on developing a robust framework that can provide detailed insights into drought conditions, supporting sustainable water resource management and agricultural resilience.
