Abstract

This study examines the impact of principal leadership, achievement motivation, and information technology mastery on the professional competence of vocational high school teachers in Rembang Regency. Professional competence is essential for improving learning quality, particularly in implementing the Independent Curriculum, Using a quantitative approach with an ex post facto research design, this study involved 150 vocational high school teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that principal leadership significantly influences professional competence, contributing 54.6%. Achievement motivation also has a significant impact, with an effect size of 59.2%, while information technology mastery contributes 55.1%. Simultaneously, the three variables account for 76.2% of the variance in professional competence, indicating their crucial role in enhancing teacher effectiveness. This study suggests that teachers should enhance their professional competence through continuous training and self-development. Additionally, school principals should optimize their leadership by providing guidance and support, particularly in technology integration and fostering achievement motivation.

Abstract

The presence of the digital era has indeed disrupted all aspects of life, including the policy sector. One of the uses of digital in current public policy is the existence of a national industrial information system (SIINas). SIINas is a mechanism to simplify and accelerate the process of delivering data from the business world to the government. The data is input which is then processed, analyzed, and used as a basis for the government in formulating a series of pro-industry policies, such as guaranteeing the availability of raw material and energy supplies, protection from the onslaught of imported goods, providing fiscal and non-fiscal facilities, and other policies. One of the agencies responsible for implementing SIINas is the Palembang City Industry Service which has a great responsibility for the presence of SIINas in the Palembang city area. Therefore, this study will analyze the implementation of SIINas at the Palembang City Industry Service, with the formulation of the problem which is related to what is the right form of implementation of the presence of SIINas and what are the factors that influence the success or obstacles in the Implementation of the National Industrial Information System SIINas at the Palembang City Industry Service. The results of this study indicate that the success of SIINas implementation is greatly influenced by a number of main factors, such as the suitability of policies to local needs, local government commitment, readiness of information technology infrastructure, quality of human resources, collaboration between stakeholders, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation. Then the second research result SIINas also faces a number of obstacles including limitations of IT infrastructure, lack of understanding and skills of human resources, resistance to change, budget constraints, lack of coordination between levels of government, and data security issues.

Abstract

Examinations performed on MRI of cervical vertebrae take a long time and cause patients to feel uncomfortable during the examination. FSE is a technique that can be used to produce fast examination times. Patient discomfort can also cause movement during the examination, which can cause artifacts in the resulting images. These movements can be minimized with the PROPELLER technique. This study is quantitative using an experimental method with a sample size of 15 volunteers who were each scanned with T2 FSE and T2 PROPELLER sequences. This study was conducted using a questionnaire in which each image produced was evaluated by 2 radiology specialist observers using the visual grading analysis (VGA) method to assess each anatomy of the corpus vertebrae, intervertebrae disc, spinal cord, CSF, intraforamen structure, nerve root and artifacts. The statistical results showed that the image quality of T2 FSE and T2 PROPELLER sequences had ap value of 0.000 (p<0.05). The sequence has a difference, namely T2 PROPELLER produces more detailed image quality on anatomy and pathology, and can reduce the occurrence of artifacts due to movement in the cervical area, and T2 FSE produces less informative image quality due to artifacts. In addition, there are differences in MRI scanning time of cervical vertebrae T2 FSE sequences which are faster than T2 PROPELLER and T2 PROPELLER is good at reducing artifacts.

Abstract

Due to the long scan time, patients often report pain and discomfort during lumbar MRI examination. NEX and SENSE are two parallel imaging parameters that affect scan time. However, the resulting image information is also affected by NEX and SENSE. Therefore, this study examines the information between NEX variations with and without SENSE on anatomical images and their relationship with scan time on lumbar T2 TSE MRI examinations. This study is quantitative and uses an experimental method. The sample in this study was 10 volunteers who would be given 6 treatments, namely NEX 1 variation without SENSE, NEX 1 with SENSE, NEX 2 without SENSE, NEX 2 with SENSE, NEX 3 without SENSE, and NEX 3 with SENSE on Lumbar T2 TSE MRI examinations in January 2025. Using the Visual Grading Analysis (VGA) method, two radiology specialist observers analyzed the image results. Then the Cohen's Kappa consistency test was carried out and the Friedman test was used to verify the questionnaire results statistically. This study shows that there is a significant difference in the value of image information between NEX 1 variations of vertebral body anatomy with and without SENSE. While in the anatomy of the Intervertebral Disc, Ligament, Spinal Cord, and Spinal Stenosis did not show a significant difference in each variation of NEX with and without SENSE. For scan time, with NEX variations using SENSE requires a shorter scan time compared to without the use of SENSE.

Abstract

MRCP is a non-invasive imaging method used to visualize the biliary system and detect abnormalities in the bile ducts or gall bladder. In taking images, there are two techniques, namely the mouth breath hold (MBH) technique and the trigger technique, where the MBH technique is carried out by the radiographer giving instructions directly related to the patient's respiratory movements, while the trigger technique uses respiratory gating to detect breathing patterns and minimize image blur due to organ movement. At Department of Radiology SMC Telogorejo Semarang both techniques are used in MRCP examinations by looking at the condition of each patient. So the author is interested in comparing the results of anatomical information from the two techniques. Methods: This research uses a quantitative design with an experimental approach. Data was collected from 10 patients who underwent MRCP examinations at the Department of Radiology SMC Telogorejo Semarang in August–September 2024. The scanning procedure was carried out using a T2 HASTE coronal section sequence twice for each patient using the MBH and trigger technique. Anatomical information was assessed by means of visual grading analysis by 3 radiologists on the structure of the cystic duct, intra-hepatic duct, common hepatic duct, common bile duct, pancreatic duct, and gallbladder (gallbladder) using a questionnaire with a scale (1–4). Then the data was analyzed using SPSS to determine whether there were differences in image information from the two techniques using the Wilcoxon difference test. This research has passed the ethical test number: KEPK/UMP/170/I2025. Results: Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test, both for the entire anatomy and for each anatomy, it shows a p-value < 0.05. This indicates that there are significant differences in the anatomical information produced by the two techniques. Based on the mean rank value, the most optimal technique for displaying anatomical information is MBH. This advantage is due to its ability to reduce movement artifacts through the breath-hold method, resulting in clearer and more detailed anatomical images compared to the trigger technique. The MBH technique is more effective in improving MRCP anatomical information, especially in patients with respiratory instability. It is hoped that these results can be a reference in determining the optimal method for MRCP examination.

Abstract

Unorganised employee data management can hamper the company's operational efficiency and increase the risk of recording errors. This research develops a Laravel 11-based Employee Data Management System to overcome these problems. Laravel 11 was chosen because of its scalable and efficient architecture in modern web application development. The system was designed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to accelerate the development process through iteration and continuous feedback. A MySQL database was used to ensure efficient data management. This web-based system allows administrators to record, access, and analyse employee data in real-time with a higher level of accuracy. Test results show that the system improves data management efficiency, reduces recording errors, and increases transparency in human resource management. With this system, companies can optimise productivity and support data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of financial technology (FinTech) innovation on the accounting information systems of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gonilan Village. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the adoption of QRIS enhances transaction efficiency, financial record accuracy, and business branding. However, challenges such as dependence on internet connectivity and the risk of fraud remain obstacles. This study provides recommendations for training and infrastructure improvements to support the digital transformation of MSMEs. Keywords: FinTech, QRIS, Accounting Information System, MSMEs

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the accounting information system for cash receipts, recording and reporting at CV Bina Puskud Mandiri. The research approach used a qualitative descriptive type with interview methods, observation, documentation and previous research results. The results of the study indicate that the accounting information system for cash receipts, recording and reporting at CV Bina Puskud Mandiri is carried out manually and computerized. Manually, it is done by recording sales recaps on cash vouchers and computerized by using Microsoft Excel in sales recaps, journals and financial reports. Using Microsoft Excel in cash receipts, recording and reporting requires more time and greater effort in accuracy so that there are no errors that can harm CV Bina Puskud Mandiri.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of e-commerce, digital payment systems, self-efficacy, accounting information systems, and financial literacy on entrepreneurial decision-making. This analysis will be based on a case study of Accounting students at Universitas Muhamadiyah Surakarta from the class of 2021–2023. The present study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing proportionate stratified random sampling for the selection of the study's sample. The sample consists of 313 respondents. The primary data were collected through a digital questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, utilizing a 5-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) and processed with SmartPLS 4.1 software. The findings suggest that e-commerce, digital payment methods, and self-efficacy exert a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial decision-making processes. Conversely, the accounting information system does not demonstrate a substantial impact on entrepreneurial decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the Government Accounting Information System (SIAP) in improving the quality of regional financial reports, with a focus on the Regional Government in Lampung Province. In the context of bureaucratic reform and demands for public transparency, SIAP is expected to be a strategic instrument that not only supports administrative compliance, but also strengthens fiscal accountability through the presentation of real-time and integrated data. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that SIAP contributes to increasing the accuracy and timeliness of reporting, as well as strengthening the internal oversight function. However, the implementation of SIAP still faces various obstacles, including weak digital literacy of human resources, lack of system integration, and low institutional commitment in several regions. The effectiveness of SIAP depends not only on technological sophistication, but also on organizational readiness, leadership quality, and regulatory alignment. This study emphasizes that the success of SIAP requires a holistic approach based on synergy between systems, people, and institutional structures. Thus, SIAP will be able to act as a foundation for transparent, accountable, and data-based regional financial governance, not just an administrative reporting tool.
