Abstract

AbstrakMetode analitik rasional penentuan kapasitas dukung fondasi dangkal yaitu persamaan kapasitas dukung fondasi dangkal dari Terzaghi, Meyerhof, Hansen, dan Vesic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji prinsip penggunaan keempat persamaan tersebut agar tidak terjadi kesalahan penggunaan dalam perancangan fondasi dangkal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi literatur terhadap penelitian dari Terzaghi (1943), Meyerhof (1955), Hansen (1970), dan Vesic (1975). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memperbandingkan keempat persamaan tersebut sekaligus hingga menghasilkan prinsip penggunaan persamaan kapasitas dukung fondasi dangkal yang sesuai, berdasarkan kondisi yang ada di lapangan. Penggunaan keempat persamaan tersebut pada penelitian ini yaitu pada kondisi fondasi plane strain (regangan pada arah z = 0), dasar fondasi kasar, dan kondisi tanah homogen. Lokasi muka air tanah mempengaruhi nilai parameter kuat geser tanah yang digunakan dengan menyesuaikan jenis tanah, jenis tes laboratorium, dan analisis stabilitas kritis. Dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat 4 (empat) prinsip penggunaan persamaan kapasitas dukung fondasi dangkal dimana kondisi pembeda di lapangan yaitu perbandingan kedalaman fondasi terhadap lebar fondasi (maksimal 4 (empat)), kondisi pembebanan, jenis tanah, dan faktor fondasi dangkal yang diperhitungkan. Kondisi pembebanan antara lain beban vertikal, beban miring, beban eksentris (momen), dan beban horizontal. Selanjutnya, jenis tanah antara lain tanah lempung kaku dan pasir padat dengan keruntuhan geser umum dan tanah lempung konsistensi medium dan pasir kepadatan medium dengan keruntuhan geser lokal. Terakhir, faktor fondasi dangkal yang diperhitungkan antara lain faktor bentuk fondasi, kedalaman fondasi, kemiringan beban, kemiringan dar fondasi, dan kemiringan permukaan tanah.Kata Kunci: Kapasitas Dukung Fondasi Dangkal, Metode Analitik Rasional, Terzaghi, Meyerhof, Hansen, Vesic AbstractThe rational analytical method for determining the bearing capacity of shallow foundations is the shallow foundation bearing capacity equation of Terzaghi, Meyerhof, Hansen, and Vesic. This study aims to examine the principles of using the four equations so that there are no misuses in designing shallow foundations. This research was conducted by means of a literature study on research from Terzaghi (1943), Meyerhof (1955), Hansen (1970), and Vesic (1975). This research was conducted by comparing the four equations at once to produce the principle of using the appropriate shallow foundation bearing capacity equation, based on the conditions in the field. The use of these four equations in this study is on plane strain foundation conditions (strain in the z direction = 0), rough foundation base, and homogeneous soil conditions. The location of the groundwater table affects the value of the soil shear strength parameter used by adjusting the soil type, type of laboratory test, and analysis of critical stability. This study concludes that there are 4 (four) principles of using the shallow foundation bearing capacity equation where the differentiating conditions in the field are the ratio of foundation depth to foundation width (maximum 4 (four)), loading conditions, soil type, and shallow foundation factors are taken into account. Loading conditions include vertical loads, inclined loads, eccentric loads (moments), and horizontal loads. Furthermore, soil types include stiff clay and dense sand with general shear failure and medium consistency clay and medium density sand with local shear failure. Finally, the shallow foundation factors that are taken into account include the foundation shape factor, foundation depth, load slope, foundation slope, and ground surface slope.Keywords: Bearing Capacity of Shallow Foundation, Rational Analytic Method, Terzaghi, Meyerhof, Hansen, Vesic

Abstract

Tanah lunak pada konstruksi timbunan jalan sering kali menimbulkan permasalahan pada proses konstruksi maupun saat jalan telah beroperasi. Karakteristik tanah lunak yang memiliki kekuatan yang rendah dan kompresibilitas yang tinggi menyebabkan permasalahan daya dukung dan penurunan. Daya dukung yang rendah mengakibatkan timbunan yang dapat ditahan oleh tanah dasar terbatas serta permasalahan stabilitas. Sedangkan penurunan yang besar dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan pada struktur perkerasan jalan. Metode perbaikan tanah dengan menggunakan Controlled Modulus Columns (CMC) merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Metode CMC dikombinasikan dengan Load Transfer Platform (LTP) yang berfungsi untuk meratakan beban sebelum didistribusikan pada CMC dan tanah disekitarnya. Pada penelitian tanah lunak setebal 16 m diperbaiki menggunakan CMC diameter 42 cm dengan panjang 25 m yang dikombinasikan dengan LTP 1 m. Timbunan rencana diatas tanah lunak mencapai 13 m dan diperkuat dengan geotekstil woven T100 yang dipasang per 1 m pada tubuh timbunan. Analisa dilakukan dengan metode elemen hingga 2 dimensi menggunakan program Plaxis. Hasil tinjauan tanpa perkuatan menunjukan terjadi keruntuhan pada timbunan dengan ketinggian 6 m. Total penurunan yang terjadi mencapai 290 cm. Dengan menggunakan perbaikan tanah CMC faktor keamanan stabilitas dapat meningkat sebesar 1.54. Total penurunan yang terjadi dapat direduksi menjadi 110 cm atau berkurang sekitar 62%.

Abstract

Gunungsari Village, Cikatomas District, Tasikmalaya Regency is a village that has natural beauty with the presence of Situ Cidanti. The natural beauty of Situ Cidanti has the potential to become an ecotourism destination. Ecotourism is a form of tourism that prioritizes and supports nature conservation efforts. However, this ecotourism potential has yet to be utilized optimally by residents. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a recommendation document containing programs that can become a reference for developing the ecotourism potential of Situ Cidanti in Gunungsari Village. The recommendation document was created by the community service team from Siliwangi University. The contents of the recommendation document for developing Situ Cidanti's ecotourism potential consist of creating a location planning program and establishing local communities as an ecotourism management team that continues to protect existing natural resources. Apart from that, an important thing that needs to be done is branding through digital marketing, such as updating the village's official website, YouTube, and Facebook channels, as well as updating the website and social media accounts already available. This ecotourism development program aims to provide socio-economic benefits by involving citizen participation. It is hoped that Situ Cidanti Ecotourism can attract visitors, especially from outside Gunungsari Village, while preserving nature. Hopefully, these visitors can increase the economic activities of residents involved in UMKM in Gunungsari Village. Therefore, the expected target of this community service is that village officials as service partners can implement programs based on the recommendation documents that have been prepared with sustainable principles. Implementing the program in this document is hoped to make Situ Cidanti a leading ecotourism destination in Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

Laporan berkelanjutan sebagai penghubung antara kegiatan bisnis dan visi global untuk mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Laporan berkelanjutan tidak hanya dianggap sebagai sekadar dokumen pelaporan, melainkan juga memiliki peran penting dalam membantu perusahaan mengurangi dampak negatif, mengelola risiko, dan mempromosikan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan di masa depan. Laporan keberlanjutan PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) (Persero) memberikan gambaran komitmen dukungan perusahaan dalam mencapai Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB). Program perusahaan yang mendukung TPB yaitu program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL). Program TJSL perusahaan terdiri dari Pilar Sosial, Pilar Lingkungan, Pilar Ekonomi, serta Pilar Hukum dan Tata Kelola. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dukungan program PT PLN (Persero) terhadap TPB berdasarkan laporan berkelanjutan perusahaan pada tahun 2021-2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program perusahaan dalam mendukung tiap TPB, nilai program, hingga prioritas program berdasarkan jenis TPB dan jenis pilar. Dalam penelitian ini, metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder dari laporan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pada tahun 2021-2022, perusahaan memprioritaskan mengalokasikan nilai program terbesar untuk mendukung TPB 1 Tanpa Kemiskinan sebagai bagian dari Pilar Sosial pada program TJSL.

Abstract

Oil tank buildings are designed to be earthquake-resistant throughout their lifetime. The foundation of the 3000 bbl petroleum storage tank in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Regency has been designed using previous seismic standards. This encourages the importance of evaluating foundation resilience against the latest standards because the latest standards show an increase in the Peak Ground Acceleration value. This research aims to determine the Safety Factor (FK) and settlement of the existing foundation of a 3000 bbl petroleum storage tank at the Collecting Station in PALI Regency using earthquake parameters in 2022. A quantitative approach was carried out using finite element and analytical analysis. Steel tank structure design, soil investigation, loads, earthquake parameters, and existing foundation design are used. FK and settlement results will be evaluated based on API 650 and SNI 8604:2017 requirements. The analytical and finite element research results show that the FK value meets the requirements. However, the FK value obtained tends to be too large compared to the requirements. Therefore, it is recommended to design a foundation size smaller than the existing foundation as an efficiency measure. Apart from that, the settlement results at the end of the service life (50th year) show that it is still within the settlement limit permitted by API 650. The research results have confirmed that the existing foundation can withstand earthquakes based on earthquake parameters in 2022. So, these results can be used to develop tank foundation designs for earthquake-safe oil storage in similar locations.

Abstract

Organizations and companies as integral elements in society are faced with the responsibility to understand and manage the impact of their operations on the environment, social and economy. The company program, especially BUMN, including Perum Perumnas, which supports the TPB, is the Social and Environmental Responsibility Program (TJSL). This research aims to analyze the role of Perum Perumnas in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (TPB). This research method is data analysis research or company reports, especially the Perum Perumnas sustainability report for 2021-2022. The results of this research are that Perum Perumnas in 2021-2022 contributed to 10 of the 17 TPB. The order of cumulative TPB aid funds for 2021-2022, from largest to smallest, is TPB 16 (Peace, Justice and Resilient Institutions), TPB 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), TPB 6 (Clean Water and Decent Sanitation), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Human Settlements), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 2 (No Hunger), SDG 7 (Clean and Affordable Energy), SDG 14 (Protecting Marine Ecosystems), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), and TPB 10 (Reducing Inequality). The trend in the distribution pattern of Perum Perumnas TPB assistance areas in 2021-2022 follows the project locations handled by Perum Perumnas with the distribution of Perum Perumnas TPB assistance areas still focused on Java Island.

Abstract

Bridge that implement BIM can increase planning accuracy, reduce construction risks, and better plan the entire project. PTPP is a pioneer contractor that has implemented BIM in Indonesia since the end of 2015. The PTPP division that handles road and bridge infrastructure is Infrastructure 1. The aim of this research is to evaluate whether the BIM implementation is commonly carried out on PTPP bridge projects. The aim of this research is to evaluate the BIM implementation to the bridge project. This research method was used library research with a focus on the use of valid literature that already has previous research. The result of this research is that the BIM implementation to PTPP bridge projects is commonly used. All PTPP bridge projects since the end of 2015, a total of 3 projects have implemented BIM. Two bridge projects, Kendari Bay Bridge and the PIK 2 Connecting Bridge, North Jakarta, provide information about the implementation of BIM which can be accessed by the public via the official PTPP website and social media. Information on BIM implementation includes the process, software used, and the benefits on the bridge project. Meanwhile, for the Bogeg Bridge, Serang, no detailed information is available regarding the application of BIM. For the Kendari Bay Bridge project, the benefit of implementing BIM is that PTPP designed the bridge in just one month, saving three months. 3D model visualization really helps minimize errors and save time during the actual construction phase so that teams can collaborate easily using the same 3D model throughout the project. For the PIK 2 Bridge project, the benefits of implementing BIM include synchronous work drawings, helping with volume calculations, speeding up topographic surveis, detecting discrepancies, visualizing the project implementation schedule, helping coordinate with the project team, and helping with quality checks in the field.

Abstract

Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) termasuk bendungan diorientasikan untuk pemerataan pembangunan dan peningkatan pertumbuhan sehingga meningkatkan pembangunan daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Bendungan yang termasuk PSN merupakan bendungan multimanfaat yang dimanfaatkan untuk memfasilitasi kebutuhan air baku, irigasi, listrik, pariwisata, perikanan, dan lain-lain. Pembangunan bendungan tersebut merupakan proyek di bawah Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR). Berdasarkan surat edaran, Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya Air PUPR pada tahun 2023, bendungan yang termasuk PSN harus menerapkan Building Information Modelling (BIM). Meski peraturan BIM pada bendungan baru ada tahun 2023, BIM pada proyek konstruksi terutama Badan Usaha Milik Negara konstruksi dimulai pada akhir tahun 2016.  Salah satu BUMN konstruksi yaitu PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) mengerjakan 11 PSN bendungan dimana beberapa bendungan mulai dibangun pada tahun 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya menganalisis apakah WSKT menerapkan BIM pada paket proyek 11 bendungan yang dibangun oleh WSKT. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis bagaimanakah penerapan BIM pada masing-masing paket proyek bendungan yang dibangun oleh WSKT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis berupa data sekunder berupa data perusahaan yang bisa diakses publik dari seperti website dan media sosial resmi sebagai sumber yang terpercaya dari WSKT, PUPR, dan instansi/lembaga terkait BIM dan pembangunan proyek bendungan hingga jurnal mengenai penerapan BIM pada proyek bendungan. PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk telah menerapkan BIM pada pengerjaan seluruh Proyek Nasional Strategis (PSN) bendungan sejak tahun 2016. Abstract

The application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Indonesian construction has also been carried out in apartment projects. BIM is a process of managing construction during the life cycle of apartment buildings, from planning, design, construction, and use to maintenance. The process The scope of this research is an apartment project built by 3 (three) BUMN construction, namely PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA), and PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI). This study aims to analyze the development of BIM implementation in apartment projects built by the three BUMN contractors. The apartments in this study are apartments with the application of BIM that have been used, not apartments still being built. This research method is carried out with a secondary data content analysis approach, especially the company's annual report that can be accessed by the public from the company's official website, including the identification of apartment projects that have been built and apply BIM to analyze the application of BIM in apartment projects. The results of this study are apartments that have been completed with the application of BIM by PTPP since 2017, ADHI since 2018, and WIKA since 2019. The number of apartments that have been completed with the application of BIM in this study are 4 apartments by WIKA, 5 apartments by PTPP, and 7 apartments by ADHI. All apartments that have been completed with the application of BIM in this study are located on the island of Java.

Abstract

Masjid merupakan pusat kegiatan ibadah dan tempat bersosialisasi bagi umat Muslim. Dalam menjalankan perannya, Masjid memerlukan pembaruan dan pengembangan fasilitas untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan masyarakat yang terus meningkat. Urgensi pengabdian ini dilakukan dikarenakan kondisi di Masjid An Nimah sekarang belum dapat menampung jumlah masyarakat dan belum bisa memfasilitasi secara maksimal pelayanan kepada masyarakat sekitar, sehingga perlu dilakukan perencanaan untuk pengembangan Masjid An Nimah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membuat perencanaan pengembangan pembangunan Masjid An Nimah, di mana beberapa fasilitas yang dibuat perencanaannya antara lain perencanaan tempat wudhu dan toilet, perencanaan penambahan area sholat, perencanaan kantor dan garasi ambulans, perencanaan menara Masjid. Selain perencanaan desain, akan di buat juga rencana anggaran biaya (RAB). Metode pendekatan penyelesaian masalah mitra dimulai dengan tahapan studi pustaka dan melakukan survei lapangan dan diskusi dengan mitra. Kemudian dilanjutkan pembuatan dokumen perencanaan yang dilakukan tim pengabdian. Dokumen perencanaan yang dibuat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan juga kondisi lahan yang tersedia. Setelah dokumen perencanaan selesai kemudian dilakukan sosialisasi hasil dan penyerahan dokumen perencanaan kepada pengurus masjid sebagai perwakilan masyarakat sekitar.
