Abstract

Informasi adalah asset organisasi yang sangat berharga. Oleh sebab itu informasi menjadi salah satu objek serangan untuk dieksploitasi. Tujuan utama keamanan sistem informasi adalah menjaga 3 (tiga) atribut yaitu kerahasiaan (confidentiality), keutuhan (integrity) dan ketersediaan (availability). UIN Sunan Kalijaga memiliki unit kerja yang mempunyai tugas dan kewajiban untuk mengelola dan memberikan informasi. Perlu dilakukan evaluasi keamanan sistem informasi untuk mendapatkan gambaran kondisi kesiapan dan kematangan keamanan informasi. Indeks keamanan informasi disingkat KAMI adalah alat evaluasi yang dirilis oleh Kementrian Komunikasi dan Informasi yang berfungsi untuk menganalisa tingkat keamanan informasi di instansi. Didapati tingkat kematangan keamanan informasi di UIN Sunan Kalijaga masih tergolong rendah dan butuh perbaikan untuk kekurangan yang ditemukan di sistem manajemen keamanan informasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the continuance usage intention (CUI) of e-wallet users in Batam, focusing on the effects of reputation, social media activeness, satisfaction, and information use transparency. Data was collected in Batam using a sample of five e-wallet applications, namely OVO, Gopay, ShopeePay, Dana, and LinkAja, with purposive sampling through an online questionnaire. This study used the SEM-SEM analysis method. The results indicate that reputation and social media activeness do not significantly impact users' CUI, while satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. Additionally, information use transparency was found to reduce fear of identity theft, contributing to users' decision to continue using e-wallets. Information use fairness was also found to have a significant adverse effect on the relationship between fear of identity theft and CUI, suggesting that the fair use of personal data reduces users' concerns. These findings provide new insights for e-wallet providers in designing strategies to enhance user loyalty, particularly by considering transparency and fairness in managing personal data.

Abstract

This study explores the escalating cybersecurity challenges in the banking sector and the potential of large language models (LLMs) to enhance digital defense mechanisms. Employing a qualitative methodology that includes a systematic literature review, expert interviews, and case study evaluations, the research investigates the integration of LLMs in cybersecurity operations such as threat detection, automated incident response, and user authentication. The findings reveal that LLMs offer significant advantages in real-time anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and natural language-based security training. However, their adoption is hindered by concerns over algorithmic transparency, data privacy, and the need for specialized technical expertise within financial institutions. A key contribution of this work is the development of an integrated cybersecurity framework that combines AI-driven technologies, blockchain-based transaction security, digital forensic tools, and human-centered security practices. The proposed framework aims to guide financial institutions in implementing adaptive, intelligent cybersecurity strategies aligned with evolving global regulatory standards. This research offers both theoretical insights and practical recommendations for enhancing cyber resilience in digital banking environments. It emphasizes the importance of a multidimensional approach that addresses technical innovation, organizational preparedness, and regulatory compliance. Future studies are encouraged to validate the proposed framework through empirical testing across diverse banking infrastructures.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal and explain the results of the evaluation of information technology-based inclusive education policies in DIY for the 2017/2018 academic year conducted by researchers in 16 high school inclusion schools in DIY. In this study the authors use two major concepts in evaluating this policy, namely: Policy Design and Policy Implementation. The method used in this research is Mix-Method, which combines two qualitative and quantitative research methods, so that more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data are obtained. The results of this study are the policy design obtained a value of 3.12 and was included in the fairly good category, the implementation of the policy obtained a score of 2.77 and was included in the good enough category so that the results of the evaluation of information technology-based inclusive education policies in DIY for the 2017/2018 academic year were in the fairly good category.

Abstract

The Bungo Regency Government has done several things in realizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which are the current global focus that are mutually agreed upon, including Indonesia. This is intended to make the data easier to display. Displaying information in web form will make it easier for people to see it. The method in this research is the Waterfall method. In designing maps using Google Maps, the software used in building this application is PHP, HTML, CSS, as a programming language, MySQL as a database server, and Codeigniter. GIS mapping of education in Bungo Regency is a system that provides information to the public about the location of schools in Bungo Regency and their supporting facilities

Abstract

The Internship Acceptance Information System at RRI Medan is a platform designed to facilitate the process of accepting internship students at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Medan. The purpose of this system is to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the process of accepting apprentice students and to strengthen the relationship between RRI Medan and the surrounding universities. This system offers several important features, including online registration, submission of files, and tracking of application status. Students who are interested in doing an internship at RRI Medan can access this system via a website or an easy-to-use mobile application. They can fill out the online registration form and upload the required files, such as CVs, grade transcripts, and letters of recommendation. After registration is complete, the system will process the application and provide notifications to students regarding the status of their application. Students can track the progress of their applications through this system, including information regarding interview schedules or other selection tests. If accepted, students will receive confirmation through this system and can continue with the internship preparation stage. This information system is built on a web basis.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation, inhibiting factors, and actions taken in the implementation of the electronic-based government system in the Muaro Jambi District Communication and Informatics Office. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach and collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that the implementation of the electronic-based government system in the Muaro Jambi District Communication and Informatics Office plays a crucial role in enhancing government efficiency and transparency. The main obstacle in the implementation of this system is the lack of human resources with adequate information technology knowledge. To address this challenge, the Muaro Jambi District Communication and Informatics Office needs to enhance the competencies of human resources in the field of information technology. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) in the Muaro Jambi District Communication and Informatics Office has not achieved optimal results, as evident from the actions taken.

Abstract

The growing dominance of impulse buying within TikTok's live streaming commerce, particularly in the Fashion product segment, signifies a transformation in digital consumer behavior influenced by the dynamics of real-time interactivity and incentive-based promotional strategies. This study empirically examines the effects of real-time interactivity and promotion incentive information on impulse buying behavior, with perceived trust serving as a mediating variable that explains the psychological pathway between digital stimuli and spontaneous purchase decisions. Employing a quantitative approach with an associative causal design, data were collected from 231 active TikTok users in Indonesia and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) version 4.0. The analysis reveals that both exogenous variables significantly enhance the tendency for impulsive purchases, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of perceived trust. Responsive real-time interactions and exclusive, time-sensitive promotions effectively foster consumer trust in sellers, which subsequently accelerates unplanned buying behavior. These findings advance theoretical discourse in digital marketing literature by emphasizing the critical integration of interactivity, promotional stimuli, and affective trust mechanisms in shaping purchasing decisions within persuasive and simultaneous digital environments. The practical implications of this study offer strategic insights for businesses, encouraging the optimization of interactive features and promotional tactics to establish credibility and drive instant sales conversions in the context of e-commerce live streaming.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung digitalisasi desa melalui implementasi website desa sebagai sistem informasi di Desa Gattaréng Matinggi, Kabupaten Maros. Digitalisasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi layanan publik, transparansi administrasi, serta keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perancangan website desa, pelatihan pengelolaan website bagi perangkat desa dan masyarakat, serta pendampingan lanjutan untuk optimalisasi penggunaan platform digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa website desa yang dikembangkan mampu menyediakan layanan administrasi digital, media informasi, serta forum interaktif bagi masyarakat. Pelatihan yang diberikan meningkatkan literasi digital perangkat desa dan memungkinkan mereka mengelola sistem secara mandiri. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam adaptasi teknologi, program ini berhasil mendorong transformasi digital yang lebih inklusif. Keberlanjutan implementasi website desa memerlukan strategi pemeliharaan yang baik serta dukungan dari berbagai pihak agar dapat terus memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Pemantauan penggunaan lahan yang akurat dan terkini menjadi krusial bagi perencanaan pembangunan berkelanjutan dan pengelolaan sumberdaya alam di tingkat kabupaten. Kabupaten Limapuluhkota, dengan dinamika penggunaan lahannya, memerlukan sistem pemantauan yang efektif. Artikel ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi pemanfaatan data penginderaan jauh resolusi tinggi yang diintegrasikan dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk membangun sistem pemantauan penggunaan lahan di Kabupaten Limapuluhkota. Fokus utama adalah pada penyediaan informasi aktual mengenai kondisi penggunaan lahan, bukan pada analisis perubahan historis. Metode yang diusulkan meliputi akuisisi citra satelit resolusi tinggi secara berkala, pra-pemrosesan data, klasifikasi penggunaan lahan menggunakan algoritma terkini, validasi akurasi, dan integrasi ke dalam platform SIG untuk visualisasi dan diseminasi informasi secara cepat kepada para pemangku kepentingan. Diharapkan, sistem ini dapat menyediakan data dasar penggunaan lahan yang dinamis dan akurat, mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih responsif terkait tata ruang, manajemen pertanian, mitigasi bencana, dan pelestarian lingkungan di Kabupaten Limapuluhkota.
