Abstract

Independent journalism podcasts are now seen as a highly credible source of information, often even more trusted than mainstream media. This is due to the transparency of the narratives presented, consistency in topic selection, and freedom from pressure from certain parties, which allows for the delivery of broader and more diverse perspectives. Audiences rate independent podcasts as relatively objective, although the personal opinions of the podcasters remain influenced. A presentation style that combines conversational formats and storytelling techniques creates emotional intimacy, strengthens trust, and builds listener loyalty. Topics that are current and relevant, presented in a relaxed yet informative manner, are a unique attraction that distinguishes podcasts from conventional media. However, challenges remain, particularly in verifying information and the potential for personal bias, which can affect the accuracy and objectivity of the content. Therefore, audience media literacy is crucial so they can critically review the information they receive. With all their advantages, independent podcasts have the potential to enrich the media ecosystem by providing a more diverse alternative source of information, provided they maintain ethical standards, openness of sources, and transparency in every aspect of their production process.

Abstract

Abstract

The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry increasingly relies on automation and digitalization to improve efficiency and accuracy in production and distribution processes. One common practice is the use of labels containing product information in the form of barcodes or QR codes, which allow automatic data input and reduce the risk of human error compared to manual writing. However, in current practices, these labels are only attached to PCBs after they have been placed inside casings. This creates a significant limitation, as access to the label information requires disassembling the casing whenever product verification, tracking, or troubleshooting is needed. Such a process not only consumes additional time and resources but also increases the risk of damaging the product. To overcome this challenge, this study proposes the development of a traceability system designed to accurately monitor the location, identity, and status of PCBs throughout the distribution process. The system was implemented as a web-based application capable of generating and printing product information labels in the form of barcodes and QR codes. Each label functions as a unique identifier, ensuring that every PCB can be distinctly tracked from production to final product assembly. All data associated with the labels is automatically stored in a centralized database, providing real-time accessibility, simplifying information management, and enabling faster decision-making in the event of quality control issues. System evaluation was carried out through rigorous testing, which showed a 100% success rate in generating, storing, and retrieving product information without errors. The findings indicate that the proposed traceability system is both effective and efficient, and it offers a practical solution for industries seeking to enhance supply chain visibility, improve product accountability, and reduce operational inefficiencies in PCB distribution and lifecycle management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Information Security, Perceived Ease of Use of the Mobile Banking Application by Users and Brand Image on the Decision to Use the Neo Bank Mobile Banking Application through Trust as an Intervening Variable. The research method used is a quantitative causal survey method, where the variables used in this study include 3 (three) independent variables, namely perceived ease of use, information security and brand image, while the dependent variable is the Decision to Use with a total of 183 respondents. Data analysis used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 3. The results of the study indicate that information security, ease of use, brand image, and trust have a significant positive effect on the decision to use the application. Information security and ease of use not only increase the decision to use directly, but also through increasing user trust. Similarly, a positive brand image is able to build trust, which in turn encourages the decision to use. Trust is proven to be an important factor that mediates the influence of these variables, so that the higher the level of security, ease, and brand image, the greater the tendency of users to use the application actively and continuously

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has become a major pillar of society due to its ability to provide fast and accurate information. This technology is important in various fields, including health, education, economics, finance, social, political, and environmental. In health, information technology assists services by managing and storing administrative data, patient registration, and other information that supports users of health facilities. The Pratama Medisal Clinic in Ambon City is a health facility that prioritizes efficiency and effectiveness in services. This clinic has implemented an Open Source Generic Management Information System. The study used a quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis, data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires, and used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the implementation of a web-based information system showed a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.001. This leads to the acceptance of the H1 hypothesis, while the t-test results show that the calculated t (7.459) is greater than the t-table (1.812), so H0 is rejected. Statistically, the t-test results show a value less than 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05). From this, it can be concluded that the better the information system in healthcare services at a clinic, the better the employee performance. This encourages each clinic to implement information systems in their daily work to increase efficiency. It is hoped that the Medisal Clinic can continue to improve the Open Source Generic Management Information System in health services.
