Abstract

Technological advancements, especially in the field of internet, have driven the development of digital health services such as telemedicine. This service allows users to consult with medical personnel online, thus providing easy access to health services, especially in geographical areas that are difficult to reach. This study aims to identify the level of satisfaction of students of D3 Medical Records and Health Information Study Program ITSK RS.DR. Soepraoen Malang towards the use of telemedicine applications. The method used is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), which includes five indicators: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach to 45 respondents. The results of the analysis showed that the majority of respondents were very satisfied with the use of telemedicine applications, with an average satisfaction score of 4.19. The indicator with the highest score was ease of use (4.26), while the content indicator obtained the lowest score (4.12). These results indicate that although the telemedicine application is considered easy to use, there are still aspects of content that need to be improved. This research is expected to be a recommendation for application developers to improve the quality of telemedicine systems and services to increase user satisfaction.

Abstract

The growing demand for efficient livestock management highlights the importance of reliable health data systems that support decision-making and disease prevention. However, many existing approaches still rely on fragmented and manual processes, leading to inaccuracies, delays, and limited collaboration among stakeholders such as farmers, veterinarians, and government officers. This study proposes an Integrated Information System for Livestock Health Data Management designed to centralize health records, streamline data entry, and enhance reporting accuracy. The system employs structured data modeling through class diagrams, flowcharts, and interface designs to capture farmer reports, veterinary diagnoses, and administrative validations in a coordinated workflow. By integrating these processes, the solution ensures seamless data flow, reduces redundancy, and fosters collaboration across roles. The results demonstrate improved data consistency, faster response times, and stronger support for monitoring livestock health. This approach provides a practical and replicable framework to modernize livestock health management systems.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence has enabled the creation of highly convincing hoax information, posing serious challenges to information integrity and public trust. This study aims to understand the characteristics of AI-generated hoaxes and propose effective strategies to detect and mitigate their impact. A mixed-method framework was adopted, combining content analysis of AI-generated texts to identify patterns, vulnerabilities, and intervention points, with machine learning techniques for detection and social analysis to capture human and policy dimensions. Validation of the framework demonstrated improved detection accuracy, reduced misinformation reach, and stronger user resilience when supported by transparency measures and digital literacy efforts. The study contributes by offering a structured detection–response cycle that integrates technical, social, and policy approaches. This framework provides governments, organizations, and individuals with practical tools to anticipate and respond to the risks of AI-driven misinformation, ultimately strengthening digital resilience.

Abstract

The Indonesian capital market has experienced significant growth supported by advances in information technology, particularly the implementation of Management Information Systems (MIS) in investment decision-making. This study aims to analyze the role of MIS in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of stock investment decisions in the Indonesian capital market. A qualitative research method using in-depth interviews with individual investors was employed to explore their experiences and perceptions in using MIS. The results indicate that MIS facilitates real-time data access, improves the quality of fundamental and technical analysis, and assists in investment risk management. However, challenges such as data quality, interface complexity, and low financial literacy hinder the optimal use of MIS. This study recommends improving data quality, developing more user-friendly features, and providing continuous financial literacy education programs to maximize MIS utilization. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for MIS developers and capital market regulators in strengthening an inclusive and sustainable investment ecosystem.

Abstract

The preparation of quality financial reports is essential for ensuring accountability and transparency in educational institutions. This study aims to empirically test whether internal control can mediate the effects of financial accounting literacy and human resource competence on the quality of financial information. The research was conducted in 48 educational foundations overseeing at least two schools, from elementary to high school. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with Smart PLS 4 software, covering descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, R-Square, path coefficients, and hypothesis testing. Results show that accounting literacy significantly improves the quality of financial information, and internal control mediates the relationship between accounting literacy and financial statement quality. However, internal control does not mediate the effect of human resource competence, which also shows no significant direct impact. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening accounting literacy and internal control systems to enhance the reliability and accountability of financial reports in educational foundations.

Abstract

The Accounting Information System (AIS) is a computer-based system that transforms accounting data into information to support business continuity. Merchandise inventory, as a crucial component, requires proper management since it represents a significant current asset. This study aims to analyze the implementation of AIS in inventory management at Zeirrie Collection Store. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the owner, warehouse staff, and cashier of Zeirrie Collection Store. The findings indicate that the use of the accounting information system in managing merchandise inventory has not yet been fully optimized. Discrepancies between system data and physical stock were still identified, caused by input errors, manual recording, and weak internal controls. The absence of standard operating procedures (SOPs), unclear division of tasks, and limited employee understanding of the system are identified as inhibiting factors. Thus, the AIS applied has not been fully capable of supporting operational efficiency and inventory information accuracy.

Abstract

This study aims to design and build a web-based employee attendance and payroll information system at CV Expressa to overcome problems arising from manual processes, such as late salaries, data recapitulation errors, and lack of transparency. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model approach, which includes needs analysis, system design, implementation using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, testing with the blackbox method, and maintenance. The results of the study show that the system built is able to automate GPS-based attendance recording and salary calculations, accelerate data recapitulation, and provide independent payslip access for employees. This system also succeeded in increasing operational efficiency and data accuracy, as well as reducing administrative workload. However, this study has limitations in the scope of implementation which is still limited to one company and does not include advanced security features such as biometric authentication and mobile applications. Further development is recommended to improve the scalability and flexibility of the system.

Abstract

CV Expressa faces problems in budget management due to a slow manual process, less transparent, and vulnerable to errors. This study aims to design a web -based budgeting information system to improve efficiency and accuracy. System development uses the SDLC Waterfall method (Analysis of Needs, Design, Implementation, Testing, Maintenance) with Laravel Technology (PHP) and PostgreSQL Database. Features include budget submission, tiered approval, reporting, and audit trail. Blackbox testing test results show all functions run optimally, supported by automatic notifications and printed reports. Abstract

Hero Farma Pharmacy in Boyolali serves more than 40 daily transactions but still uses a manual Excel recording system that is prone to human error , data duplication, and slow in reporting. This study aims to create a web-based sales information system to improve the efficiency and accuracy of pharmacy operations. The research method uses a waterfall which includes the stages of needs analysis through interviews and observations, system design with UML, implementation using Laravel 10 and React.js integrated with Inertia.js, and blackbox testing. The implementation results show that the system has been successfully built with a structured database. Blackbox testing on 8 main functions. This web-based information system has succeeded in replacing the manual Excel process , minimizing recording errors, increasing operational efficiency, and supporting better managerial decisions to support pharmacy performance.

Abstract

Health Information System (HIS) is one of the strategic components in national health development because it provides accurate data and information to support the management process, decision-making, and evaluation of health programs. This study aims to identify challenges, principles, and strategies for strengthening HIS in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature study of government policies, regulations, and scientific literature related to HIS. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of HIS still faces various obstacles, such as a fragmented system, limited technological infrastructure, low human resource capacity, and a suboptimal data use culture. In addition, strategic issues also include weak legal basis, inter-institutional coordination, and lack of support in terms of funding and capacity development. To overcome these problems, strengthening HIS must be carried out through the use of information and communication technology (ICT), system integration, data standardization, and active involvement of the central and regional governments in system governance. The preparation of a roadmap for strengthening HIS is a concrete step to encourage work efficiency, transparency, and the availability of reliable information in supporting health development in Indonesia.
