Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology requires digital literacy as a crucial competency for students in navigating academic and social challenges. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy on students' ability to evaluate and analyze information, particularly in the context of technology-based Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 1 Raha. A quantitative approach with a correlational causality design was used, with primary data collected through a structured questionnaire administered to students. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the extent to which digital literacy predicts students' evaluative and analytical abilities. The results indicate that digital literacy significantly improves students' critical information processing abilities, particularly in assessing the credibility of religious information, distinguishing between facts and opinions, and analyzing arguments. These findings highlight that students with higher levels of digital literacy are better able to engage critically with the vast and diverse information available in the digital space. This article contributes theoretically by strengthening the role of digital literacy as a predictive factor for higher-order thinking skills, and practically by offering implications for educators and policymakers in integrating digital literacy training into the Islamic Religious Education curriculum. Additionally, this study paves the way for future research by incorporating additional variables, such as learning motivation and collaborative skills, to provide a broader understanding of how digital literacy relates to academic achievement and important learning outcomes.

Abstract

In our technologically globalized world, higher education teachers need to adjust themselves to modern teaching techniques to help students learn easily and be innovative. Integration of Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) assists teachers in meeting the demand for technology-based teaching and learning tools. Innovative teaching tools are facilities that are currently replacing traditional teaching methods. In the fields of computer science and engineering, information and communication technology (ICT) innovative teaching approaches are regarded as one of the most crucial components for advanced teaching and learning. Teaching in Higher education is facilitated by a variety of software programs, apps, and information management systems. Innovative teaching encourages students’ engagement and cultivates the spirit of creativity. For engineering students to succeed in their fields of study, they need to have intrinsic motivation toward learning. Educators who are teaching computer science and engineering courses are required to be creative and use innovative teaching approaches to engage every student. The purpose of this paper is to share strategic knowledge with fellow lecturers in the field of computer sciences and engineering on how to effectively teach and engage students using various tools that are available on the internet and at our disposal. The focus of this paper was on innovative teaching strategies that students prefer to use in their studies. Findings from the study highlighted that most of the students preferred practical teaching methods and industry projects. Evidence was gathered from students enrolled under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology from Eswatini, Botswana, and Namibia campuses using a purposive sampling.

Abstract

The presence of increasingly sophisticated technology has caused the current generation to ignore and abandon the cultural values ​​inherited from previous generations. Young people are no longer familiar with traditional games. They are more interested in playing modern games, namely online games. This study aims to determine the effect of using IT-based engklek card learning media on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in Civics at SDN 2 Koreak, Cigandamekar District, Kuningan Regency. This study used a quantitative research design with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest and a test as the research instrument. The research data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using a t-test. Based on the data obtained from the t-test, the significance value is greater than 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the use of IT-based engklek card learning media on student learning outcomes. The average pre-test obtained before treatment was given was 52. After the action was carried out using IT-based card-based hopscotch learning media, the average post-test score was 69. It can be concluded that the use of IT-based card-based hopscotch learning media applied to the Civics subject has an effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam menilai mutu layanan kesehatan, karena mencerminkan persepsi pengguna terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diterima. Berdasarkan Permenpan RB No. 14 Tahun 2017, setiap fasilitas pelayanan publik wajib melakukan survei kepuasan masyarakat secara berkala sebagai dasar peningkatan mutu layanan. Namun, proses pengukuran secara manual masih menghadapi tantangan terkait efisiensi dan validitas data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat penerimaan tenaga kesehatan terhadap prototipe dashboard kepuasan pasien berbasis web yang dirancang untuk mempermudah pemantauan dan pelaporan hasil survei di fasilitas kesehatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Klinik UNSRI selama September–November 2024 menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan uji coba kepada 30 tenaga kesehatan. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei daring dengan pertanyaan tertutup dan terbuka mengenai kemudahan dan kepuasan penggunaan dashboard. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 60% peserta merasa sangat puas dan menilai dashboard mudah digunakan. Peserta juga memberikan masukan untuk penambahan fitur keamanan dan peningkatan kualitas jaringan internet. Hambatan utama dalam implementasi meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, validitas data, serta perlunya pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi tenaga kesehatan. Secara keseluruhan, dashboard ini diterima dengan baik dan berpotensi menjadi alat inovatif dalam meningkatkan transparansi serta mutu layanan kesehatan. Dukungan kelembagaan dan infrastruktur digital menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan implementasinya.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of information services in enhancing the sense of purpose among Minangkabau adolescents, which represents an essential aspect of psychological well-being and educational functioning. A quasi-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was applied with a sample of 104 high school students selected through stratified random sampling. Data on meaning in life were collected using the Meaningfulness of Life Checklist and analyzed using paired and independent sample t-tests. The results demonstrate a significant increase in students’ meaning in life after receiving information services, indicating that the intervention effectively strengthens personal direction, motivation, and resilience. Furthermore, gender comparison analyses reveal that female students experienced greater improvement compared to male students. These findings confirm that information services are a relevant guidance and counseling strategy, particularly in cultural contexts where values and identity play a strong role in adolescent development, such as the Minangkabau community. Abstract

Background of the study: Bibliometric analysis can help researchers in knowing the trend of scientific works. There are several laws in bibliometric analysis such as Zipf's, Bradford's, or Lotka's laws. Lotka's law is used to analyze author productivity in journals. Lentera Pustaka Journal of Library, Information, and Archival Science Studies is a journal managed by the Faculty of Cultural Studies, Diponegoro University, which has currently published 120 articles by 101 authors. Author productivity analysis was carried out on the Lentera Pustaka journal published in 2016 to 2024 using the Lotka law. Purpose: This analysis was conducted to determine the productivity of authors during the 9 years of publication of the Lentera Pustaka journal. Methods: This analysis uses bibliometric analysis techniques with Lotka's law which focus on author productivity in the Lentera Pustaka journal. Finding: From the results of Lotka's calculations, a constant value of 0,878 was obtained, which means that the contribution of a particular author to a particular article in the Lentera Pustaka journal has a value of 87,8% of the total number of authors. From the exponent value of 3,289, an observation value of 85,15% was obtained, which is quite close to the Lotka value of 87,8%. The results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test show that the maximum deviation value is smaller than the critical value. Conclusion: Lotka's law in calculating author productivity in the Lentera Pustaka journal can be accepted both theoretically and in terms of observation, and means that there is good productivity from article authors. Terdapat beberapa kaidah di dalam analisis bibliometrik seperti kaidah Zipf, Bradford, ataupun Lotka. Kaidah Lotka digunakan untuk menganalisis produktivitas penulis pada jurnal. Jurnal Lentera Pustaka Kajian Ilmu Perpustakaan, Informasi, dan Kearsipan merupakan jurnal yang dikelola oleh Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Diponegoro, yang saat ini telah menerbitkan 120 artikel oleh 101 penulis. Analisis produktivitas penulis dilakukan terhadap jurnal Lentera Pustaka terbitan tahun 2016 hingga 2024 dengan menggunakan kaidah Lotka. Tujuan: Analisis ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui produktivitas penulis selama 9 tahun terbitan jurnal Lentera Pustaka. Metode: Analisis ini menggunakan teknik analisis bibliometrik dengan kaidah Lotka yang berfokus terhadap produktivitas penulis pada jurnal Lentera Pustaka. Temuan: Dari hasil perhitungan Lotka didapatkan nilai konstanta sebesar 0,878 yang mengartikan bahwa kontribusi penulis tertentu terhadap artikel tertentu pada jurnal Lentera Pustaka memiliki nilai sebesar 87,8% dari total jumlah penulis. Dari nilai eksponen sebesar 3,289, kemudian didapatkan nilai pengamatan sebesar 85,15% yang cukup mendekati nilai Lotka 87,8%. Hasil uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov menunjukkan nilai deviasi maksimum lebih kecil daripada nilai kritis. Kesimpulan: Kaidah Lotka dalam perhitungan produktivitas penulis di jurnal Lentera Pustaka dapat diterima baik secara teoritis maupun secara pengamatan, serta mengartikan bahwa terdapat produktivitas yang baik dari penulis artikel. Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged companies to adapt in order to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, particularly in inventory management. CV Dewangga, a company engaged in the distribution of office supplies, still relies on a manual system using book records and simple documents. This condition often leads to problems such as delays in stock checking, inaccurate data entry, difficulties in tracking incoming and outgoing goods, and late report preparation. This study aims to design and develop a web-based inventory information system by implementing the First-In First-Out (FIFO) algorithm to ensure that items entering earlier are also issued first, thereby minimizing the risk of old stock accumulation. The research method applied is Rapid Application Development (RAD), whichconsists of requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Research data were collected through direct observation at CV Dewangga and interviews with staff regarding the inventory workflow. The developed system provides features for real-time recording of incoming and outgoing goods, FIFO-based stock management, and automated report generation. Testing using the black-box method confirmed that all system functions operate as required. The findings indicate significant improvements in data accuracy, reporting speed, and inventory efficiency compared to manual methods. This study contributes by presenting a practical web-based inventory system model suitable for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The implication is to encourage the digitalization of inventory management to enhance competitiveness in the Industry 4.0 era.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan, termasuk bidang perdagangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjualan pakaian adat Bajawa secara online yang dapat diterapkan pada kelompok indigo masyarakat Langa, Kabupaten Ngada. Kelompok ini selama ini melakukan proses penjualan secara tradisional melalui pasar lokal dan media sosial, yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam pencatatan transaksi, jangkauan pemasaran, dan pengelolaan data barang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah metode waterfall. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL, dan diuji menggunakan metode black box testing untuk memastikan semua fitur berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dibangun mampu memberikan kemudahan dalam proses penjualan pakaian adat secara online, mulai dari pengelolaan data barang, pemesanan, hingga pembayaran. Sistem ini juga mendukung peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi bagi kelompok penenun dalam memasarkan produk mereka secara lebih luas dan terstruktur.

Abstract

This study addresses the lack of automation in government loan management systems, which has led to inefficiencies such as delayed service, data entry errors, and difficulties in tracking borrowed items. To overcome these challenges, this research aims to design and implement a web-based goods borrowing information system for the BKKBN Office of North Lampung. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology and adopts the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern. It includes key features such as inventory management, user authentication, borrowing request submission, administrative verification, transaction reporting, and real-time status notifications. System evaluation through Black Box and User Acceptance Testing demonstrated that all features operated effectively and reliably, handling 234 inventory records across eight active users. The results indicate that the proposed system enhances administrative efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy, making it suitable for practical implementation and future development with features such as email notifications or QR-code integration.

Abstract

The increasing number of tax disputes in Indonesia has created a new problem in the form of tax uncertainty, which this research aims to resolve through a paradigmatic study based on the participatory paradigm in normative studies with empirical support related to regulations and practices, to accelerate tax dispute resolution. Through the self-assessment process, taxpayers are required to register themselves, followed by calculating, paying, and reporting taxes. During the supervision of this process, tax officials can conduct audits that culminate in the issuance of tax assessments, which can trigger disputes. The resolution of tax disputes begins with the administrative stage through a quasi judicial institution called objections under the tax authority, with further legal efforts in the form of litigation at a judicial institution called the Tax Court, where the decision is final and binding, up to extraordinary legal efforts through judicial review to the Supreme Court. Resolving tax disputes can be interpreted as preventing the occurrence of, or resolving existing, tax disputes. Meanwhile, the acceleration of tax dispute resolution, as referred to in the research assumptions, can be interpreted as an effort to improve the quality of tax dispute resolution, in terms of time and decision, thereby reducing further legal efforts. On the other hand, information technology is increasingly developing and promises to accelerate tax dispute resolution. Various information technologies, such as digitalization, the Internet of Things, big data, blockchain, and even artificial intelligence, when used appropriately, have been proven to provide the necessary acceleration in tax dispute resolution. This study concludes with an analysis of the ideal arrangement for accelerating tax dispute resolution based on information technology, through analyzing the gap between current regulations and practices in tax dispute resolution.
