Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pusat Informasi Konseling Remaja (PIK-R) adalah suatu wadah yang dikembangkan dalam program GenRe, yang dikelola dari, oleh dan untuk remaja guna memebrikan pelayanan informasi dan konseling kepada remaja salah satunya upaya pendewasaan usia perwakinan untuk meminimalkan kejadian dari pernikahan usia dini. Kejadian pernikahan usia 15-19 tahun pada tahun 2018 Barito Kuala menduduki peringkat tertinggi sedangkan pada tahun 2022 barito Kuala menduduki peringkat ke 12.Tujuan: Mengetahui peranan Pusat Informasi Konseling remaja (PIK R) dalam meminimalkan kejadian pernikahan usia dini di Barito Kuala.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, informan dalam penelitian sebanyak lima orang informan utama dan empat orang informan triangulasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dengan analisis isi.Hasil: Pernikahan usia dini yang terjadi di Barito Kuala masih sering terjadi dengan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhinya yaitu pengetahuan, pergaulan, orang tua dan kebiasaan turun-temurun. Peran dari PIK R sendiri sudah cukup baik, namun SDM untuk PIK masih kurang, sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan masih sangat terbatas.Simpulan: Pusat Informasi Konseling Remaja di Barito Kuala berperan dalam meminimalkan kejadian pernikahan di usia dini.Saran: Diharapkan untuk meningkatkan promosi PIK R di kalangan remaja, agar peranan dari PIK R sendiri bisa terjalankan dengan baik Kata Kunci: pernikahan usia dini, Pusat Informasi Konseling Remaja (PIK R), remaja ABSTRACT Background: The youth counseling information center (PIK R) is a vessel developed in genre, run of, by, and for youth to provide information services and counseling to youth, one of which is an  effort to increase the age of the delegation to minimize incidents of premature marriage. The incidence of a 15-19 - year - old wedding in 2018 named Barito Kuala finished its high rating by 2022; Barito Kuala received its 12th.Objective: Knowing the role of the youth counseling information center (PIK R) in minimizing youth wedding events in Barito Kuala.Methods: Qualitative descriptive methods, Informant in research as many as five key informant and four persons informant triangulation. Data collection USES in-depth interviews with content analysis.Results: Early marriage that takes place in barito Kuala Lumpur is not uncommon with some factors affecting his knowledge, associations, parents, and past customs. Whereas the role of the PIK R itself was good enough, however, because human resources for PIK R were so small that service was still so limited.Conclusion: The role of the youth counseling information center in Barito Kuala plays in minimizing premature marriage events.Suggestion: It is hoped to enhance the PIK R promotion among teenagers, so that the role of PIK R properly carried out. Keywords: youth,  Youth Counseling Information Center (PIK R), Youth marriage,

Abstract

During the pandemic, banking services are required to be more accommodating to customer needs. One way to meet these demands is that banks must be able to optimize the use of their technology. As a state-owned bank, Bank Mandiri has started digital transformation with the launch of Livin' by Mandiri. This is ensured by prioritizing ease of access, innovation and data security. Banking digitalization has also proven to be important in implementing Bank Mandiri's sustainability initiatives. Digitalization makes it easier to support economic recovery during the pandemic, encourage the development of MSMEs, increase financial inclusion for marginalized communities. The problem that will be formulated in this research is the implementation of information transparency in relation to consumer protection. This research uses a quantitative analysis method based on the results of a questionnaire that will be distributed to students in Politeknik Negeri Jakarta who use the Livin' by Mandiri application. The research independent variable is information transparency and the dependent variable is consumer protection. The research results show that transparency of banking product information, transparency of consumer personal data have a significant impact on consumer protection.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of internal control and Management Accounting Information Systems (MAIS) characteristics on managerial performance with environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable. In this study, the object used is PT Pelabuhan Indonesia This study aims to determine the influence of internal control and Management Accounting Information Systems (MAIS) characteristics on managerial performance with environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable. In this study, the object used is PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Teluk Bayur. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method with certain criteria needed in this study. The sample determination method used in this study was a total sampling of 30 people. The analysis technique in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The study's results prove that internal control has an insignificant influence on managerial performance. In contrast, the characteristics of the management accounting information system have a significant effect on managerial performance. Environmental uncertainty does not moderate the relationship between internal control and managerial performance. However, environmental uncertainty moderates the relationship between accounting information system characteristics and managerial performance. (Persero) Regional 2 Teluk Bayur. Abstract

This journal article explores the role of accounting information in controlling adverse selection in financial markets. This study emphasizes the important role of accounting information transparency, disclosure, and regulatory frameworks in mitigating the risks associated with adverse selection. By providing reliable and timely accounting information, accounting practices help reduce information asymmetry among market participants, thereby minimizing adverse selection. Investor confidence is increased through access to high-quality accounting information, resulting in more informed decision making and reduced adverse selection. The research method used in writing this article is a qualitative method. This research uses a qualitative research approach using a scoping review approach. This research underscores the important role of accounting information and fair practices facilitated by effective accounting systems in overcoming the challenge of adverse selection. Overall, this research contributes to the understanding of how accounting information plays an important role in managing adverse selection and enhancing integrity in financial markets. Abstract

The stipulation of Permendagri Number 70 of 2019 concerning Regional Government Information Systems is the legal basis for each Regional Apparatus Organization to be obliged to provide regional government and regional finance information through one integrated system, namely SIPD. BKAD West Bandung Regency has implemented the SIKD system in early 2021 as a system, administers, that documents, and processes regional financial management data and other related data information presented to the public. The information system audit in this study was carried out using the COBIT 5 framework by selecting key IT processes in all EDM, APO, BAI, DSS, and MEA domains. The results showed that the maturity of the Regional Financial Information System was at level 2 with the "Managed Process" category, meaning that BKAD had implemented SIKD in a way that was properly managed, determined, controlled, and maintained in accordance with organizational goals, namely realizing good governance. based on the development of information technology. Although in the process of using it there are still some obstacles that are still not optimal and cannot be handled by top management.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 3 Watukumpul is a junior high school located in Bongas Village, Watukumpul District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java. This school has implemented website-based technology as a medium for conveying information, but the website is no longer usable. The data obtained from the interview results indicate the need for an academic information system website as a medium for disseminating information and managing academic data digitally. Based on the existing problems, researchers will re-create a website-based Academic Information System for SMP Negeri 3 Watukumpul as a medium for delivering information and managing academic data. This research uses the Extreme Programming method, which is one of the development methodologies of Agile Software Development Methodologies. The Extreme Programming method has several stages: Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. The system uses black box testing on student, admin, and teacher accounts. Blackbox testing on student accounts includes login, register, profile, news, wall magazine, course material, grades, contacts, and logout menus. Blackbox testing on teacher accounts consists of login menus, course materials, grades, and grade page details. Black box testing on admin accounts consists of login menus, school profiles, teachers and employees, news, wall magazines, extracurriculars, and lesson schedules. In testing this system, researchers use black box testing to test its functionality. The black box test from the student's account got a result of 100%, the black box test result from the teacher's account got 100%, and the black box test from the admin account was 98.57%. Thus, the average black box test result from the three users was 99.52%. With the existence of this school website, it is hoped that information dissemination activities and academic data management activities will become more effective and efficient.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive investigation into the development and evaluation of an information system designed to streamline administrative record-keeping within the veterinary clinic of DISNAKKAN Ciamis. The observation phase, involving in-depth discussions with veterinary clinic staff, underscored the imperative need for an information system to enhance the management of patient data, medical records, and cirobis records. Significantly, this system is custom-tailored to accommodate the unique background of veterinary clinic officers, ensuring user-friendliness and swift adoption. The literature study buttressed the case for digital record-keeping, offering a compelling argument for minimizing data discrepancies through digital database recording. The prototype method was employed to guide the development process, commencing with extensive communication and quick planning. UML diagrams provided a roadmap for system functionality. The resulting prototype system, featuring login mechanisms, data entry forms, and data display components, was designed to elevate administrative efficiency. The deployment of the system and its usability assessment using the SUS method shed light on the user experience. This research marks a significant stride in enhancing administrative record management at the veterinary clinic of DISNAKKAN Ciamis, improved data management and record-keeping, while setting a valuable precedent for future system development in similar contexts.

Abstract

The infrastructure supporting communities and educational institutions is necessary for the Industry 4.0 era to increase the productivity of educational institutions. The new student registration process at TK Al-Fath is still traditional. It has several shortcomings, such as repeated visits by parents during registration, repetitive information delivery, and unorganized documents, leading to difficulties in data summarization. A web-based system is required to assist TK Al-Fath and prospective students' parents in the new student admission process. This information system will be developed using the Agile development methodology, which will include stages of planning, implementation, software testing, documentation, and deployment. By applying the Agile methodology, the developed information system meets user needs and can be quickly adapted according to changes and feedback received during the development process. This system is limited to serving as an information and registration center, developed from observation, discussion, and literature study. In the final stage, Blackbox testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) were conducted. In the Blackbox testing, there were nine functionality testing scenarios, all of which resulted in a 'Successful' status after being tested by 20 respondents. The design and development of the Web-Based New Student Admission Information System at TK Al-Fath were completed and accepted by users, with a total UAT percentage of 93.58%, falling into the 'Very Good' category.

Abstract

The Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Management Group (KP-SPAMS) oversees the Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provision Program (PAMSIMAS), which is essential for providing clean water services to rural areas. Nevertheless, KP-SPAMS continues to face challenges related to operational transaction management, such as the documentation of customer data, water usage, invoicing, and financial reporting. This research aims to develop a web-based transaction information system, utilizing the Laravel framework and the Extreme Programming methodology, to meet the specific requirements of KP-SPAMS Sumber Waras located in Ngenep Village, Malang Regency. The Extreme Programming methodology facilitates adaptable and cooperative software development, enabling quick responses to evolving customer requirements. The system's primary functionalities are customer registration, water usage recording, automatic billing, and payment reporting. The implementation results indicate that this system may enhance operational efficiency, accountability, and traceability of all transaction processes in KP-SPAMS, facilitating improved decision-making and superior service quality for the community. User Acceptance Testing results show that 80% of users rated the system positively, with 53.33% agreeing and 26.67% strongly agreeing that the system meets their needs and provides a satisfactory experience. Only 6.67% of responses indicated dissatisfaction, and no respondents strongly disagreed, demonstrating that the system aligns well with user expectations and offers a solid foundation for future improvements.

Abstract

Natural disasters have a significant impact on public health, giving rise to various post-disaster illnesses. This study presents an automated information‑extraction framework based on Named Entity Recognition (NER), leveraging the IndoBERT model to identify disaster types, health impacts, and affected locations from online news reports. Data were gathered via web scraping from multiple reputable news portals and subsequently processed through tokenization, stop‑word removal, and lemmatization. Extracted entities were visualized via bar charts and word clouds to reveal disease patterns associated with each disaster type. Results indicate that floods have a significant public health impact, with skin diseases being the most prevalent, followed by diarrhea, fever, influenza, and Acute Respiratory Infections (ARIs). Volcanic eruptions are linked to health conditions such as ARI, hypertension, diarrhea, and influenza, whereas earthquakes show strong correlations with diarrhea, ARI, skin diseases, and fever. Droughts and landslides are closely associated with diarrheal outbreaks due to compromised sanitation resulting from limited access to clean water. Although less frequently reported, tsunamis also exhibit a notable association with cases of diarrhea. The proposed method achieves 90 % accuracy and an 88 % F1‑score. These findings confirm the effectiveness of our NER-based approach in detecting causal relationships between disasters and health outcomes, providing valuable insights for policymakers and healthcare professionals in designing targeted post-disaster mitigation and response strategies.
