Abstract

Industri konstruksi Indonesia tengah menghadapi tantangan klasik seperti keterlambatan proyek, efisiensi biaya, serta koordinasi lintas sektor yang masih lemah. Building Information Modeling (BIM) digunakan sebagai solusi inovatif melalui pendekatan digital dan kolaboratif. Pemerintah Indonesia, khususnya Kementerian PUPR, telah mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan untuk mendorong adopsi BIM, namun implementasinya di lapangan belum sepenuhnya optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan-kebijakan pemerintah dalam mendorong adopsi BIM, sekaligus membandingkannya dengan kondisi implementasi lapangan berdasarkan temuan pada penelitian terdahulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi dokumentasi terhadap 10 regulasi pemerintah dan analisis isi, serta didukung oleh analisis SWOT untuk melihat Strengths (Kekuatan), Weaknesses (Kelemahan), Opportunities (Peluang), Threats (Ancaman) pada isi dari peraturan yang telah dikeluarkan pemerintah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pemerintah telah menunjukkan komitmen kuat dalam bentuk pedoman, surat edaran, dan SOP teknis, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam konsolidasi regulasi, keterpaduan lintas sektor, dan kejelasan sanksi atau insentif. Selain itu, penerapan BIM saat ini masih terfokus pada proyek pemerintah dan belum menyentuh sektor swasta secara luas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan regulasi yang lebih mengikat, peningkatan kompetensi SDM, serta strategi transisi yang inklusif agar BIM benar-benar menjadi standar nasional dalam pengelolaan proyek infrastruktur di Indonesia.

Abstract

Information has been termed as power in the 21st century. Every century has its uniqueness, and the uniqueness of the 21st century is the availability, ease of access, proliferation, and strength of information. This study examines the sources of information among border communities in Yobe State. The study attempts to find out how people in border communities in Yobe State access information and the specific sources of information they have access to, including non-mass mediated channels and platforms.It also strives to ascertain if people in border communities in Yobe State get information on national issues and, if so, how frequently do they get information on national issues,as well as the level of influence of international broadcast organizations on the perceptions of people in border communities in Yobe State. The study adopts source credibility and source complementarity theories and employs multiple-stage sampling,in which cluster sampling, raffle method of simple random sampling, and convenient sampling were used. Based on the findings, many of the respondents in the selected local governments stated that they accessed information through mediums like radios, televisions, computers, or mobile devices but did not have access to information in their respective communities. The data shows that 48.6% of the respondents in the selected local governments in Yobe State have access to specific media through which they get information. Further, the findings show that Sahel FM is a major source of information in the state as attested by 55.7% of the respondents. The study concludes that there is a need for people in the state to have substantial access to information through local media on issues affecting them in the rural areas rather than depending on foreign stations for information.

Abstract

The quality of information presented in the financial statement is the most important thing for stakeholders in the business decision-making context. There has been a significant change in lease accounting practices due to changes in lease accounting standards for all business entities in countries that adopt IFRS. In 2017 the IASB published IFRS 16 Leases as new guidance on leases replacing IAS 17. DSAK IAI made adjustments related to IAS 17 to become PSAK 30, then based on the changes that emerged PSAK 30 was revoked and adjustments were made to IFRS 16 to become PSAK 73. These changes were based on to goal to comply with the qualitative characteristics of financial statements, Additionally. the lack of reflection of company performance in financial reports due to lease classification based on PSAK 30. This is a Qualitative method by using literature study, document, observation, and interview with key informants. The research object is advertising agency PT ABC. This study concluded that PT ABC accounting on the leasing transactions complies with PSAK 73, which its applications have implications in financial statements by comparing it using PSAK 30. The results of the objects the author examined show that PT ABC implemented PSAK 73 for its leasing transactions following the regulations in force in 2020 and 2021. Next related PT ABC's company performance has increased in all the ratios studied. The increase that appeared in the DER and DAR ratios was due to the disclosure of right-of-use assets and finance lease liabilities in the financial statements and then the increase that appeared in the ROA and ROE ratios was due to an increase in the company's loss/profit for the current.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of information clarity and government digital engagement on the digital resilience of urban communities, using the case study of the Jendela Pontianak Integrasi (JEPIN) platform. The research employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with WarpPLS 7.0, involving 100 respondents from the city of Pontianak. The results indicate that information clarity (β = 0.49; p < 0.001) and government digital engagement (β = 0.37; p < 0.001) have a positive and significant effect on digital resilience. The model demonstrates strong reliability (Composite Reliability: 0.847–0.914; Cronbach’s Alpha: 0.772–0.882), good validity (factor loading > 0.5; AVE > 0.5), and a high level of model fit (GoF = 0.569). The R² value of 0.517 shows that the model explains 51.7% of the variance in digital resilience, while the Q² value of 0.524 indicates predictive relevance. These findings underscore the importance of transparent information and active government engagement in enhancing citizens’ adaptability, problem-solving capacity, and critical digital literacy within the smart city ecosystem.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS/HMIS) is crucial in ensuring efficiency and quality in hospital services by integrating clinical and administrative functions. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of HMIS at Medan Adventist Hospital in 2025 using the Human-Organization-Technology Fit (HOT-Fit) framework. A descriptive design with total sampling was employed, involving 70 respondents comprising medical records staff, inpatient and outpatient registration staff, and ward officers. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire adapted from a validated instrument (validity 0.690–0.900; reliability 0.841–0.911) and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed a high level of implementation in all HOT-Fit domains: system use (85.7%), user satisfaction (84.3%), organizational structure (82.9%), organizational environment (87.1%), system quality (92.9%), information quality (91.4%), service quality (90.0%), and net benefit (87.1%). These findings indicate that HMIS has improved efficiency, coordination, and service quality at Medan Adventist Hospital. However, challenges remain, such as incomplete data entry, occasional system downtime, and limited IT support. Continuous improvement through training, infrastructure strengthening, and organizational commitment is needed to ensure the continued benefits of HMIS.

Abstract

Information asymmetry is a common barrier in selecting investors in the form of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), especially in the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contracts. This issue arises from the natural information advantage of the construction contractor and the incumbent investor in construction and operation. Although it does not stem from misconduct, such asymmetry still affects competitiveness and selection efficiency. The article analyzes the causes and legal consequences of this phenomenon through a comparative review of Vietnamese and Canadian legal frameworks while also assessing selected projects. The research methodology includes theoretical analysis, legal comparison, and a review of practical literature. The findings highlight the need for regulatory intervention to ensure fair competition, with the key solution being the establishment of obligations to share project data for potential investors.

Abstract

The increasing number of vehicles and limited transportation infrastructure are common problems at Nabire Airport, Central Papua Province. In the current parking area monitoring process, manual methods are still used to determine the number and availability of capacity in the parking area. The research process is carried out in several ways, such as recording the number of vehicles entering and directly observing the condition of the vehicles that are parked. The method of developing a parking slot availability information system using Arduino Uno at Nabire Airport, Central Papua Province, will follow an adaptive and responsive software development approach. The system development method used is the incremental model. This model was chosen because it allows for gradual system development, allowing for the addition of features iteratively based on user needs and feedback in the Purpose of Designing a Prototype of a Parking Slot Availability Information System Reducing Waiting Time Minimizing in Improving User Experience to Provide comfort and satisfaction to users by simplifying the Nabire Airport parking process 1.Optimizing Parking Slot Usage: Helping in better parking slot management.

Abstract

Library is a place to store book or non-books collections that can be used to research, read, and learn. At Bina Nusantara University, Anggrek campus, the library is also a space for discussion and sharing knowledge to each other. The spaces are large and includes large collection of books, causing considerable obstacles in the library of Bina Nusantara University Kampus Anggrek. This is because the important information for visitors has not been processed maximally. An open space at the library can be put with design information about the system of borrowing and returning books, also the other main services. We always see many signs in the street such as road sign, the rules in somewhere, or infographics of some directions. They are some example of information design. The library ofcourse can use that too to help the visitor in the library. For this research, we use the qualitative approach and the descriptive method by doing some observation in the library and some interview to students who visit the library, and also the Visual Communication Design lecture. So this research will discuss what are the information designs in the Library of Bina Nusantara University, Anggrek Campus and why the design of information is important.

Abstract

Pregnant women tend to be more concern with the health and food issue. During pregnancy, women will have physiological changes, such as intestinal disorders, metabolic diseases, and obesity. They tend to reduce consume of food with pregnancy-related health risk. In order to achieve a healthy pregnancy, information related to health and food issue are needed. Pregnant women were actively seek information from a variety of sources. The research method used is literature review, we would like to identify which source of information that most used by pregnant to meet their information need and how is their belief about the sources. The conclusion of this study that information required by pregnant women related with information regarding medicine or medication use in pregnancy, nutrition, and health disorders. Dominant information used by pregnant women were health practitioners, online information, and family/friends. Although used by many pregnant women, the internet believed as an unreliable source of health information. Health practitioners were the main trusted information sources. This study is essential for information provider in designing healthy living information and educating health literacy for pregnant women.
