Abstract

Institutional empowerment will push the improvement of farmer productivity which can affect the well-being of farmer life. The purpose of this article is to determine the role of institutions in the development of the Center for Agricultural Development Information in rural and the efforts that can be made to create synergy between institutions and PIPP. This paper uses a literature review by looking for relevant references according to existing problems. The data has been obtained are then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The results and discussion show that some of the institutions involved in the Agricultural Development Information Center (PIPP) are, universities, local governments, opinion leaders, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), farmer organizations (extension agents, farmer contacts, farmer group associations, (Gapoktan) and farmer groups). Empowering farmers through common perceptions and alignment of goals, strengthening institutions for the continuity and sustainability of resources and structuring institutional capacity, improving institutional management, improving leadership patterns, and transparency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors influencing user satisfaction with the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) in Central Sulawesi Province using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. This quantitative study employed a causal explanatory design with purposive sampling, involving 80 respondents consisting of Heads of Finance Subdivision and SIPD Operators from 40 Regional Device Organizations (OPD). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS software. The results indicate that accuracy, ease of use, timeliness, and IT infrastructure have a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, while content, format, and privacy and security have positive but non-significant effects. These findings emphasize the importance of accurate information, user-friendly systems, timely data presentation, and robust technological infrastructure in enhancing SIPD user satisfaction. This study contributes to the development of information system quality theory and offers practical implications for local governments to improve financial governance through infrastructure strengthening and continuous content enhancement.

Abstract

CV. Open The Sky is a construction service company facing challenges in project management and client communication due to manual systems. This leads to information delays, data duplication, and a lack of efficiency and transparency. This research aims to design and develop a web-based construction service information system to improve project management efficiency, accelerate administrative processes, and enhance communication. The methods used include observation, interviews, literature review, and a system design approach using UML. Development was carried out using the Laravel framework with a MySQL database, while system testing was conducted using the Black Box method. The results show the designed system can manage project data structurally, support real-time monitoring, and provide transparent information access to clients. With this system, CV. Open The Sky can improve operational performance, accelerate decision-making, and increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Dermaga Ujung merupakan dermaga yang berlokasi di Kota Surabaya, dermaga ini direncanakan untuk ditingkatkan kapasitasnya agar bisa digunakan oleh kapal yang berkapasitas lebih besar. Perencanaan proyek yang masih menggunakan cara konvensional dengan software 2D Computer-Aided Design (CAD)  yang tidak terintegrasi membuat perencanaan kurang efisien sehingga memperlambat durasi pengerjaan desain rencana. Oleh sebab itu, studi ini bertujuan memberikan alternatif solusi penerapan Building Information Modeling (BIM) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi perencanaan proyek sekaligus memberikan alternatif penjadwalan yang dapat mengurangi durasi dan biaya proyek. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan BIM dapat menjadi solusi keterbatasan data dan meningkatkan efisiensi pembuatan desain dan perhitungan volume pekerjaan dengan hasil rencana pekerjaan pengerukan sebesar 116.967,775 m3, kemudian alternatif percepatan penjadwalan dengan penambahan lembur merupakan yang paling optimal dan dapat menurunkan durasi proyek hingga 11,765% dengan biaya proyek berkurang sebesar 0,943% dibandingkan dengan estimasi awal. Manfaat dari studi ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi penggunaan BIM untuk efisiensi perencanaan dan alternatif percepatan yang optimum untuk meningkatkan kecepatan penyelesaian proyek dan pengurangan biaya proyek.

Abstract

This paper explores the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data Analytics for optimizing supply chain management. With increasing complexity in global supply chains, traditional information systems fall short in providing real-time visibility, accurate forecasting, and agile decision-making. IoT technology facilitates real-time data collection through sensors embedded in goods, vehicles, and production systems, while Big Data analytics processes these high-volume, real-time data streams to generate actionable insights. By integrating these technologies into a Management Information System (MIS), this paper proposes a framework that enhances supply chain visibility, forecasting accuracy, and responsiveness. The study examines how IoT-enabled sensors and big data analytics improve logistics, inventory management, and risk mitigation. Key challenges, including data security, interoperability, and infrastructure costs, are also addressed. The proposed MIS architecture offers a foundation for building smart, adaptive, and resilient supply chains, transforming decision-making from reactive to proactive. The findings suggest significant improvements in operational efficiency and supply chain agility. This paper concludes with implications for practitioners and calls for further empirical research to validate the proposed system in real-world settings.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with great potential to play a significant role in globalization. Indonesia's potential lies in its highly strategic territory, cultural and biological diversity, and abundant human resources. However, this enormous potential requires sound management to achieve prosperity for the Indonesian people. The government is the most important component in the state administration that runs the wheels of government. However, to date, the government is considered slow and ineffective in making strategic decisions. To make strategic decisions, tools are needed to assist leaders in carrying out their duties. This paper presents an EIS architectural design containing techniques and technologies divided into layers: collection, processing, analysis, presentation, and management. These layers are mutually supportive and integrated, serving as a guideline for the development of an Executive Information System (EIS) that functions to support strategic decision-making within the government sector.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Stunting merupakan gangguan pertumbuhan pada balita yang disebabkan oleh kondisi kurang gizi kronis dan masih menjadi masalah kesehatan global. Di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Manisa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, tercatat sebanyak 96 kasus stunting dari bulan Januari hingga September 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara akses informasi dan pengetahuan ibu dengan kejadian stunting pada balita. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 95 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan telaah pustaka. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square dengan SPSS versi 21. Hasil: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara akses informasi ibu dengan kejadian stunting (p=0.359), dan pengetahuan ibu juga tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan (p=0.438). Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara akses informasi dan pengetahuan ibu dengan kejadian stunting, yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua faktor tersebut saja belum cukup dalam mencegah stunting tanpa dukungan dari aspek lain seperti perilaku dan kondisi lingkungan.   Introduction: Stunting is a growth disorder in toddlers caused by chronic malnutrition and remains a global health problem. In the working area of the Manisa Health Center, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, 96 stunting cases were recorded from January to September 2024. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal access to information and knowledge with the incidence of stunting in toddlers. Method: This research employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 95 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, documentation, and literature review. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test with SPSS version 21. Results: There is no association between mothers' access to information and the incidence of stunting (p=0.359), while mothers' knowledge also does not show a significant association (p=0.438). Conclusion: There is no significant association between mothers' access to information and knowledge with the incidence of stunting, indicating that these two factors alone are not sufficient to prevent stunting without support from other aspects such as behavior and environmental conditions.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of data warehousing and the application of Neural Networks methods in analyzing bicycle travel app user data, with a focus on enhancing the annual membership of app users in North America.Design/methodology/approach: This study utilizes a dataset that includes membership and usage data from relevant bicycle travel apps. It involves comparing the performance of different Neural Networks architectures, such as Feedforward Neural Networks, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), and other suitable models, to evaluate their effectiveness in predicting user membership.Findings/result: The analysis results demonstrate that the implementation of Neural Networks can improve prediction accuracy, with the most effective model achieving 76.03% accuracy. The research also highlights the importance of preprocessing steps, such as data normalization and transformation, in contributing significantly to model performance. However, challenges such as overfitting were identified, suggesting the need for further testing with model and parameter variations.Originality/value/state of the art: This research provides valuable insights for application developers and policy makers, helping them create data-driven strategies to improve the bicycle travel management information system. It also supports efforts to sustainably grow user membership. The study contributes to the field by exploring the practical application of Neural Networks for data analysis in the context of bicycle travel management, filling a gap in current research on effective predictive models for user membership growth.

Abstract

Purpose: Web-based information systems have become an essential bridge for facilitating accessibility and the use of information. However, with the convenience of access and usage, serious threats related to data security in web systems have also emerged. These threats may arise due to vulnerabilities in the web system, which can be exploited by irresponsible parties to carry out cyberattacks aimed at stealing, damaging, or altering the available information. Therefore, this research is conducted as a preventive measure against these threats through preventive actions by analyzing security vulnerabilities on websites using penetration testing, one of which utilizes the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP).Design/methodology/approach: Security analysis of information systems using OWASP ZAP with a penetration testing method.Findings/result: The testing results and analys conducted on the target website of the web-based electronic archiving system, http://silancarbedas.bandungkab.go.id/, revealed 13 security vulnerabilities categorized under several OWASP ZAP 10:2021 frameworks. Based on these findings, several suggestions or recommendations have been provided to address the website vulnerabilities, which can be used by the website developers to enhance the site's securityOriginality/value/state of the art: Vulnerability testing on the web-based electronic archiving information system at http://silancarbedas.bandungkab.go.id/ has not been conducted previously.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keahlian matematika siswa SD di Kelompok Tani Hutan Gintung,Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan. Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang penggunakan kemajuan teknologi sudah mulai digunakan untuk pembelajaran. Namun masih ada yang hanya menggunakan cara klasikal dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran. Melalui PKM ini peserta diajarkan keahlian matematika dengan menggunakan media berbasi Information dan technology dengan VBA Microsoft Excel. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan antusia peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran dengan media VBA Microsoft Excel. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat membantu peserta yaitu anak-anak di kelompok Tani Hutan Gintung dalam menambah keahlian matematika merek
