Abstract

The entire spectrum of the nation's colors is a media target that is carefully considered. News programs or political information are presented to audiences of all ages, including the youth. The fact is that news programs and political information also target the youth as an undeniable market. Furthermore, the youth serve as educators for their children. A competent successor generation is needed in various fields, and this also requires the role of parents, especially the youth. The issue of the ability to use media is also one of the crucial aspects in the media literacy education process. To ensure this, it is not enough to only disseminate information but also to actively and continuously ensure the implementation of media literacy education to enhance the activities of citizens, both individually and collectively. The title of this community service is Information Literacy Training on Political "Hoax" for Youth in the Indonesian Community Organization (PERMAI) of Penang Island.

Abstract

As a maritime country, Indonesia has abundant marine biodiversity, encompassing sea turtles, whose dwindling numbers have serious ecosystem effects. Conservation work is done in various locales, including Pantai Taman Kili-kili, Trenggalek, where the Community Monitoring Group (Pokmaswas) has set up conservation measures. But conservation is hard work, especially doing it well enough so numbers don't keep declining. There's limited human resources and that means conservation in real time works better if done with smart tools. The Pokmaswas needs a system for making recording and reporting almost instantaneous so that any trouble making a dive at the beach is reported posthaste. In developing this system, researchers using the waterfall approach, resulting in a web-based application built using the Next.js framework with an atomic design system. To evaluate system acceptance, Blackbox testing was conducted with 17 test points, achieving a 100% success rate. Whitebox testing included 16 test points, also yielding a 100% success rate. For user acceptance testing, two aspects were assessed: functional and non-functional testing. The functional testing consisted of 14 test points, with a 97.6% success rate. The non-functional testing get 91,7% score

Abstract

The skincare industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, driven by increasing public awareness of skin health and evolving beauty standards, especially among younger consumers. Amid intense competition and the rise of local brands, understanding the factors that influence purchase intention is crucial for brand sustainability. This study investigates the influence of brand reputation, information quality, product availability, and perceived behavioral control on consumer purchase intention toward Somethinc, one of Indonesia’s leading local skincare brands. Employing a quantitative approach with a causal research design, data were collected from 185 respondents in Jakarta who had previously purchased and used Somethinc products. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4. The results show that brand reputation and product availability have a significant and positive impact on purchase intention, emphasizing the importance of brand trust and product accessibility. In contrast, information quality and perceived behavioral control did not show a significant effect, suggesting that emotional and brand-driven factors may outweigh technical or rational considerations in skincare purchases. These findings offer valuable insights for marketers to refine branding and distribution strategies in a highly competitive beauty market.

Abstract

GBL Chicken Modayag is a micro-scale culinary business that still relies on manual transaction recording and has not optimally utilized digital media for sales and marketing activities. This condition leads to a high risk of data loss, limited promotional reach, and ineffective dissemination of menu and promotional information to customers. This study aims to design a web and mobile-based sales information system interface as a digital solution to these problems. The research method includes direct observation and interviews with the business owner to analyze the existing system, followed by the design of a proposed system using flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and user interface design developed with Figma. The results of this study produce a sales information system design that supports menu management, online and offline ordering, transaction processing, sales reporting, and communication through a chat feature involving multiple user roles, namely admin, cashier, courier, and customer. The proposed system design is expected to improve sales management efficiency, reduce the risk of transaction data loss, and expand the marketing reach of MSMEs through web and mobile-based digital platforms. However, this study is limited to the design stage and does not include system implementation or usability evaluation, so the results serve as a conceptual reference for future development and testing.

Abstract

The rapid digitization of modern work systems enhances connectivity but introduces the challenge of digital information overload, characterized by excessive message streams that disrupt concentration and psychological stability. This study examines the influence of digital communication culture on information overload and its impact on employee productivity and mental health, alongside the regulatory role of office management. Employing a Systematic Literature Review method with a descriptive-qualitative approach, this research synthesizes data from scientific literature indexed in Sinta and Scopus from 2020 to 2025 using thematic content analysis. The findings reveal that unstructured digital interaction and high message intensity correlate with increased work stress and diminished efficiency. Conversely, effective office management strategies, such as structured communication protocols and digital literacy enhancement, mitigate these negative effects while maintaining productivity and mental well-being. The study concludes that managerial intervention is crucial for designing digital communication policies that regulate information flow, ensuring technology supports rather than hinders the psychological balance of employees in hybrid and remote work environments.
