Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internet culture on the morality and spiritual values of young people in the context of the contemporary information society. The research focuses on how digital technologies, social networks, and online communication reshape youth value orientations, ethical behavior, and spiritual consciousness. A qualitative analytical method was employed through literature review and comparative analysis of recent interdisciplinary studies in sociology, media studies, education, and cultural philosophy published between 2020 and 2024. The findings reveal that internet culture exerts a dual influence on youth morality: while it contributes to the spread of individualism, moral relativism, and weakening of empathy, it also offers significant opportunities for moral education, spiritual development, and value-based social engagement when guided appropriately. The study concludes that strengthening spiritual immunity, media literacy, and ethical responsibility is essential to mitigating the negative effects of digital environments. Integrating national and universal moral values into digital education strategies is crucial for fostering spiritually resilient and ethically responsible youth in the information society.

Abstract

This research focuses on efforts to mitigate credit risks and improve the quality of loan portfolios in areas with low levels of financial literacy. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the use of the Financial Information Service System (FISS) helps in the process of verifying the character of prospective debtors, analyzing payment capacity, and assessing risks in credit historically. In addition, the system accelerates decision-making in granting credit and reduces the likelihood of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). The problems are the lack of access to digital technology services, the weak public understanding of the history of credit emergence, and the increase in the capacity of officers are still quite serious obstacles. This research underlines FISS in certification as a banking information center that has an impact on credit assessment in a bank clearly and more effectively, and greatly contributes to banking risk control at the regional level.

Abstract

This study examines the development of a Visual Question Answering (VQA) system to extract information from images of Makassar culinary specialties by combining the Vision Transformer (ViT) and Cahya_GPT-2 models. The main objective is to integrate visual and natural language understanding so that computers can recognize visual objects (food images) and generate relevant text descriptions. The research method uses an experimental approach with a fine-tuning process of the pre-trained ViT model as a visual encoder and Cahya_GPT-2 as a text decoder. The dataset used includes images of Makassar culinary specialties such as Coto, Konro, Pisang Epe, Barongko, and Jalangkote with question and answer (QnA) annotations. Evaluation is carried out using the ROUGE metric to assess the semantic match between the model's answers and the actual answers. The results show that the developed multimodal model is able to accurately understand the image context with an average ROUGE-L score of 0.63, indicating a good level of closeness between the model's answers and the annotations. In conclusion, the combination of ViT and Cahya_GPT-2 can be an effective approach for natural language-based visual information extraction systems, especially in the Indonesian local culinary domain

Abstract

This study examines the influence of organizational culture and information technology on institutional policies and lecturer performance in undergraduate Management study programs at private universities in Indonesia. It also explores the mediating role of institutional policies in the relationship between organizational culture, information technology, and lecturer performance. A quantitative descriptive survey approach was employed, with data collected via questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4. The bootstrapping technique tested the significance of the construct relationships. Findings reveal that organizational culture and information technology significantly influence institutional policies and directly enhance lecturer performance. However, institutional policies do not significantly affect lecturer performance and do not mediate the relationship between organizational culture and information technology with lecturer performance. This study contributes original insights by integrating organizational culture, information technology, and institutional policy into a single model for analyzing lecturer performance.

Abstract

Although digital technology has made it easier for us to access knowledge, libraries now face real challenges to remain present in the hearts of the public. Behind the sophistication of online services, we still encounter the fact that interest in reading and physical visits to literacy spaces is still quite low, so libraries need to continue to improve so that they remain a lively and relevant place for human learning needs. This research touches on the human side in the academic world by exploring how a person's habits and social background affect the way he uses the library. Through Pierre Bourdieu's perspective, it is studied that access to knowledge is not just a matter of the availability of facilities, but is highly determined by life experiences, culture, and social networks that shape a person's behavior in learning. This research is qualitative with an exploratory and interpretive approach to systematic literature observation. Secondary data for this study, namely articles from empirical primary studies published in academic journals, conference proceedings, and related theses or dissertations. The results of the study show that the low number of visits to the library is actually rooted in deep social problems, where there is often a gap between people's living habits and the way libraries provide their services. In order not to feel unfamiliar, libraries must move from just a book provider to a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone with diverse backgrounds in their life stories. The future of libraries is no longer measured only by the sophistication of its facilities, but by its ability to embrace every individual to feel belonging and welcome in it.
