Abstract

The continuous expansion of data-intensive computational information systems has intensified the demand for high performance efficiency, scalability, and optimal resource utilization, while traditional heuristic-based optimization methods often lack analytical rigor and consistency when applied to increasingly complex and dynamic computational environments. This study proposes a systematic calculus-based analytical framework to enhance performance efficiency by utilizing derivatives and integrals as fundamental tools for modeling system behavior, analyzing performance dynamics, and identifying optimal operational conditions. Through an extensive and structured review of authoritative books and peer-reviewed scientific literature, the study examines how calculus-based methods enable precise evaluation of performance sensitivity, rates of change, and cumulative resource consumption over time. The findings indicate that calculus-based optimization significantly improves key performance indicators, including response time, throughput, scalability, and resource efficiency, particularly in modern computing contexts such as cloud computing, distributed systems, big data platforms, and machine learning applications. Furthermore, gradient-based techniques grounded in calculus are shown to enhance computational efficiency, system adaptability, and predictive accuracy in intelligent information systems. Overall, this study demonstrates that integrating calculus-based analytical approaches provides a rigorous and systematic foundation for performance optimization, supports the development of efficient and scalable computational information systems, and offers a strong theoretical basis for future research on hybrid optimization frameworks that combine mathematical modeling with emerging computational paradigms.

Abstract

The stock management process is essential for SMEs, as one SME in Bandung employs a manual approach that often requires considerable time and data collection.  The swift progression of technology facilitates the presentation of information with ease, speed, and efficiency.  Manual stock management can be converted into a computerised system referred to as stock management information systems.  A technology-driven stock management system will enhance efficiency by supplanting the manual system with a systematic approach.  This project aims to analyze and develop a web-based stock management information system suitable for a small to medium-sized enterprise in Bandung. The research conducted is descriptive and utilises a qualitative methodology.  The inventory management approach employed is FIFO (First In First Out), whereas the system development methodology adheres to the Waterfall SDLC model.  Flowcharts, entity relationship diagrams, and data flow diagrams underpin the design.  This stock management system is constructed with PHP as the programming language, Visual Studio Code as the code editor, XAMPP as the web server, and MySQL as the database.  The implementation of the FIFO approach in inventory management is expected to resolve problems associated with dim sum being stored for extended periods in the warehouse, resulting from the prior flow of items, thereby enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of stock management.  This research should be further developed into a mobile application to provide user access via cellphones.

Abstract

Manual administrative processes in Poncokusumo Village have long been a source of inefficiency, resulting in common problems such as service delays, restricted public access to information, and difficulties with data archiving. To tackle these issues, this study set out to analyze the impact of the Sistem Informasi Manajemen Desa/Kelurahan (SIMDEK) on the effectiveness of village administration. The research employed the Community-Based Participatory Action Research (CBPAR) method, utilizing a combination of questionnaires and the Wilcoxon test to assess the understanding of the SIMDEK website among village officials and residents. The primary goal was to see if the system could genuinely improve administrative efficiency and transparency. The findings from the data analysis were compelling. The study's results demonstrated that the SIMDEK training had a significant positive effect on improving the understanding of village residents. This was statistically confirmed by an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value that was smaller than the significance level α, which is the standard measure for statistical significance. Based on these outcomes, the conclusion is clear: the implementation of SIMDEK can markedly improve the speed of services, the accuracy of data processing, and the transparency of information within Poncokusumo Village. This study holds significant implications, providing a strong case for village governments to expand the use of SIMDEK. Doing so is not just a technological upgrade; it represents a strategic and necessary step toward the broader digital transformation of public services, ensuring a more responsive and accountable local government for the community.

Abstract

This study attempts to build a new model for information service financing schemes by considering utility functions to measure heterogeneous consumer satisfaction. This model was developed by involving a combination of reverse charging, demand response, and heterogeneous incentive models, and considering the quality of user service measured by a quasi-linear utility function against the information service financing scheme. The incentive financing scheme is applied to a local data server, including traffic during peak hours and off-peak hours. This internet incentive financing model is solved using the LINGO 13.0 application. Furthermore, the development model for incentive financing for information services based on demand response and bundling in the information service financing scheme is subjected to sensitivity analysis with the aim of identifying parameters that affect model performance. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results of this study indicate that the new model in the incentive financing scheme for information services with a quasi-linear utility function involving a combination of reverse charging, demand response, and heterogeneous incentive models produces an optimal solution in a fixed cost financing scheme for data traffic usage during peak hours and off-peak hours.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the temporal patterns of the top ten diseases reported at Darussalam Community Health Center in 2025 using routine health information system (RHIS) data. Understanding disease patterns over time is essential for strengthening primary health care services, improving disease prevention strategies, and supporting evidence-based decision-making at the local level. By examining temporal variations in morbidity, this study seeks to identify priority health problems and periods of increased disease burden that require targeted interventions. This study employed a quantitative descriptive epidemiological approach with a retrospective design. Secondary data were obtained from RHIS records of outpatient visits at Darussalam Community Health Center for the period January–December 2025. The study population comprised all recorded morbidity cases during the study period. A total population approach was used, and the top ten diseases were identified based on the highest cumulative number of reported cases. Data were analyzed using descriptive epidemiological methods, including monthly and quarterly trend analysis, and were presented in the form of tables and temporal distributions to illustrate disease patterns over time. The findings showed that a limited number of disease categories accounted for the majority of outpatient visits in 2025. Acute respiratory infections consistently ranked as the leading cause of morbidity and exhibited clear temporal variation, with higher incidence during specific months. Non-communicable diseases, particularly hypertension and diabetes mellitus, demonstrated stable patterns throughout the year, indicating a persistent demand for chronic disease management. Gastrointestinal and skin-related diseases showed seasonal fluctuations, with increased cases during certain periods. Overall, the highest disease burden was observed in the later months of the year. This study highlights the value of RHIS data in identifying temporal disease patterns at the primary health care level. Regular analysis of routine morbidity data can enhance service responsiveness, support targeted preventive and promotive interventions, and improve resource allocation. Integrating temporal analysis into routine monitoring activities is essential for strengthening evidence-based primary health care planning.

Abstract

Efficient and accessible civil service is an important aspect of a country's development. Indonesia, as a country with a large and diverse civil service and a vast territory, faces complex challenges in providing equitable access to civil service for all civil servants. However, with rapid advances in information and communication technology, electronic-based government systems have emerged as a potential solution to improve service accessibility in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to evaluate electronic-based government systems in improving the accessibility of public services in Indonesia and the benefits generated for the civil service (ASN). The Civil Service Information System (SIASN) is a digital platform developed by the State Civil Service Agency to manage ASN data and information in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the SIASN-based name and NIP correction service policy based on State Civil Service Agency Regulation Number 7 of 2023. This study uses a descriptive analytical approach by collecting data through literature studies and analysis of related documents. The results show that electronic-based government systems play an important role in improving the accessibility of public services and civil service in Indonesia. By reducing physical barriers, increasing efficiency, and providing additional benefits such as transparency and more active public participation, these systems can accelerate public service processes and increase the satisfaction of the civil service. To optimize the role of the electronic-based government system, joint efforts are needed between the civil service (ASN) and personnel managers in improving infrastructure, digital literacy, and data protection in order to accelerate personnel services in terms of correcting the names and NIP of civil servants (ASN) through the SKK SIASN application of the Civil Service National.

Abstract

The rapid development of social commerce on TikTok has changed consumer purchasing behavior in Indonesia, but the mediating role of customer engagement between video information quality, perceived authenticity, and purchase intention remains underexplored, especially for premium sneaker brands like Kick Avenue. This study aims to analyze the mediating effect of customer engagement on the influence of Video Information Quality (VIQ) and Perceived Authenticity (PA) on Purchase Intention (PI). Using an explanatory quantitative design with a cross-sectional online survey (n=240 purposive samples of TikTok users aged ≥17 who viewed Kick Avenue content), data were collected through a 20-item Likert-4 scale questionnaire adapted from validated sources and analyzed with SEM-PLS on SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed significant direct effects (VIQ→PI β=0.386; PA→PI β=0.450; CE→PI β=0.394, all p<0.001) and partial mediation (VIQ→CE→PI β=0.174; PA→CE→PI β=0.107, p<0.001), explaining 69.2% of the variance in CE and 41.8% of the variance in PI (Q²=0.821). In conclusion, quality and authentic video content drives engagement to increase purchase intention, providing guidance for TikTok strategies for retailers.
