Abstract

This community service program aimed at enhancing digital marketing and information systems in Desa Balongdowo, Sidoarjo, to foster economic growth and improve access to essential services. The local economy, primarily based on seafood processing, particularly kupang products, faced limited market reach due to traditional marketing methods. Consequently, this initiative sought to empower local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by introducing digital marketing strategies, utilizing platforms like TikTok and e-commerce sites such as Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Shopee. Additionally, a digital information portal was developed to centralize information regarding village activities, health services, and business opportunities. The program’s methodology included workshops and seminars on digital marketing, e-commerce, and information systems, followed by hands-on sessions for creating digital content and managing online transactions. The implementation began with training MSMEs on digital tools and website development, while also providing technical support for local entrepreneurs to establish online presences. A participatory approach was adopted, ensuring that the community was actively involved throughout the process. The results of the program were positive, with participants demonstrating significant improvements in digital marketing skills and the successful establishment of e-commerce platforms. Furthermore, the village’s information portal was launched, providing residents and outsiders with vital community updates. The program concluded with evaluations that showed increased awareness and adoption of digital tools, thereby enhancing MSME competitiveness and community welfare. In conclusion, the initiative proved effective in empowering Desa Balongdowo’s community by improving digital marketing capabilities and establishing a digital information system. Future efforts should focus on continuous training and infrastructure improvements to ensure sustainable progress

Abstract

For more than seven decades, Singapore has dominated the management of Indonesia's Flight Information Region (FIR). This situation raises serious questions about air sovereignty and the supremacy of the national constitution. It stems from concerns about the delegation of FIR to foreign authorities, which is considered to disregard the basic principles of state sovereignty in the constitution and has the potential to weaken the legitimacy of the country's strategic policies. This study uses a legal-normative method with a conceptual and meta-constitutional approach to examine the constitutional and moral validity of the 2022 Indonesia-Singapore FIR Agreement. This approach allows researchers to criticize the reduction of the constitution to a mere procedural instrument and evaluate the extent to which the agreement reflects the principles of pactum subjectionis and leges fundamentalis. The results of the study show that the transfer of FIR has no objective technical basis and contradicts Article 1 of the 1944 Chicago Convention and Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of reconstructing the meaning of air sovereignty through a meta-constitutional approach so that the state does not lose its normative foundation in the face of geopolitical compromises. This study contributes to the discourse on renewing the paradigm of constitutional law to be more reflective, civilized, and rooted in the will of the people. Selama lebih dari tujuh dekade, Singapura telah mendominasi pengelolaan Flight Information Region (FIR) Indonesia. Situasi ini menimbulkan pertanyaan serius tentang kedaulatan udara dan supremasi konstitusi nasional. Berawal dari kecemasan mengenai pendelegasian FIR kepada otoritas asing yang dinilai mengabaikan prinsip dasar kedaulatan negara dalam konstitusi dan berpotensi melemahkan legitimasi kebijakan strategis negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis-normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual dan meta-konstitusional untuk membedah keabsahan konstitusional dan moral dari Perjanjian FIR Indonesia–Singapura tahun 2022. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengkritik reduksi konstitusi menjadi sekadar instrumen prosedural dan mengevaluasi sejauh mana kesepakatan tersebut mencerminkan prinsip pactum subjectionis dan leges fundamentalis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengalihan FIR tidak memiliki dasar teknis yang objektif dan bertentangan dengan Pasal 1 Chicago Convention 1944 serta Pasal 33 ayat (3) UUD 1945. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya rekonstruksi pemaknaan kedaulatan udara melalui pendekatan meta-konstitusional agar negara tidak kehilangan fondasi normatif dalam menghadapi kompromi geopolitik. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada wacana pembaruan paradigma hukum tata negara yang lebih reflektif, berkeadaban, dan berakar pada kehendak rakyat.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual merupakan salah satu kejahatan besar yang dampaknya bisa mempengaruhi mental dan kerusakan tatanan sosial bangsa Indonesia. Kekerasan seksual di lingkungan perguruan tinggi merupakan sebuah situasi sangat familiar di masyarakat Indonesia. Berdasarkan data dari Komnas Perempuan peningkatan penerimaan pengaduan ke Komnas Perempuan di tahun 2021 sebesar 1933 kasus atau setara dengan 81%. Peningkatan pengaduan tersebut menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi Komnas Perempuan, bila dihitung dari 263 hari kerja pada 2021, maka rata-rata kasus yang harus direspon Komnas Perempuan berjumlah sekitar 16 kasus/per hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan tentang pasal pasal yang berkaitan dengan kekerasan seksual, memberikan kenyaman dan keamanan data diri dalam penggunaan, Memberikan perlindungan dan pendampingan saat terjadinya kekerasan seksual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Design Thinking, yang melibatkan pemahaman dan pendefinisian konteks pengguna, pendefinisian kebutuhan pengguna dan organisasi, penentuan solusi desain yang dihasilkan dan evaluasi desain kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

This study analyses the influence of human resource competence and information technology utilisation on the accuracy of treasurer accountability reporting in the Jayapura Regency Government, as well as testing the role of organisational commitment as a moderating variable. The study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. A sample of 160 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula, and data was collected through questionnaires administered to regional financial management officials/employees. Analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and interaction (moderation) tests with the aid of statistical software. The results show that human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on the accuracy of treasurer accountability reporting (p<0.05), and the use of information technology also has a positive and significant effect (p<0.05). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on reporting accuracy (p<0.05).

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to create a web-based computerized system, fund internet installation costs, conduct outreach and analyze the contribution of the school information system to RA Al-Hida's progress, improve the quality of education for each student, and increase global prosperity by improving the standard of living for teachers and staff. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and surveys. The methods used in developing this system include system development and implementation, as well as system testing and use. The trial implementation of this system was carried out for 10 days. The test reliability of the system, a survey was conducted using Google Forms with 4 questions and the rating scale of 1-5. The subjects were teachers and parents, consisting of 3 teachers and 3 parents. The results of this study are the creation of an integrated and comprehensive school management information system and learning management system that can improve the quality of education for students, teachers and parents understand the use of the system, and improve the standard of living for teachers and staff, thereby creating global prosperity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Government Internal Control System (SPIP) components control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring on the financial management performance of Jambi Provincial Government, as well as to examine human resource capacity as a moderating variable. The study employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal research design. A saturated sampling technique was used, involving all 100 employees of BPKPD Jambi Province. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS, preceded by data quality and classical assumption tests. The findings reveal that all SPIP components have a significant effect on financial management performance. The control environment, risk assessment, and control activities show significant negative effects, while information and communication, as well as monitoring, demonstrate significant positive effects. An R² value of 0.834 indicates that the five SPIP variables explain 83.4% of performance variance. Human resource capacity does not moderate most relationships, but negatively moderates the effect of monitoring. This study highlights the crucial role of effective SPIP implementation and continuous human resource development in ensuring strong financial management performance in regional governments.

Abstract

Sistem pendidikan ini mengalami kemajuan pesat seiring dengan perkembangan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis Informatin and Communication Technology (ICT) yang berpotensi besar mengubah cara belajar dan memperoleh informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui landasan pembelajaran PAI berbasis ICT, model pembelajaran yang diterapkan, serta peran kepala sekolah, guru, dan stakeholder dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI berbasis ICT di sekolah tersebut berjalan dengan baik, sejalan dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional, dan mampu menghasilkan capaian belajar peserta didik yang melampaui standar KKM.

Abstract

Community management in residential areas often relies on manual paper-based administration, leading to inefficiency, unclear financial records, data loss, and limited transparency, which undermine good governance and residents’ trust. This study aims to develop a web-based neighborhood (RT/RW) management information system to improve administrative effectiveness, financial transparency, and service quality. The system was built using CodeIgniter, PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, and jQuery, applying the Agile development method to ensure flexibility and iterative improvement through continuous feedback between the developers and the community. The development process consisted of planning, design, coding, testing, and release stages, with flowcharts and wireframes supporting interface design and black box testing used for functional validation. The system was evaluated using a user-centered usability assessment (System Usability Scale – SUS), obtaining an average score of 82.5, which falls under the Excellent category. In addition, the financial reporting process time was reduced from three days to one hour, and data entry errors decreased by 90%, proving that the system significantly improves operational efficiency and transparency compared to manual methods. In conclusion, the combination of Agile methodology and lightweight frameworks such as CodeIgniter successfully delivers a responsive, transparent, and user-oriented information system that enhances trust and collaboration within the community. Future development will focus on integrating QRIS, e-wallets, and bank transfers to further streamline financial transactions and support sustainable digital transformation in community management.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an example of the application of a Management Information System (MIS) and digital transformation in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) Chicken Crunchy Roll, which previously operated using manual methods. This effort is intended to improve operational efficiency, data security, and financial information management within the enterprise. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through observation and direct interviews with the business owner to obtain an overview of the enterprise’s condition and its MIS implementation. The results indicate that financial recording at Chicken Crunchy Roll MSMEs is still conducted manually and not performed on a regular basis. However, the enterprise has utilized social media, specifically Instagram, as a promotional tool, and adopted QRIS-based digital payments for non-cash transactions. The owner has not yet implemented a point-of-sale (POS) application or cloud computing technology, which limits the business’s ability to manage data efficiently and streamline administrative processes. The implementation of an MIS is considered capable of enhancing operational effectiveness, data protection, and the accuracy of financial reporting. Therefore, it is necessary to develop digital transformation strategies for MSMEs to enable adaptation to technological changes and strengthen their competitive advantage.
