Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mobile memberikan kontribusi besar dalam transformasi model bisnis pada era digital, terutama bagi UMKM yang membutuhkan efisiensi operasional dan perluasan pasar dengan biaya rendah. Sistem informasi berbasis mobile tidak hanya mendukung pemasaran, tetapi juga memperkuat sistem informasi manajemen melalui penyediaan informasi real-time untuk pengambilan keputusan. Namun, implementasi platform digital seperti layanan pemesanan makanan daring memerlukan strategi manajemen perubahan yang tepat untuk mengatasi resistensi dan keterbatasan kemampuan teknologi pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus pada UMKM Chicken Crunchy Roll dengan wawancara dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi mobile mampu memperluas jangkauan layanan, meningkatkan transaksi, serta memperbaiki pencatatan penjualan secara digital. Keberhasilan transformasi digital juga ditentukan oleh pendampingan, penyederhanaan prosedur, dan peningkatan motivasi pemilik usaha. Integrasi teknologi mobile dan manajemen perubahan terbukti meningkatkan daya saing serta efektivitas sistem pengendalian manajemen UMKM.

Abstract

Tanah Merah is a sub-district located at Jl. G. Siinabung No.1, Tanah Merah, South Binjai District, Binjai City. This paper discusses a web-based information system for economic and development services (Ekobang) in Tanah Merah sub-district, Binjai City. From the research conducted, it is concluded that the current data processing system still utilizes Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, which, as we know, lack integrated databases, thus leading to potential data redundancy. To address this issue, a web-based Ekobang service information system was designed to facilitate residents in applying for IMB (Building Construction Permit) and SKU (Certificate of Business Domicile) recommendations quickly and easily. The developed system includes data input modules for IMB recommendations, SKU data, EKOBANG data, and user data. This service system was built using PHP and JavaScript programming languages with MySQL as the database. The testing results indicate that the system helps reduce the risk of data duplication.

Abstract

Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) of Village Credit Agency (BKD) Kaligayam Unit plays an important role in supporting the rural economy through microfinance services, such as saving funds and providing loans. However, the administration system currently used is still manual and not integrated, resulting in various obstacles such as recording errors, late reporting, and the risk of data loss. This study aims to analyze the ongoing savings and loan information system, identify weaknesses in the administration process, and provide recommendations for designing a more effective and efficient digital system. The research methods used are direct observation, interviews with related parties, and literature studies. The results of the analysis show that system digitalization is needed to support service improvements, both in terms of recording accuracy, service speed, and customer data security. The proposed system will later be designed to be easy to use by officers, support automatic reporting, and have appropriate access rights settings. With the implementation of a computerized information system, it is hoped that cooperative management will become more modern, transparent, and able to compete with other financial institutions.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal at PT Muawanah Al Ma'soem is still done manually, causing problems of efficiency, accuracy, and objectivity. This research is focused on designing a web-based information system used to assess employee performance, with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the evaluation process. To produce an objective assessment based on a number of criteria, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used, while the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach is applied to accelerate system development through an iterative process and the use of prototypes. The result of the research is a web-based system with features of employee data management, assessment criteria, and automatic ranking. Tests show that the system runs well and helps speed up the assessment process and improve the accuracy of the results. The system that has been developed is proven effective in accelerating the appraisal process while maintaining objectivity in employee performance evaluation.

Abstract

The student payment information system is an essential component in managing educational administration, particularly in primary-level institutions such as Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Mafaatikhul Huda Penarukan, located in Penarukan Village, Adiwerna District, Tegal Regency, Central Java Province. The purpose of this study to examine the current payment information system and provide an overview of its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through a SWOT analysis of the manual system currently in use. This research employs a qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and library research. The analysis follows a four-stage method: surveying the existing system, analyzing or evaluating the survey results, identifying the current system’s needs, and specifying system requirements to support appropriate and relevant development. The finding indicate of the payment process is still manually, which is considered less effective due to a high risk of data loss and delays in recordkeeping. Therefore, the development of an integrated digital payment information system is needed to improve speed, accuracy, and transparency in administrative processes. This study is expected to serve as a foundation for recommending the modernization of financial administration systems at MI Mafaatikhul Huda Penarukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang permasalahan pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar di SMK YPE Nusantara Slawi yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Proses tersebut dinilai kurang efisien, rawan terjadi kehilangan arsip, dan memperlambat penyaluran surat kepada pihak terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka untuk memperoleh informasi yang komprehensif terkait sistem administrasi surat yang sedang berjalan. Analisis dilakukan melalui survei terhadap sistem yang sedang berjalan, identifikasi kebutuhan informasi dari pihak terkait seperti admin, kepala sekolah, dan guru, serta analisis SWOT untuk menilai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari sistem manual yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manual menghambat efisiensi pencatatan dan penelusuran arsip, serta menimbulkan ketergantungan yang tinggi terhadap dokumen fisik. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, keakuratan, dan keamanan data surat. Sistem digital ini juga diharapkan mampu mempercepat proses disposisi dan mendukung koordinasi antar staf secara lebih optimal.

Abstract

The garbage retribution payment system in Kaligayam Village was still conducted manually, causing delays in reporting, data loss risks, and lack of transparency. This study aimed to analyse the existing garbage retribution information system and propose an efficient digital solution. The research employed direct observation, interviews with the leader of Neighborhood Association (RT), the BUMDes treasurer, and village officials, as well as literature review. Analysis was conducted using SWOT methodology and workflow mapping through Flow of Document. The results revealed that while the manual system benefited from strong social structure, it suffered from administrative inefficiencies. Therefore, a web-based system was recommended to enable automatic payment recording, real-time reporting, and improved accuracy and citizen participation in garbage retribution management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the information system for scientific worktitle submission selection in the D3 Management Informatics Study Program at Digitech University. Based on observations, the title submission process is still carried out conventionally using Google Form and Microsoft Excel, which causes several problems such as title duplication, verification delays, and data tracking difficulties. This study uses observation, interview, and library research methods. SWOT analysis is conducted to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the current system. The results show that the conventional system is less efficient and needs to be immediately replaced by an integrated digital system that can improve the effectiveness of academic processes. The system recommendations provided are expected to support the institution's vision as a digital technology-based campus.

Abstract

The construction of the Manado Student Dormitory (AMN) is one of the President's priorities, the construction of which is based on PP No. 106 of 2021. The aim of building the AMN is so that students from various regions studying in North Sulawesi can interact with each other and get to know and respect each other's cultures. After the pre-construction meeting (PCM) was carried out, the service user instructed that acceleration be made by shortening the implementation time. To implement these instructions, PT. Widya Satria implemented the BIM (building information modelling) system to accelerate the work, by modelling the construction phase starting from BIM 3D (modelling), BIM 4D (scheduling), and BIM 5D (quantity take off). Accelerating work is carried out by applying the fast track method so that any work that has a long critical path time can be shortened by overlapping work between one stage and another that can be done together. The implementation results simulate that the work can be completed faster than the contract time with a workforce requirement of 296 people, 1 (one) tower crane unit, and 1 (one) mobile crane work unit, even after implementing BIM in the construction of AMN Manado, all stakeholders It is easy for the holder to coordinate and control work progress.

Abstract

Program bantuan sosial di tingkat Rukun Tetangga (RT) 01 Kemelak, Sumatera Selatan, kerap menghadapi kendala dalam efektivitas pengelolaan, seperti ketidaktepatan sasaran, duplikasi penerima, dan kurangnya transparansi distribusi. Pengelolaan data yang masih dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan kesulitan dalam validasi data, monitoring, serta evaluasi penyaluran bantuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menunjukkan peran Mobile Application dan Geographic Information System (GIS) dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan program bantuan sosial di tingkat RT. Sistem yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan teknologi Flutter Map (OpenStreetMap) dan Geolocator untuk pemetaan lokasi penerima bantuan, MySQL untuk pengelolaan data, serta Firebase untuk penyimpanan dokumen. Melalui integrasi teknologi tersebut, sistem mampu memfasilitasi proses pendataan penerima, pemantauan status bantuan secara real-time, dan pelaporan distribusi yang lebih transparan dan akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan mobile application yang terintegrasi dengan GIS dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja admin, meminimalisir kesalahan data, serta memperkuat transparansi dalam penyaluran bantuan. Dengan demikian, kehadiran teknologi ini berperan penting dalam mewujudkan pengelolaan bantuan sosial yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel di lingkungan Rukun Tetangga (RT).
