Abstract

Blockchain has become a critical digital infrastructure for strengthening data integrity, transparency, and trust within intelligent information systems, particularly in environments that depend on continuous AI–IoT data exchange. Despite its potential, empirical evidence quantifying blockchain’s actual security benefits remains limited. This study employs a hybrid analytical design combining Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) modeling with expert-based qualitative triangulation. Five core constructs Resistance to Attack, Data Integrity, Transparency, System Security, and User Satisfaction and Trust were evaluated to capture both the technical and perceptual dimensions of blockchain-enabled security. The research aims to empirically determine how blockchain architecture enhances intelligent information security and to identify the structural relationships among its socio technical components. Quantitative findings reveal that blockchain improves data integrity by 23%, increases transaction transparency by 19%, and enhances user trust by 17% compared with centralized systems. The model demonstrates strong reliability (ρc > 0.85) and high explanatorypower (R2 > 0.70), confirming the robustness of the proposed framework. The study advances theoretical understanding by validating blockchain as a socio technical enabler of secure and trustworthy intelligent ecosystems. Practically, the findings highlight how decentralization promotes ethical, resilient, and transparent digital infrastructures capable of supporting next generation intelligentsystems.

Abstract

Background This research analyzes the implementation of e-governance to accelerate digital transformation and build an adaptive training ecosystem at the Management and Leadership Training Center of the Supreme Court. Methods Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach through literature study and institutional observation, the findings are mapped using four analytical frameworks: Governance, Network, Institutional, and Multi-Level. Results The study reveals that integrating systems such as SIMDIKLAT, a Learning Management System (LMS), e-assessment, and e-administration has significant potential to create an intelligent, integrated, and accountable training ecosystem. The success of this transformation heavily relies on three main pillars: intensive digital collaboration across units, the implementation of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and seamless system interoperability. However, the implementation faces significant challenges, including uneven technological infrastructure, a digital literacy gap among staff and trainers, and complex issues related to data security and a not-yet fully adaptive work culture. Conclusions The implications of these findings are exploratory, necessitating further empirical validation and testing to measure the specific impact of each framework on training performance and effectiveness. Practically, this research recommends strategic actions, such as strengthening and equalizing technology infrastructure, aligning curricula with digital competency needs, utilizing learning analytics data for decision-making, and building strategic partnerships with various stakeholders. The originality of this study lies in its contribution of a multidimensional analytical framework specifically designed to orchestrate e-governance transformation within government training institutions—a topic still relatively rarely discussed in a holistic and integrated manner in the existing literature.

Abstract

With the development of ICT (Information and Communication Technology), cybersecurity threats to companies are becoming increasingly complex and diverse, one of which is malware that can attack endpoint devices such as computers/laptops and servers in companies. An effective approach in dealing with these challenges is to implement a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) system that is able to monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents in real-time by implementing an endpoint security monitoring system using the Wazuh platforsm in a structured corporate network environment. The method used in this study is the PPDIOO Method (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize). As a stage starting with (a) prepare is used to analyze needs, (b) plan to design IP addresses, (c) design to design network topology, (d) implement, namely implementing SIEM with wazuh installation and configuration by setting Path scanning warning malware files, (e) operate to monitor and test wazuh, (f) optimize to make modifications to improve system performance. The results of this study are that the test that has been carried out wazuh as much as 1 time can detect malware on one endpoint device and On the Wazuh dashboard, an alert notification appears that the desktop endpoint received a real-time malware attack numbering one and malware warning notifications are sent to telegram bots so that users are immediately aware, this shows that wazuh can be used to analyze, monitor and respond to security incidents

Abstract

The management of population data in rural areas creates significant barriers to the effective distribution of social assistance. This research aims to develop and validate an integrated web-based information system that combines population administration with a multi-level social assistance verification mechanism to improve targeting accuracy and administrative efficiency in Ngal Village, Karimun Regency, Riau. The system was developed using the Waterfall Method through five systematic stages: requirements analysis, system design using UML modeling, web-based implementation, Black Box testing, and instrument validation. The research results show an integrated system capable of managing population data and social assistance eligibility criteria in real-time. Black Box testing shows that all system functions were successfully executed with a 100% success rate. Validity analysis using Aiken-V on 32 respondents showed very high values across four dimensions: System Function (0.98), Content Suitability (0.98), Ease of Use (0.95), and Interface Design (0.92). System implementation successfully reduced and eliminated data duplication errors and improved administrative efficiency. This research fills a critical gap in the village information systems literature by providing an integrated solution that addresses population administration and social assistance distribution. The validated system demonstrates effectiveness in an island context with limited connectivity, offering a replicable model for digital transformation in rural governance.
