Abstract

Abstract

This research proposes to evaluate the effect of system quality, user satisfaction, and effort expectancy on information systems user adoption among Indonesian mobile banking consumers. The‍‌‍‍‌ research method employed was quantitative, involving a survey of 200 respondents who are mobile banking users and belong to different banking institutions. The sampling strategy used was purposive sampling based on the criteria of active users who have been using digital banking services for at least six months. Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression at a 0.05 significance level. The findings revealed that all the independent variables had a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. System quality increases trust and effectiveness of use, user satisfaction leads to user loyalty, and effort expectancy makes the adoption of digital technology easier. Theoretically, the study extends the conversation of the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model and UTAUT in digital banking. Practically, it acts as a guide to banks on how to improve their system quality, user experience, and technology acceptance level during the digital transformation ‍‌‍‍‌era.

Abstract

In this work, a legal document retrieval system is presented that estimates the significance of the user queries to appropriate legal sub-domains and extracts the key documents containing required information quickly. In order to develop such a system, a document repository is prepared comprising the documents and case study reports of different Indian legal matters of last five years. A legal sub-domain classification technique using deep neural network (DNN) model is used to obtain the relevance of the user queries with respective legal sub-domains for quick information retrieval. A query-document relevance (QDR) score-based technique is presented to rank the output documents in relation to the query terms. The presented model is evaluated by performing several experiments under different context and the performance of the presented model is analyzed. The presented model achieves an average precision score of 0.98 and recall score of 0.97 in the experiments performed. The retrieval model is assessed with other retrieval models and the presented model achieves 13% and 12% increase average accuracy with respect to precision scores and recall measures respectively compared to the traditional models showing the strength of the presented model.

Abstract

Abstract: This community empowerment initiative aims to enhance the digital readiness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Permata Baru Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, through the implementation of information systems and digital promotion strategies. Prior to the program, local MSME actors faced several challenges, including limited digital literacy, a lack of understanding of online marketing strategies, and minimal utilization of social media as a promotional tool, resulting in restricted market reach. The program adopts an educational and participatory approach, combining community-based learning, interactive discussions, and consultation sessions facilitated by lecturers and students from the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University. The findings indicate strong enthusiasm among MSME participants and an improved understanding of how digitalization can expand market access. Abstract

This study examines the evaluation of Islamic education policy in Indonesia in the context of the information disruption and post-truth era. Rapid technological advancements and the widespread influence of digital media have significantly transformed educational paradigms, creating both challenges and opportunities for Islamic education. The research explores how existing policies respond to issues such as misinformation, moral degradation, and the shifting learning culture among students. Using a qualitative approach and policy analysis framework, this paper identifies gaps in implementation, particularly in digital literacy, teacher competence, and curriculum relevance. The findings suggest that Islamic education policy must be adaptive, inclusive, and innovative—integrating technological literacy with moral and spiritual values to maintain relevance in the digital age. Strengthening collaboration among stakeholders, updating curriculum content, and promoting critical thinking are key strategies to ensure that Islamic education contributes effectively to character building and national development in the post-truth era.

Abstract

Emergency services require rapid and accurate patient assessment, usually using systematic approaches such as ABCDE (Airway, Breathing, Circulation, Disability, Exposure) and AMPLE (Allergies, Medications, Past medical history, Last oral intake, Events leading to illness/injury). This research aims to design and implement a web-based information system to improve the completeness and accuracy of initial medical assessments in emergency departments, overcoming problems in manual documentation practices. The system is developed using the Waterfall method, with Flask (Python) for the backend, HTML/CSS/JavaScript for the user interface, and SQLite for database management. The implemented system features an easy-to-use interface with login modules, patient registration, digital assessment forms, real-time completeness validation, and PDF exports. The test confirms functional reliability, with successful results in data input, validation, and reporting (100% success rate). Web-based systems significantly improve the completeness, readability, and accessibility of emergency medical assessments. By integrating structured digital forms and automated validation, the system reduces documentation errors and improves workflow efficiency.
