Abstract

This study aims to examine the forms of cyberbullying and analyze the extent of legal protection provided to victims under Indonesian law, particularly through the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (Law No. 11 of 2008 as amended by Law No. 19 of 2016) and relevant provisions of the Indonesian Criminal Code. Using a qualitative normative–empirical approach, this research analyzes legal regulations, academic literature, and documented cases of cyberbullying to assess the effectiveness of existing legal frameworks in addressing online harassment, defamation, threats, extortion, hate speech, and cyberstalking. The findings reveal that Indonesian legislation has established comprehensive legal provisions to criminalize various forms of cyberbullying, as reflected in Articles 27, 28, and 29 of the UU ITE, as well as Articles 310 and 368 of the Criminal Code. These provisions demonstrate the government’s commitment to protecting victims; however, challenges remain in terms of legal implementation, public awareness, and the balance between law enforcement and victim protection. The study concludes that although Indonesia has made substantial efforts to regulate cyberbullying, continuous legal refinement, stronger victim-centered protection mechanisms, and enhanced digital literacy are essential to effectively address cyberbullying in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate how HRIS and AI have influenced the productivity of the military sector in this era of disruption. This inquiry will use a quantitative approach to its methods. The sample pool consisted of one hundred fifty persons who were employed in the military industry. As the main form of data collecting, we will be sending out questionnaires to all of the participants. A Likert scale is provided in the questionnaire, and it is used to assign ratings to the various pieces of information. In order to do an analysis on the data, structured equation modeling in SmartPLS 3.0 was used. In this research, the variable known as "employee performance" acts as the dependent variable, while the variables known as "HRIS" and "work satisfaction" serve as the independent variables. The significance level that was discovered in the data analysis for this research provides evidence in support of the hypothesis that HRIS has a beneficial effect on productivity in the workplace. The HRIS program will be more precise, exact, and comprehensive to the extent that the employee's performance on work assignments is higher. Improving the defense industry's ability to make intelligent decisions about its human resource allocations by implementing methodical HRIS procedures, such as the collection, storage, maintenance, retrieval, and validation of data. Plans for the strategic use of information technology may have an impact on the future direction of the military industry by modifying both the extent to which human resources are used and the depth to which individuals comprehend the context in which they operate. There is a correlation between the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace and increased levels of productivity

Abstract

Subsidy policy is an instrument of state intervention aimed at improving welfare distribution and correcting market failures. However, its effectiveness often does not align with its formulated normative objectives. This study aims to analyze the failure of subsidy policy by positioning information asymmetry as a key structural determinant influencing policy design, implementation, and outcomes. The research approach uses a theoretical-analytical qualitative method, combining studies of public economic theory, information asymmetry theory, and institutional perspectives, as well as a critical analysis of empirical findings from various policy documents and previous studies. The analysis shows that information asymmetry between the government, subsidy recipients, and intermediary actors results in inaccurate targeting, incentive distortion, and systemic opportunistic behavior. The gap between the normative design of the policy and the reality of empirical implementation is exacerbated by limited administrative capacity, institutional fragmentation, and weak public information systems. These conditions not only reduce the effectiveness of subsidy policy but also create a significant fiscal burden and hamper the sustainability of public policy. This study emphasizes the importance of reformulating subsidy policy through strengthening governance, integrating information systems, and shifting the paradigm towards recipient-based subsidies. The integration of theoretical and empirical analysis provides a more realistic conceptual basis for the formulation of adaptive, accountable, and sustainable subsidy policies.

Abstract

The integration of information and communication technology (ICT) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) necessitates a systematic approach to lesson planning. This article reviews literature on digital-based PAI lesson planning through the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework, emphasizing the synergy of technological, pedagogical, and Islamic content knowledge. Analyzing 25 academic sources from 2005 to 2025, the study explores how TPACK supports curriculum design, teaching strategies, and evaluation in PAI. A case study on developing a Semester Lesson Plan (RPS) for the 2-credit course Information Technology Literacy and Learning in the PAI undergraduate program illustrates TPACK’s application. Findings indicate that TPACK enables educators to design effective, Islam-aligned learning, despite challenges like the digital divide and educators’ technological literacy. Research gaps exist regarding advanced technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR) in PAI. Recommendations include curriculum development and teacher training to enhance information technology literacy in PAI.

Abstract

This article discusses the vital role of notaries in the context of ontology, epistemology, and axiology as a legal profession that provides authentic document creation services. Notaries are not just deed writers, but architects of the formation of legal reality, maintain the validity of legal information, and follow ethical principles in legal services. By exploring the ontological dimension, notaries are considered as guardians of legal certainty and authentic deed makers who understand the existence and nature of justice. In epistemology, notaries are expected to have in-depth knowledge of legal provisions, ensure the correctness of legal information, and provide a deeper understanding of legal concepts. In axiology, notarial ethics reflect a commitment to avoid conflicts of interest, maintain integrity, and ensure legal services are performed in accordance with moral principles. By engaging these three perspectives, this article illustrates the urgency of notaries in maintaining the sustainability of the legal system and providing fair and balanced legal protection for society.

Abstract

Independent journalism podcasts are now seen as a highly credible source of information, often even more trusted than mainstream media. This is due to the transparency of the narratives presented, consistency in topic selection, and freedom from pressure from certain parties, which allows for the delivery of broader and more diverse perspectives. Audiences rate independent podcasts as relatively objective, although the personal opinions of the podcasters remain influenced. A presentation style that combines conversational formats and storytelling techniques creates emotional intimacy, strengthens trust, and builds listener loyalty. Topics that are current and relevant, presented in a relaxed yet informative manner, are a unique attraction that distinguishes podcasts from conventional media. However, challenges remain, particularly in verifying information and the potential for personal bias, which can affect the accuracy and objectivity of the content. Therefore, audience media literacy is crucial so they can critically review the information they receive. With all their advantages, independent podcasts have the potential to enrich the media ecosystem by providing a more diverse alternative source of information, provided they maintain ethical standards, openness of sources, and transparency in every aspect of their production process.
