Abstract

Community service programs is one of the three core services (Tri Darma) which is coordinated by LPM of the University of Lampung. Since there are large number of lectures who follow LPM Program, it is needed to have a special strategy for  providing a means of dissemination of information to them. One of the technologies that are very popular among cell phone users is SMS (Short Message Service). The natures of SMS are practical, economical, and efficient to deliver information. SMS is a technology that is used by many people. It is also relatively cheap for message delivery. In this research, Information dissemination system with SMS Gateway is implemented using Gammu and is combined with PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the implementation of the system is helpful and easy for lectureres to obtain information about the program of community service where they are joined to.Keywords: Gammu, LPM, MySQL, PHP, SMS (Short  Message Service), SMS Gateway.

Abstract

Information on goegrapichal condition needed by stakeholders, such as distance information, location, required information, and other information. Geographic information system (GIS) which known sistem informasi geografis (SIG) is one of solution to aquire that geographic information. Tourism in Kabupaten Pesisir Barat is the object which become material of this research thesis. The reason is Kabupaten Pesisir Barat has good potency in tourism which present tourism destinations, not only for domestic tourist, but also international tourist. The tourism destination divided into marine tourism (wisata marina), water tourism (wisata tirta), historical tourism (wisata sejarah), and natural conservation tourism (wisata suaka alam). Abstract

Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Universitas Lampung adalah lembaga yang mengolah data kepegawaian FMIPA Universitas Lampung. Dalam prosesnya, pengolahan data pegawai masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal itu menyebabkan sulitnya untuk mencari data umum yang ada di dalam berkas kepegawaian. Berkas kepegawaian tersebut juga masih diletakkan secara terpisah.  Dalam penelitian ini, penulis membangun suatu pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu proses pengolahan data secara cepat. Metode pengembangan dalam pembuatan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini telah dibangun Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian Berbasis Web yang dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan pengolahan data pegawai supaya cepat dan akurat.

Abstract

The number of cooperatives in Indonesia became the largest in the world. However, the cooperative only contributes 4% of the Gross Domestic Product. It means most of the cooperative is managed unprofessionally. Many of the cooperatives are closed by the government as there are no annual members meeting and transparency of cooperatives business process. This shows that communication and data transparency in cooperatives is very important. But, the cooperatives are difficult to show data transparancy and communicate with members because there is no media or something to support the communication for develop the cooperative.This research has succeeded in developing Multi Cooperative Information System using Laravel framework. Multi Cooperative Information System can store member data collection, financial transactions, calculating profit sharing, and facilitate communication. This system build based on Software as a Service (SaaS) system so cooperative can subscribe with small amount of fee, ignoring the development and maintaining the system.  This system already pass the test by black box testing and expert judgement.

Abstract

A numerous multiple transaction will create difficulties in managing and obtaining information for cooperative. Lack of resource and which is expensive make cooperative difficult to build by themself. Thats why many cooperatives do not use software in managing finances.Accounting information system using SaaS (Software as a Service) model can be a solution of the problem. with the SaaS model, users do not need to buy the app but by just subscribing with the application directly can use the application. This paper describe how to develop accouting information system. Accounting information system already has accounting features according the accounting rules so that it will be easier to use and  can fasilitate the cooperative in making financial statements.

Abstract

PT. XYZ needs information technology to carry out all activities in presenting the latest news. Audit of information technology services is needed to determine the extent of information technology services in PT. XYZ. This study uses Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework to audit domain service operation of PT. XYZ. The focus of this research is on the domain service operation. Data from this study were obtained based on the results of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of the study found that the level of maturity of PT. XYZ in information technology services in the service operation domain of respondents was 3,1 (Defined) and the finding were worth 2 (Managed). This result is different from the expected because IT Lampung haven’t met the SOP criteria standards, especially in management incident reports and resolved. IT division also haven’t conducted user’s statisfaction survey about the IT service provided.

Abstract

This study focuses on the feedback of Muadzam Shah Polytechnic students on the level of information accessibility to obtain industrial training places. Industrial Training (LI) is the process by which students are placed in an organization to complete hands-on training under the guidance of a designated industrial supervisor. This placement can take place domestically or overseas, depending on the student's field, and it must be completed within a time frame specified by the institution that grants the Certificate, Diploma, or Degree. A systematic random sample consisting of 149 Muadzam Shah Polytechnic final semester students and students receiving industrial training was employed in this study. The Muadzam Shah Polytechnic Industrial Training Unit cooperated in the development of the questionnaire, which was then used as a tool to be given online to a random sample of students. The analysis of the study was conducted using SPSS version 29 software, which found that centralized information mediums for students are crucial in ensuring the efficiency of the industrial training placement application process, as well as reducing the percentage of students who fail to secure training placements within the institution's specified timeframe.

Abstract

Deepfake technology, which leverages advanced artificial intelligence to create hyper-realistic manipulated media, has emerged as a significant legal and ethical challenge worldwide. In Indonesia, the rapid proliferation of deepfake content—ranging from political disinformation to non-consensual pornography—poses serious threats to privacy, reputation, and public trust. However, the existing Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) Law does not explicitly regulate the creation, distribution, or malicious use of deepfake materials. This study employs a normative juridical approach combined with comparative legal analysis to examine the legal gaps within the ITE Law in addressing deepfake-related offenses. The research analyzes relevant case studies in Indonesia, evaluates the adequacy of current legal provisions, and compares Indonesia’s regulatory stance with that of jurisdictions such as the European Union, the United States, and Singapore. Findings reveal that the absence of specific legal definitions and enforcement mechanisms for deepfake content hinders effective law enforcement and victim protection. The study proposes concrete policy recommendations, including amendments to the ITE Law, the introduction of a comprehensive definition of deepfake technology, and the establishment of a multi-stakeholder oversight framework. These recommendations aim to strengthen Indonesia’s legal capacity to safeguard individual rights and uphold digital integrity in the era of AI-driven media manipulation

Abstract

Conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Denpasar, the study involved 213 Grade XI and XII students of the DPIB program, with samples selected through stratified random sampling. A program evaluation design was employed, utilizing a Likert-scale questionnaire as the primary instrument, supported by interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation of Autodesk Revit as a BIM-based learning medium is generally effective across the context, input, process, and product dimensions, with the overall program categorized as highly effective. The evaluation reveals that institutional readiness, instructional planning, learning implementation, and student learning outcomes are aligned with the intended objectives of BIM integration in vocational education. However, several challenges were identified, including limited student understanding of BIM concepts, disparities in hardware specifications, varying levels of ICT competence, time constraints, and the technical complexity of the software. To address these challenges, the school implemented strategies such as strengthening foundational BIM concepts, optimizing infrastructure, utilizing Autodesk educational licenses, providing mentoring and remedial support, applying staged project-based learning approaches, and offering continuous feedback. Overall, the study demonstrates that the structured integration of BIM through Autodesk Revit, when supported by adequate planning and institutional commitment, can enhance the quality of vocational building design education. The findings contribute to the development of evidence-based evaluation practices for BIM implementation in vocational education contexts

Abstract

The era of revolution 4.0 requires educators and students to have skills that are able to compete globally. One of the skills that are becoming a trend today is digital literacy. Mastery of communication technology is one of the subjects that are able to answer these challenges. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using Learning CDs in information and communication technology subjects. By using quantitative and design methods pseudo used in the study this is a Randomized Two - group Design  Posttest Only analyzed with statistical formulas, it was found that the results of learning technology information and communication groups of students who are taught using learning CDs experience a significant increase.
